自2013年9月孩子进入博才开始，至今已过去一年半的时光。一路走来，作为家长，我也陪同孩子经历了很多，其中有对学校教育理念的期待、有对孩子成长的期盼，但更多的是如何从父母的角度对孩子给予成长的帮助。正所谓：十年树木，百年树人。成才路上的种种艰辛，作为父母的我们深有体会。伴随并见证孩子的成长是父母辛苦却又最幸福的事情，我家来仪虽不足够优秀，但每天都在成长进步，作为家长，我倍感欣慰。培养经验谈不上，今天就交流几点体会，不当之处，还请批评指正。

一、加强与孩子的沟通。我们家有条针对家长的家规——和孩子作朋友，对于孩子的成长道路上出现的问题，我们始终保持多理解，多鼓励，少埋怨，少责骂的态度。人与人之间的距离是可怕的，哪怕父母与孩子之间也不例外。我认为：如果能找到适当的时间跟孩子好好沟通，互相了解，换位思考，多给孩子一些关爱，那么这种努力一定有收益。我们并不求孩子办大事，但求脚踏实地对待每一件小事。在我们看来，孩子的态度远比结果重要。她今天的学习态度，就是她今后的工作态度，甚至人生态度。虽然我们都很忙，但不管怎么忙，我们一定会多抽时间陪陪孩子，了解她的心理、她的朋友、她最近的学习生活，定时定期与老师沟通孩子的在校表现。这样，才能发现孩子在成长的路上所出现的问题，并及时给予帮助，好让孩子的青春路走得更为顺畅平安。

二、培养孩子学习的能力。为了训练能力、提高成绩，适当多做一些课后练习是必要的。在此，我要谈谈我们家对孩子提出的“五个一”：一是每天利用一些时间温习功课、完成作业；二是每天攻克一条学科知识难点；三是每周阅读一本好书，写好心得感悟，培养良好的阅读习惯；四是每天帮家长做一点家务活，培养孩子勤劳节俭的好品质；五是参加一些有意义的社会实践活动，培养孩子发

现问题、解决问题、有独到见解的能力。而正式这“五个一”家规的坚持施行，让来仪在德智体美劳各个方面都有了显著的提高。

三、正确对待成绩，及时调整学习战术。在我们家，每次来仪考完试，无论成绩怎样，我们都会先让她分析原因、找出差距，并自己制定出一个接下来的学习策略，而作为家长则起辅助引导的作用，而不是给孩子施加压力。家长不关注成绩是不可能的，但过度关注又绝对是不可取的。通过考试，最重要的是了解孩子的学习状况，帮助孩子了解存在的问题和不足，并及时弥补。只要以后的考试作业中不犯类似错误，我的目的就达到了。家长应从孩子的基础出发，多肯定、多鼓劲。我们一直坚信——好孩子是夸出来的。

四、重视孩子的品德教育、安全教育和青春期教育。一是不要迷恋网游，要有效利用网络资源进行学习；二是教育孩子端正审美观，言语要得体，举止要文明；三是关爱生命，提高防范意识，防止交通事故、火灾事故、盗抢事件的发生；四是做好青春期教育，教育孩子正确面对开放多元的媒体影响，强堵不如巧疏，有针对性传授科学知识；五是多与孩子交心，培养孩子的兴趣爱好，知道孩子正常交往，帮助她理智超越情感，培育高尚情操，让孩子在丰富多彩的活动中得到足够多的情感满足，坦然愉快地步入青春期，充分享受花季的绚丽多姿。

叮叮当，叮叮当，铃声多响亮，圣诞节快到了!我想家乐福等大卖场一定挤满购买装饰品及圣诞礼物的人潮，热热闹闹的更有温暖的气氛。

许多地方摆满了红红绿绿的圣诞红，有的地方也一一竖起又高又大的树木，挂上缤纷亮丽的灯饰及大大小小的卡片及小饰品就成了非常漂亮的圣诞树。街上还不时看到胡须洁白如雪，戴着红红尖帽的圣诞老公公，挥舞双手向人们热情打招呼。如果世界上真的有圣诞老公公的话，我想向他祈求一把小提琴和一双跳跳鞋作为我的圣诞礼物。

我希望圣诞老公公能送我一把小提琴，因为在学校常看到许多同学拉着小提琴，演奏一首又一首美妙的乐曲，常让我听到入迷。小时候我喜欢拿着玩具提琴，摸着那有弹性的琴弦及弓，感觉很有趣。读幼儿园大班时我有学过小提琴，还曾上台表演。但上小学后就没继续学琴了，现在我也完全忘记怎么拉琴，真可惜!如果圣诞老公公真的送我一把小提琴，我要好好表现，再请求妈妈可以让我上提琴课，学会真正演奏的技巧，将美妙的音乐分享给大家。

如果可以，我还希望能有一双“跳跳鞋”当圣诞礼物。因为我每天走路上学都要走好远。如果我有“跳跳鞋”，我要上学时只要穿上它，跳个二下不到五分钟就可以到学校了，又快又方便。可是我也担心如果穿上它出去玩，遇到山洞或隧道，会不会跳的太高撞的满头包。如果没有这个礼物也没关系，我也喜欢每天走路上学，路上可以看见许多洁白的鹭鸶在社区觅食，还可以看到很多草地上的小黄花。走路上学既可以看让身体健康又可以看到漂亮的风景，也是件令人开心的事!

