A folk culture is a small isolated， cohesive， conservative， nearly self-sufficient group that is homogeneous in custom and race with a strong family or clan structure and highly developed rituals. 大家好！今天，我怀着无比喜悦的心情站在这里，来向大家告白我对邮政的热爱与执着！我演讲的题目是《责任心》。 责任心是什么呢？责任心它是一种使命，一种做人的态度。小而言之，在一个家庭里，作为父母，你有抚养和教育子女的责任；作为儿女，你同样需要尽到孝顺父母的责任，这些责任都是不可推卸的，是每个公民应尽的责任，也是社会发展不可或缺的动力。如果没有这样的责任感、责任心，无法想象我们的社会会变成什么样子。

我们无论做什么事，都需要有一份责任心，天下无难事，只怕有心人，一份工作，并不是努力去做就不难，更重要的是一份责心！但是要怎么样才算是有责任心呢？就是我们每位员工在自己的工作岗位上竭尽全力，做好每一件小事。譬如我是邮政一名普通员工，我的工作职责是代收电话费、水电费、收寄包裹等。我的工作要求我以客户为中心，认真做好业务范围内的服务工作，让顾客满意。客户事情无小事，必须尽力尽责。因为不尽职，事绝对做不好，我们工作做不好，就直接影响到客户感知，容易引起客户强烈的不满，进而也会影响我们开展工作。例如在100次的任务中，我们完成了99次，可能会骄傲的说成功率是99%，但是顾客得到的1%却是100%的不满意！这就要求我们带着强烈的责任心，

责任心它也是是一种担当，一种约束，一种动力，一种魅力。一个人有了责任心才能实现自己的承诺；有了责任心才能够正视困难勇往直前；有了责任心才能够得到别人的尊重，塑造高尚人格。每天前来邮政办业务的人很多，前台的工作更是纷乱繁杂，为做好客户的工作，我们此时需要有一份责任心，一份在繁忙之中保持一颗永恒的心，对每一个客户微笑，耐心回答客户的问题，认真完成每一单业务。客户的满意是对我们工作最大的认可，也是我们拥有责任心的重要体现。

对顾客微笑也是责任心的一种体现。我们邮政所经营的业务有速递、物流、金融、保险、报刊、杂志、电子商务等等，目前市场同质化的程度很高，加上我们的传统业务在日益的萎缩，目前市场的竞争是越来越激烈，而且同行各业更是不断把提升服务质量作为抢占市场的首要方式，我们的市场在逐步的被侵占、被瓜分。例如与我们邮政相比同为服务行业的沃尔玛每周可以赢取2亿客户的光顾，靠的是什么？靠的是3米微笑原则，它要求员工做到“当顾客走到距离你3米范围内时，你要温和地看着顾客的眼睛向他打招呼，并询问需要哪些帮助。微笑是最美的语言，是最好的名片，它给客户留下了深刻的第一印象，它也是我们做好服务工作最重要的一个环节，更是责任心的一种体现和需要。
