一位作家说过，一个没有英雄的民族，是一个可悲的民族，一个有了英雄但不知道尊重的民族，是一个没有希望的民族。

美国的一位总统曾说过：看一个国家的素质，不但要看它的国民对活着的英雄如何尊崇，更要看他的国民对已逝去的英雄如何缅怀。

英国一家报纸撰文说：你们除了章子怡，还有别的吗?

这里我也想问一问，两弹一星的元勋哪里去了，杂交水稻之父哪里去了，季羡林、钱学森哪里去了，孙思邈、李时珍、林巧稚哪里去了?

生活要有目标，要有追求。做事要有规范，要有价值。做人要心存敬畏，心存感恩。品质要皈依崇高的道德，传承大师的风骨，人生才会因此而幸福多彩。

环视生活的周围，我们的财富在增加，但是幸福感在下降;我们拥有的越来越多，但是快乐越来越少;我们沟通的工具越来越多，但是深入的交流越来越少;我们认识的人越来越多，但是真诚的朋友越来越少。现在的人是拿起筷子吃肉，放下筷子骂娘。现在的人们比以往任何时候都浮躁纠结，缺少信仰，漠视价值，缺少规范，漠视道德，缺少崇拜，漠视圣贤，没有了坚持，没有了追求，没有了恪守。

南丁格尔说，做护理的人要正直，诚实，庄重

我想说，在座的各位应该具备文明博爱的职业操守!

文明。就是摆脱愚昧，用学习获取知识;就是制止野蛮，用礼仪唤醒道德;就是消除混乱，用规范维护秩序。博爱。就是用宗教情怀，坚守众生平等。宗教拯救人的灵魂，医者救治人的疾病，同时也关照人的内心;就是用老吾老以及人之老，幼吾幼以及人之幼的大爱，由己推人，换位思考，实践亲情服务。

一袭飘逸的白衣，是一缕煦暖的春风;一顶精巧的燕帽，是一份庄重的承诺。

印度著名诗人泰戈尔说：“天空中没有翅膀的痕迹，而鸟已飞过!”大音希声，大象无形，大美无域。只有心中承载大爱，才能成为真正的天使。

我们重温南丁格尔的誓言，让她的微笑和灯光再一次为我们拂去世俗的尘土，远离浮躁与喧嚣，净化我们的心灵。用正直的人品，诚实的作风，庄重的态度和医者仁心，让没有翅膀的天使，在人间飞翔……

The spring festival is Chinese most traditional festival every 365 days. Each Chinesepay much attention on it. Every year about 15 days before spring festival， themigrate works and white-collars are beginning crowded home-returning.

But， in recent years， with the development of the world， many different attitudes between the young and the old towards the spring festival come forth. The old are still pay more attention to the spring festival， but the young gradually change the mode to spend their spring festival holiday， such as travel overseas.

When I am a childhood， I celebrated the spring festival with my family about amonth in my winter vacation in traditional way， such as helping cleaning our houses， putting red couplets on gates， setting off firecrackers， and wear new clothes. Now， I spend only 4 or 5 days at home with my parents in celebrating thespring festival， then I will hurry back to work. Maybe in the near future， I will have no time celebrating spring festival hometown， and my parents have to cometo stay with us in the city.

Whether or no， I like the spring festival. It is one of the most important part of our Chinese culture. However busy I am， I will try my best to celebrating it with thetraditional way to protect those our ancestor has leave behind.

Hong Kong is one of the two special administrative regions (SARs) of the Peoples Republic of China, along with Macau. Comprising more than 260 islands, the territory is located on the eastern side of the Pearl River Delta, bordering Guangdong province in the north and facing the South China Sea in the east, west and south.

