大家好!

急诊是医院工作的前哨，是抢救危重病人的重要场所。急诊急救质量直接体现了医院的综合水平和文明程度，直接关系到病人的生命安危。我于20__年_月调任急诊科护士长，有幸成为急诊一员，但是当时的急诊科，人员不固定，技术水平较低，条件简陋，急救装备落后。特别是护理人员业务素质偏低，对一些危及生命的急症不能进行及时有效的识别和处理。面对这种局面，我感到从未有过的压力和一份沉甸甸的责任。我利用业余时间阅读了大量急诊急救方面的书籍，记录了大量的读书笔记，丰富了自己的专业知识，并通过参加省内外急诊急救知识培训、学术交流、远程网络教育等途径，了解并掌握了急诊专业领域的各项进展和趋势。同时将自己所学整理成教案向护理人员讲授，内容涉及急诊急救方方面面，内、外、妇、儿等多个学科，有效提高了护理人员的急救意识和急救水平。

2___年，急诊科迎来了快速发展的契机，全省开展了急救站建设考评验收工作，我拿到标准就认真学习，着手制定各项规章制度、应急预案、各级各类人员职责，有多少个夜晚我伏案到深夜甚至黎明__月督导骨干人员进行急救技能训练，备战全市技术比武。随着检查验收的一步步临近，对照标准，我知道，我们差距太大。经过反复思考，再三斟酌，终将凝聚着我心血和汗水的急诊科、急救站建设的想法、建议和要求的书面报告呈交到几位院长的桌前。医院领导大力支持，投资__多万元购买了所有硬件设备，改造急诊科设置和布局，并派专人督导这项工作。筹备工作紧锣密鼓进行，其中的艰辛如今无法用语言表达，当时，我体重下降十余斤，右臂抬起困难、腰部疼痛、双膝关节蹲下后难以站起，检查前两个晚上我又是彻夜未眠，最后右腿僵硬疼痛、走路颠簸。就这样，强大的力量支撑着我直到验收结束。科室全体人员也付出了大量的劳动和汗水。几个月的奋战取得丰硕成果，我院在急救站考评验收中以优异成绩夺得全市第一名。同年11月，漯河市急诊急救工作现场会在我院召开，市局各级领导亲临我院，这是对我们工作多大的赞誉和肯定啊!

自此，急诊科管理向标准化、规范化迈进，急救技能日益规范、娴熟，多次代表全县参加漯河市急救技能比赛，__，__年我代表队分别取得单人徒手心肺复苏、创伤院前急救、经口气管插管第一、二、三名的好成绩。今年年初我院举行的全院急救技能大比武活动，我科骨干人员甚至全科人员承担教练与指导任务，为急救技能在我院的普及做出了应有的贡献。

急诊科工作随机性强，承担着全县95%以上的院前急救任务，工作突出一个“急”字，需要人员时刻待命，无论白天黑夜、风雨冰雪，只要接到“120”指令，必须迅速出车，不得延误。记得一个阴冷的上午，接班没多久，电话铃骤然响起，孟寨东高速公路发生特大交通事故。我们迅速上报，启动突发重大公共事件应急救治预案。派出三辆救护车迅速赶赴现场。我也随车到最前沿参加抢救。至今，我还忘不了救护车那风驰电掣般的感觉。时间就是生命，我们心里只有病人，哪里顾得考虑自身的安危!现场惨不忍睹，一辆黄色中巴车坠入桥下，车两侧蜷卧着一个个呻吟的伤员。快速检诊、初步处理、迅速转运。我所在的救护车上躺着3位病人，中间担架上是一个年轻的小伙子，由于巨大的恐惧不言不语;车厢前一个二三十岁的年轻人，表情痛苦，右下腹疼痛不能平卧。我们用平车垫折成靠背让他半卧在上面;右侧座椅上躺着一个__来岁的男性患者，面色苍白，皮肤湿冷、大汗、精神萎靡，左足严重毁损、畸形，他看着我吃力地说：“医生，救救我吧!”“躺好，不要多说话，保持体力。”我一边安慰他，一边迅速为他建立两条静脉输液通路。救护车呼啸着前进，车子强烈的惯性使我很难维持平衡，突然双膝跪倒在车厢里。我强忍疼痛做完一切抢救治疗，见病人的左脚不时坠下车座，踢向前面年轻人的右下腹部，强烈的责任感使我不忍心让每个患者再受到一丝一毫的伤害，一路上我一直半跪着，两手臂紧抱着患者的伤足回到院内。在医院领导有效指挥下，患者被快速分流，继续接受抢救和治疗，我悬着的心才稍感安慰。

