刚开始进入临床时，繁忙的工作、完全陌生的工作环境、知识的不足，角色的突然改变压得我喘不过气，甚至有过放弃的想法。 偶而间，我翻起书架里的书，角落里刘庸的《领悟生活》落入我的眼底，在细细品读了一下里面的人生观念，改变了我许多。以前上学时的无忧无虑，使我觉得自己有能驾取生活的本领，但是工作后诸多不如意使我一下子站不住了脚步，思想也跌宕起伏。但是《领悟生活》给了我许多的启示：生活是确确实实的现实存在，无论你是接受还是抗拒，事件的演变照样发展，无可改变!命运是掌握在自己的手里，但前提是你必须懂得生活，使自己改变生活的同时去适应生活。现在的我豁然开朗，虽然工作与生活中依然有诸多的不称心，但是我明确了自己要走的路，明了了该如何走的方向。

在改变我的思想的同时，我也借阅了《病历书写规范》一书。虽然，书里面的内容都是我们平时耳熟能详的知识，但我觉得知识是该重复牢记的，诸如：做到客观、真实、准确、及时、完整地记录病人病情的动态化，文句通顺，字体清楚端正，不得涂改，剪贴，或滥用简化字。这也许是每个人都知道的事，但护理记录单是记录病人病情和一切护理活动的真实反映，它体现了护理质量的高低，提供诊疗的依据，是医疗纠纷处理的客观资料，如果万一真的发生了意外，点点的错漏必将成为你一生的遗憾。我作为一个新人，知识有限，见识短浅，使我不得不每一项都得循规蹈矩，因此从最简单学起是必要的，正如现在有许多老师在书写护记时都有或多或少的简写，以前实习时我是按部就班写的，但是现在经过学习后我将会改掉这一不良习惯。

又如：病历书写过程中出现错字时，应当在错字上用双划线，在划线的错字上方签全名，应当保持原记录清晰可辨，不得采用刮、粘、涂等方法掩盖或去除原来的字迹。灌肠的记录方法也得到了重温，因为在我们儿科比较少遇到，但是现在又可以使我的记忆加深了。护理记记录书写应规范，记录应有针对性，运用医学术语。药名、治疗等均应写全名，记录重点突出和具有连续性，特殊用药、治疗后，应有效果观察，护理记录应与医生记录一致。经过基础知识的重温，我对自己的工作有了进一步的了解，同时知识的巩固加深，使我的迷惘减少了一点，相信不断的学习会使我成为一名合格的护士!

Last week, I received a post card from my friend, which was from Thailand,

I felt so excited, because I always wanted to travel abroad. So I was so eager

to talk to my friend. She showed me the sceneries. I found different sceneries

in different cities. For the first time, I saw the outside world so closely. I

want to explore the world and know more about this planet. I realized the

importance of learning English. If I master more words, then I can communicate

with the local people and learn about their culture. From now on, I must study

I am a local person.I am graduating from Jilin Normal University this June. I major in Chinese literature. Reasons for taking postgraduate exams:

First of all, I love my major. Chinese literature is the symbol of the start of Chinese literary modernization. It plays an important part in modernization of our citizens’ thoughts. What’s more, modern literature is very close to our daily life and it can deeply reflect the styles and features of our society. I am fascinated by the great masters’ refreshing or warm or profound styles as well. But I am not easily satisfied with such superficial knowledge. I hope I could have a better understanding in modern literature by studying further. This is a very important reason for me to take the postgraduate exams.

Next, I love the feeling in the university. It is full of youthful spirit. And I am deeply attracted by the scholarly atmosphere. And the most important, it’s my great honor to open my ears to your teaching.Finally, I want to talk about a very practical problem. That is my dream of becoming a teacher in the university. I want to realize my dream and make myself to be a well-qualified person. 打针，发药，观察病情，嘘寒问暖，这是我理解中护士的工作。这种机械而又程序化的生活，您可能觉得无趣。但每当我想到那一张张渴望生命，在病魔中挣扎的面孔，苦苦哀求的眼神时，心中的无奈和痛苦简直要让我窒息。原来在生命面前，所有的一切都是如此的微不足道。金钱，权利，利益……，所有的一切尽是生命的附属体。

曾经令我动摇的是，在网络媒体高度发达的今天，在医患关系还有待提高的环境下，护士这一职业并不被所有人看好。可是大家知道吗，在英镑的背面赫然印着南丁格尔的肖像。“燃烧自己照亮别人”，南丁格尔是英雄，是我们护士的骄傲。每一位真正的护士都是天使。是护士的双手迎接生命的降临；是护士与病魔抗争；是护士陪伴苍白的生命。拉开人生帷幕的人是护士，拉上人生帷幕的人还是护士。

作为一名未来的白衣天使，我深深的明白自己肩上的责任重大，爱心、耐心、细心、责任心，这些都是我们作为一名合格医务人员所必备的品质。既然我已经走上了这条路，那么我就要尽自己最大的努力做到最好。让生命中的每一分钟都过得充实而有意义。

Thank you very much for taking me with you on that splendid outing to

London. It was the first time that I had seen the Tower or any of the other

famous sights. If Id gone alone, I couldnt have seen nearly as much, because I

wouldnt have known my way about.

The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still

remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate.

During the same day, it might snow in the morning, rain at noon, shine in the

afternoon and be windy before the night falls. So I think I was lucky.

I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive

for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to

Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting - a day that I shall never

forget.