Hong Kong was a Crown colony of the United Kingdom from 1842 until the transfer of sovereignty to the Peoples Republic of China in 1997. The Sino-British Joint Declaration and the Basic Law of Hong Kong stipulate that Hong Kong will operate with a high degree of autonomy until at least 2047, fifty years after the transfer. Hong Kong is frequently described as a city where East meets West, a meeting reflected in its economic infrastructure, education, legal system and street culture. On one street corner, there may be traditional Chinese shops selling Chinese herbal medicine, Buddhist paraphernalia or bowls of synthetic shark fin soup. But around the next, one may find theatres showing the latest Hollywood blockbuster, a British-style pub, a Catholic Church or Ronald McDonald inviting passer-bys to a Big Mac. The territorys official language is Chinese and English; signs in both languages are omnipresent throughout Hong Kong. The government, police and most workplaces and stores conduct business bilingually. British rule may have ended a decade ago but Western culture is deeply ingrained in Hong Kong and coexists seamlessly with traditional philosophy and practices of the Orient.

Hong Kong has an active nightlife centred on two major entertainment districts, Lan Kwai Fong (Central) and Wan Chai. Both areas are frequented by expatriates and locals alike. For a more quiet evening, a trip to Victoria Peak offers a spectacular view of the city. There is also a promenade along the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, which is popular among young Chinese couples. Shopping, a form of entertainment for the people of Hong Kong, is even done at nighttime as evident in the Temple Street Night Market where one can also catch free performances of Peking opera.

The citys cosmopolitan flavour can also be seen in the wide variety of cuisines available. While different varieties of Chinese selections, especially seafood, are most popular, there are also many European, American, Japanese, Korean, and other restaurants. Ethnic dishes served in cha chaan teng and dai pai dong are also popular. The people of Hong Kong take their food seriously and many top chefs make their way to the city to show off their talents to these discerning diners.

While Hong Kong is a global centre of trade, perhaps the citys most famous export is its entertainment industry, particularly in the martial arts genre. Several top-notch Hollywood performers originate from Hong Kong cinema -- Bruce Lee, Chow Yun-Fat, Jackie Chan, Michelle Yeoh, Jet Li and Leslie Cheung, to name a few. Behind the camera, Hong Kong filmmakers have also struck fortune in Hollywood such as John Woo, Wong Kar-wai, Tsui Hark and martial arts choreographers who have designed fight scenes in the Matrix trilogy, Kill Bill and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Back in Hong Kong, several homegrown films have also gained international recognition such as Chungking Express, Infernal Affairs, Shaolin Soccer, Rumble in the Bronx and In the Mood for Love. Acclaimed filmmaker Quentin Tarantino has said hes strongly influenced by Hong Kong action cinema.

The Hong Kong government also supports cultural institutions such as the Hong Kong Heritage Museum, Hong Kong Museum of Art, the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. Furthermore, the governments Leisure and Cultural Services Department also subsidizes and sponsors the bringing of international performers to Hong Kong.

大家好!

今天，我演讲的题目是：“我谨以我的生命起誓：为了全人类的健康，我将奉献出我的毕生精力……”阳光下，南丁格尔像前，身穿白大衣，头戴燕尾帽，稚嫩的面孔，热切的眼神，庄严的誓言!一幕幕催人奋进，振奋人心的场景历历在目，时常浮现在我的眼前。

人人都说护士是白衣天使，像蝴蝶一样轻盈，像羽毛一样温柔，像云朵一样洁白!转瞬间，曾经少女的梦想最终定格成南丁格尔的白色倩影。没有石破天惊的豪言壮语，没有轰轰烈烈的惊人行动，有的只是默默无闻的工作着，在平凡的岗位上，用汗水和心血缔造着一个又一个生命的奇迹!只因我们是南丁格尔的传人，秉承着南丁格尔的奉献精神。当奉献已成为我们生命中的主旋律时，我们奉献出的不仅仅是我们所拥有的知识，我们所拥有的技术，更重要的是我们的真情和爱心!