急诊科危重病人集中，“时间就是生命”在这里最能体现，急救人员的反应速度、技术水平可瞬间决定病人生死，我作为护士长只有自己技术过硬，才能指导、带动科室人员对病人实施救治。那是一个星期一的下午，我开完会刚回到科室，一辆面包车送来一位酒精中毒的病人，在接触到病人的刹那间，我发现病人面色口唇青紫，仔细观察竟没有呼吸，我心头一惊，下意识呼喊“快抢救病人”。我顾不得戴口罩、戴手套，迅速打开病人气道，拍打病人背部，用手指抠出病人口腔内呕吐物，病人仍无反应，我一边告知家属：病人呼吸停止，可能随时死亡，一边冲向抢救柜，准备气管插管用物。当喉镜挑起会厌的一瞬间，病人的气道内有气体溢出，身体抽动一下，我看到一丝生命的曙光，快速插管一次成功，吸出气管内呕吐物、分泌物，建立静脉输液通路，连接心电图，抢救药物应用。大家全力配合，一系列措施快速准确。病人面色、口唇渐渐转红润，继而自主呼吸恢复，心电图提示窦性心律，病人得救了，我虽然满手污物，但心里充满无比的激动和自豪，感受着人生最大的幸福和快乐。

回首过去，我在自己的岗位上履行着救死扶伤的神圣职责，履行着一个护士长应尽的责任和义务。但急诊医学发展日新月异，创先争优永无止境。展望未来，我无时不在思索着急诊科的进步和发展。建立一支行动敏捷、技术精湛的急救队伍，建立集院前急救—院内抢救—重症监护为一体的规范化急诊科，使我们的人才有展示自己的平台，使更多的危重患者得到更及时有效的救治，远离伤残、远离死亡，是我和我的团队共同的梦想和目标，为着这个目标，为着急诊事业更加辉煌的明天，我会不懈努力!

What are friends? We often talk about the topic with others. I think

friends are those people who can help you when you are in trouble. Don’t forget

今天我演讲的题目是《养成文明礼貌习惯，争做社会小标兵》。

你们也许会看到一些身强力壮的小伙子，旁若无人地坐在公交车的老弱病残席上；也许会听到两个高谈阔论的时髦姑娘，如何兴高采烈地发出“他妈的”之声；也许会遇到有人撞了你一下，不打招呼便扬长而去的情况。每当你看到这一切的时候，你一定会觉得这与我们物质文明的发展是多么不相称！但是，当前社会上仍然有些人对于这些不文明礼貌的行为不以为耻不以为怪，并且为之辩护说：区区小事，何足挂齿。难道这真的是区区小事吗？我们要向有这种思想的人大喝一声：“你们错了！如果任其这样发展下去，那么文明何在？礼貌又何在呢？”

我们伟大祖国素以“礼仪之邦”着称于世，我们中华民族历来十分注重文明礼貌。在几千年的历史长河中，有多少名人志士以礼待人的故事至今还被人们广泛传诵，“融四岁，能让梨”的故事更是家喻户晓，妇孺皆知。毛泽东是上个世纪影响最大的人物之一，他从小养成了对长辈有礼貌的美德，后来当了国家主席，仍然能以礼待人。一九五九年，毛主席回韶山，曾专门邀请亲友的老人吃饭，毛主席给老人敬酒，老人们说：“主席敬酒，岂敢岂敢！”毛主席回答：“敬老尊贤，应当应当！”由此可见，文明礼貌是多么重要。

可以毫不夸张地说，生活中最主要的是文明礼貌，它比最高的智慧、一切的学识都重要。我们共同生活在社会主义的大家庭中，文明礼貌地处事待人，是我们每个青少年成长过程中必修的一课。因此，我们一定要养成讲文明礼貌的好习惯。

为了做一个讲文明礼貌的社会小标兵，我们要养成哪些习惯呢？比如说，你在公共汽车上，不小心踩了别人的脚，请先说声“对不起”；别人帮你做了事，要对别人道一声“谢谢”；在校内外，见到老师要热情打招呼问好；吃饭时，要把最舒适的座位让给长者，等等，这些都是讲文明礼貌的起码要求，有了这些习惯，才算具备了文明人的基本素质。但这些习惯不是天生就有的，需要逐渐养成。

那么怎样才能养成讲文明礼貌的习惯呢？首先要重视自身的道德修养。一个人的思想、行为，对别人、对社会是有益还是有害，要有一个衡量的准则，我们通常把这种衡量和指导人们思想、行为的准则，叫做道德。而礼貌与道德是互为表里的。礼貌是道德的外衣，道德是礼貌的内涵，因此，我们要认清哪些是我们应该做的，哪些是我们不应该做的，以此来规范我们的行为。其次，采取一些有效措施，来培养习惯。比如，在生活中我们常常看到在放置着“不准践踏草地”、“请您足下留情”告示牌的公园里、绿化带中，照样有人践踏青草。光靠布置告示来提醒，对有些人看来是无效了，他们对这些告示倒不一定是故意违反，因此，在没有养成好的习惯的时候，采取一些强制手段也是十分必要的。

同学们，我们是21世纪建设祖国的主力军，共同担负着创造物质文明的重要使命，更担负着创造精神文明的神圣职责。让我们从身边做起，做一个文明1养成文明礼貌习惯，争做社会小标兵。

英文请假条写作需注意三点：

1.英文中请假条的写法和汉语请假条相同， 它一般由四部分组成，即时间、称呼、正文和签名。