护理工作繁琐而乏味，艰辛而沉重，我们不仅只是护士，更是守护生命的战士，在这个没有硝烟的战场之上，简单和平凡演绎着无数的精彩，就是这些平凡承载了多少人生命的重托!面对生命的挣扎，面对无助的渴求，面对康复的期盼，我们用温柔的话语，纯洁的心灵，高尚的情操，抚慰病痛者的心灵，搀扶着他们越过心灵的沼泽。无论是非典、无论是冰天雪灾、无论是地震山摇，只要有任何需要的地方，就会有我们忙碌的身影。

我们时常扮演着家属和陪护的角色。“洗澡、洗头、翻身、剪指甲、换衣裤、处理大小便”等等，病人说我们，不是亲人胜似亲人!此时此刻，我们提供的不仅仅是护理知识，护理技术，还有一颗仁慈而博爱之心!记得那一次令我感动至今的事情，那是我们病区收治的一例气管切开病人，为了保证患者呼吸道的通畅，我们每天必须为她多次吸痰。

那天，我像往常一样，先帮她吸尽气管中的分泌物，再为她更换床单，她由于突然体位改变，呛咳了一下，气管套管内的分泌物喷了我一头一脸，浓烈的腥臭味让我一阵反胃。顾不得那么多，怕病人呛到，我立即置病人侧卧位，帮她拍背，直到确定她的痰液都排了出来，我又继续为她整理。看到不能说话的病人一脸紧张，从她的眼神中我读懂了她的歉疚。“没关系，我们只要再换一下被子就好了”，我微笑着说。当她拔除气管套管后，见到我的第一句话就是：“谢谢您，您的笑真美!”就在那一刻，我的内心感受到一种强烈的震撼……

微笑犹如一缕清风，能吹去患者心中的忧郁与不安，微笑让我们与患者之间架起了沟通的桥梁。

在国家大力推行发展优质服务的今天，我们要怎样才能做得更好呢?说实话病人也是很容易满足的，记得一次给病人进行化疗注射时，由于病人长期打化疗，而血管也非常的细，穿刺十分困难，而化疗药物的特殊性又让我不允许自己出现穿刺失败的情况，仔细的找，五分钟过去了，选择了一根比较有把握的血管，一针见血，穿刺成功了，我长长的舒了口气，病人的脸上也露出了满意的笑容“小姑娘，遇到你这么细致的护士，真好!”

从那以后，再去给那位病人输液时，他总会说：“看到你来，我特放心，你们这里的护士，水平就是高!”听到这样的称赞，我谦虚的笑了笑。其实这是我们护理工作中应尽的职责，我只是更多了一份耐心和细心，然而正是这些耐心和细心换来了病人的放心!

平凡才是真。五年的护理生涯，让我懂得了很多，成熟了很多，让我更加确定了自己的人生方向。我热爱护理工作，希望能够用优质的服务，甜美的笑容，铸就一道健康的长廊。“责任胜于能力，态度决定成败”。姐妹们，让我们用平凡的奉献托起生命的蓝天吧!

尊敬的各位评委，各位老师，亲爱的同学们：

大家好！

今天我演讲的题目是《养成文明礼貌习惯，争做社会小标兵》。

你们也许会看到一些身强力壮的小伙子，旁若无人地坐在公交车的老弱病残席上；也许会听到两个高谈阔论的时髦姑娘，如何兴高采烈地发出“他妈的”之声；也许会遇到有人撞了你一下，不打招呼便扬长而去的情况。每当你看到这一切的时候，你一定会觉得这与我们物质文明的发展是多么不相称！但是，当前社会上仍然有些人对于这些不文明礼貌的行为不以为耻不以为怪，并且为之辩护说：区区小事，何足挂齿。难道这真的是区区小事吗？我们要向有这种思想的人大喝一声：“你们错了！如果任其这样发展下去，那么文明何在？礼貌又何在呢？”

我们伟大祖国素以“礼仪之邦”着称于世，我们中华民族历来十分注重文明礼貌。在几千年的历史长河中，有多少名人志士以礼待人的故事至今还被人们广泛传诵，“融四岁，能让梨”的故事更是家喻户晓，妇孺皆知。毛泽东是上个世纪影响最大的人物之一，他从小养成了对长辈有礼貌的美德，后来当了国家主席，仍然能以礼待人。一九五九年，毛主席回韶山，曾专门邀请亲友的老人吃饭，毛主席给老人敬酒，老人们说：“主席敬酒，岂敢岂敢！”毛主席回答：“敬老尊贤，应当应当！”由此可见，文明礼貌是多么重要。

可以毫不夸张地说，生活中最主要的是文明礼貌，它比最高的智慧、一切的学识都重要。我们共同生活在社会主义的大家庭中，文明礼貌地处事待人，是我们每个青少年成长过程中必修的一课。因此，我们一定要养成讲文明礼貌的好习惯。

为了做一个讲文明礼貌的社会小标兵，我们要养成哪些习惯呢？比如说，你在公共汽车上，不小心踩了别人的脚，请先说声“对不起”；别人帮你做了事，要对别人道一声“谢谢”；在校内外，见到老师要热情打招呼问好；吃饭时，要把最舒适的座位让给长者，等等，这些都是讲文明礼貌的起码要求，有了这些习惯，才算具备了文明人的基本素质。但这些习惯不是天生就有的，需要逐渐养成。

那么怎样才能养成讲文明礼貌的习惯呢？首先要重视自身的道德修养。一个人的思想、行为，对别人、对社会是有益还是有害，要有一个衡量的准则，我们通常把这种衡量和指导人们思想、行为的准则，叫做道德。而礼貌与道德是互为表里的。礼貌是道德的外衣，道德是礼貌的内涵，因此，我们要认清哪些是我们应该做的，哪些是我们不应该做的，以此来规范我们的行为。其次，采取一些有效措施，来培养习惯。比如，在生活中我们常常看到在放置着“不准践踏草地”、“请您足下留情”告示牌的公园里、绿化带中，照样有人践踏青草。光靠布置告示来提醒，对有些人看来是无效了，他们对这些告示倒不一定是故意违反，因此，在没有养成好的习惯的时候，采取一些强制手段也是十分必要的。

同学们，我们是21世纪建设祖国的主力军，共同担负着创造物质文明的重要使命，更担负着创造精神文明的神圣职责。让我们从身边做起，做一个文明1养成文明礼貌习惯，争做社会小标兵。

Today is the first day I stay at Zhejiang University.I’m happy and

excited.In the morning,I got up early.I felt fresh.After washed my face and

brushed my teeth,I had delicious food for breakfast.I made some friends.They are

trip at Zhejiang University!At night,I’m a little tired,but relaxing,too.I think

2020年一个特殊的日子，2020也原本应是一个美好的数字。但是，突如其来的新冠病毒给整个中国蒙上了一片阴影，它就像一片黑云拢着中国大地，突然间，天空黯然，世界阴暗，城与城之间的分隔就像玻璃破碎了一样。但中国人民团结一致、众志成城，心与心依旧紧紧依偎着，他们诠释着“一方有难，八方支援”的美德，期待着乌云后那温暖的阳光。

在我们身边，有这样一群人，他们本该青春洋溢，活力四射，但他们披上白衣，剪去长发，奋斗在一线;在我们眼里有这样一群人，他们本该子孙绕膝，颐养千年，享受着天伦之乐，但他们依然不念生死，不顾耄老!

抗疫至今，他们从没有放弃：84岁的钟南山院士不顾年迈，再次出山，成为万众心中的定海神针;多少医护人员在日夜不脱的隔离服上写下尽忠报国的誓言;多少医学生主动请缨作战摇身一变成为肺炎医师;多少普通人默默地将自己的积蓄放在医院，转身就走;亿万人民在这没有硝烟的战场上，高声呼喊着“武汉加油!中国加油!”

医院里紧张有序，街道上寂静无声!坚定写在白衣天使的脸庞，勇敢闪现在每个华夏儿女的眸中。此时，防护服比华丽的礼服更光彩夺目，方舱医院就是人们心中的神圣的阵地!直至今天，人们忽然才发现，逆行的医护人员是最英勇的战士，是最璀璨的明星!

然而，掀开面罩，摘下口罩的他们也只是一个个普通人，他们也会在连续紧张的工作中头晕劳累，他们也会在病毒的感染下一病不起;他们也有家人在望眼欲穿地期待着他们回家的身影;他们也有放不下，忘不了，割不断的亲情，令他们日夜思念……一朝穿上白色战袍，他们便能毅然舍小家保大家!

为了救治病人，急救室，诊疗室里是他们忙碌的身影;为了抚慰病人，病房里，病床前是他们温柔殷切的嘱咐;为了千万个家庭的早日团聚，他们的脸上写满了疲惫，双手增添了疮疤。他们用行动告诉世界什么是“责任”，什么是“担当”，什么是“大爱无疆”!

作为一名普通的中学生，我每天都被他们感动着，我一天比一天更加明白，在灾难面前只有这样的逆行者是最可爱的人!有一天，当祖国需要我时，我也一定会勇敢地站出来，成为逆行者的一员!

I am. ________. I was born in ________. I graduate from ________ senior high school and major in English. I started learning English since I was 12 years old. My parents have a lot of American friends. Thats why I have no problem communicating with Americans or others by speaking English.

In my spare time, I like to do anything relating to English such as listening to English songs, watching English movies or TV programs, or even attending the activities held by some English clubs or institutes. I used to go abroad for a short-term English study. During that time, I learned a lot of daily life English and saw a lot of different things.

I think language is very interesting. I could express one substance by using different sounds. So I wish I could study and read more English literatures and enlarge my knowledge.

During the summer holidays, I went to my grandmothers home. One evening after supper, I stood on the balcony to look at the sky.

The stars in the sky were twinkling. Some were crowded, and others were separate. Then I found that the stars were not the same colour. They were white, grey, light blue and orange. It was really beautiful. At that time, the sky was like blue damask decorated by millions of bright dimonds.

Looking up at the sky, I saw the moon. It was like a naughty child, sometimes it hid in the clouds and sometimes it got out of the clouds. It seemed to play “hide and seek” with us. The stars around the moon, however, were as shy as girls, and hid themselves in the clouds.

Oh, what a beautiful sky!

在暑假期间，我去了我奶奶家。晚餐后的一个晚上，我站在阳台上看天空。

English is one of my best subjects and I started learning English when I

was ten years old. But at the very beginning, listening seemed a little

difficult for me. So I have been doing a lot of listening practice, such as

listening to tapes, watching English TV programs. And I found it really helped a

lot. In fact, there are some more helpful ways to learn English well. For

example, I enjoy singing English songs and I want to join an English club or

find a pen pal from English-speaking countries. I believe that nothing is

impossible if you put your heart into it。

Dear Santa Claus,

See the letter!

Santa, you are a magical person. Although I have never seen you, I can

imagine what you look like. On December 24, you ride in a sleigh pulled by 12

reindeer and drop presents down chimneys from house to house. You will satisfy

every childs Christmas wish.

I also have a Christmas wish this year. I want Avang and Darky back to me.

Awan is a dog that my grandfather picked up. Awan was no ordinary dog. It has

the blood of the Wolf, so it is a Wolf dog. Not long after, Awang became

pregnant and gave birth to The paparazzi, Xiao Hei. As a mother, Awang loves her

son, Xiao Hei, very much. I also very painful small black, a little bump all

dont let, more wont let others bully it.

When Xiao Hei was nearly five years old, my grandfather suddenly had a

stroke and was unable to take care of himself in the hospital bed. Little Hei

was afraid of thunder since he was a child. The other day I went to see grandpa

in the hospital. It was thundering and thundering outside. Grandma was at my

sisters house, and I was afraid to walk home alone. So I was in the hospital

waiting for my mother to pick me up and go home with me. But mom cant come to

pick me up because of something.

So as soon as I clenched my teeth, I rushed into the heavy rain alone. The

rain was so heavy that I ran all the way. In the haze, I saw two moving black

dots running towards me. Im so happy. It must be Avang and Heiie to greet me

when I go home. But I was so happy that I forgot the red light ahead and rushed

out. Suddenly, Awan ran up to me and shielded me from the oncoming impact of the

car.

The owner of the car to see, the original hit is a dog, did not say what

drove away. I am very helpless, very want to find him desperately. But Avangs

life is more important. Thinking of this, I immediately picked up Awan and ran

to the pet hospital.

The doctor said, "No more surgery. Its almost hopeless." Hearing this, I

burst into tears. The doctor saw that I was too sad and suggested putting Awan

to death. I had to say yes. I didnt want Him to suffer as much as he did before

he died.

Santa, can you show me one more look at Black and Awan? Can you give me

that wish?

圣诞老人，你是一个神奇的人物。虽然我从来没有见过你，但是我能想象到你的样子。每当12月24日，你会乘着12只驯鹿拉的雪橇，你会挨家挨户从烟囱里扔下礼物。你会满足每个小朋友的圣诞愿望。

今年我也有一个圣诞愿望。我想让阿旺和小黑回到我的身边。阿旺是我爷爷捡回来的一条狗。阿旺不是一条普通的狗。它身上有狼的血性，所以说是一条狼狗。没过多久，阿旺怀孕生下了狗仔小黑。做了母亲的阿旺非常疼爱自己的儿子——小黑。我也很疼小黑，一点磕磕碰碰都不让，更不会让别人欺负它了。

在小黑快五岁的时候，我的爷爷突然得了中风，躺在病床上不能自理。小黑从小就怕打雷。那天我去医院看望爷爷。外面雷电交加，风雨大作。当时奶奶在妹妹家，我一个人又不敢走回家。所以我在医院等妈妈过来接我一起回家。可是妈妈临时有事不能来接我了。

所以一咬牙我就一个人冲进了大雨中。雨太大了，我一路飞奔。朦胧中，我看到两个移动的黑点在朝我跑过来。我很开心，肯定是阿旺和小黑来迎接我回家。可是我太高兴了，忘了前面是红灯，冲了出去。说时迟那时快，阿旺跑到我面前替我挡住了汽车迎面而来的撞击。

车主下车一看，原来撞到的是条狗，没说什么就驱车离开了。我非常无奈，很想找他拼命。可是阿旺的命更重要。想到这，我立马抱起阿旺跑到宠物医院。

医生说“不用做手术了，基本上没救了。”听到这，我不由自主地放声大哭。医生看我实在太伤心，建议给阿旺安乐死。我只能忍痛答应，我不想让阿旺临死前那么痛苦。

圣诞老人，你能再让我看一眼小黑和阿旺吗?你能帮我实现这个愿望吗?

Christmas arouses increasing attention year by year in China. Christmas cards become popular with students. People hold Christmas parties and exchange Christmas girts. A lot or TV and radio programs about Christmas are on. Meanwhile the Spring Festival is less appealing （有吸引力的）to youngsters. Thus some people wonder whether Christmas will replace the Spring Festival.

This worry is fairly unnecessary. Why ？One reason lies that Christmas only affects Christians，college students and joint-venture （合资企业）workers. Another reason is that Christmas is mostly celebrated in cities. Few people in countryside show extreme interest in this exotic（带有异国情调的）festival. By contrast，the Spring Festival is the most influential traditional festival in every family.

I think，it is natural that with increasing exchanges with the West，a lot of Western holidays have been gradually introduced into China. For us Chinese we should never neglect or even discard our own traditional festivals. For centuries Chinese have observed this traditional holiday to welcome the beginning of a new year. And we will treasure the Spring Festival forever.