如果圣诞老公公真的达成我的愿望，我会好好珍惜得到的礼物。我也要感谢在寒风中辛苦奔波的圣诞老公公，因为他很辛苦跑来跑去的送给许多人礼物，让大家都能心想事成。希望温馨欢乐的圣诞节能快快到来，也祝福大家都能平平安安、快快乐乐。

Every city has many theme parks, the local people like to go to the park for a walk or take some exercise. In China, most parks are free, people can go there without charge, but still some other parks need to charge. People urge that all the parks should be free, while I think it will do harm to the park.

每个城市都有很多主题公园，本地人喜欢去公园散步或者锻炼。在中国，大部分公园免费，人们无需给钱就可以进入公园，但是仍然有一些公园需要付费。人们要求所有的公园应该免费，然而我觉得这样会对公园有害。

One the one hand, opening the parks for free encourages people to go to the park for entertainment. Most people have the habit to take a walk after dinner, so it can help them to keep their bodies healthy. The children can have fun with their friends, too. The parks provide people so much fun, so it is good for people to go to there for free.

一方面，免费开放公园鼓励着人们去公园娱乐。很多人有饭后散步的习惯，这样有助于让他们保持身体的健康。孩子们也可以和他们的朋友找乐子。公园给人们提供了很多的乐趣，因此免费开放公园对人们是有好处的。

On the other hand, too many people go to the parks will do harm to the environment. Some people will throw away their trash away, the environment will be polluted. What’s more, the crowed people will make people have less space for them to have fun.

另一方面，过多的人去公园会对环境造成伤害。一些人会随处扔垃圾环境会被污染。而且，成群的人会让人们享有很少的空间来娱乐。

For me, I think it is not good to open the parks for free, it needs to control the number of people, so we can protect the environment.

对于我来说，我觉得免费开放公园是不好的，要控制人群的数量，这样我们才能保护环境。

我相信每个人都有梦想，至少有过梦想。我也想过，想过成为大明星，在舞台上展示自己靓丽的一面；想过成为大作家，在报纸书刊上发表自己的言论；甚至还想过成为一名企业家，在商界的天地中叱咤风云。但梦想与现实总有太大的差距，还好最终我来到了中医药学校，开始了我“白衣天使”的梦想。

打针，发药，观察病情，嘘寒问暖，这是我理解中护士的工作。这种机械而又程序化的生活，您可能觉得无趣。但每当我想到那一张张渴望生命，在病魔中挣扎的面孔，苦苦哀求的眼神时，心中的无奈和痛苦简直要让我窒息。原来在生命面前，所有的一切都是如此的微不足道。金钱，权利，利益……，所有的一切尽是生命的附属体。

曾经令我动摇的是，在网络媒体高度发达的今天，在医患关系还有待提高的环境下，护士这一职业并不被所有人看好。可是大家知道吗，在英镑的背面赫然印着南丁格尔的肖像。“燃烧自己照亮别人”，南丁格尔是英雄，是我们护士的骄傲。每一位真正的护士都是天使。是护士的双手迎接生命的降临；是护士与病魔抗争；是护士陪伴苍白的生命。拉开人生帷幕的人是护士，拉上人生帷幕的人还是护士。

作为一名未来的白衣天使，我深深的明白自己肩上的责任重大，爱心、耐心、细心、责任心，这些都是我们作为一名合格医务人员所必备的品质。既然我已经走上了这条路，那么我就要尽自己最大的努力做到最好。让生命中的每一分钟都过得充实而有意义。

所以，选择中医药学校，放飞天使的梦想，我无怨无悔！

因为我知道，我即将肩负的是救死扶伤的重任，承载国家、社会和人民的重托。尤其在医疗护理改革的今天，更需要我们每一位未来的医务人员具有良好的心理素质、精湛的技术，和与患者沟通的技巧。

海阔凭鱼跃，天高任鸟飞。中医药学校给了我承载梦想的舞台，我一定不会辜负老师们的谆谆教诲，更不会放弃我的青春梦想。三年之后，我要穿上洁白的工作服，放飞我的梦想，成为一名真正的白衣天使！

My name is xxx. I am a sophomore studying in Beijing institute of petrochemical technology. My hobbies are varied from individual to group activities. Such as XXX XXX XXX XXX.

The main reason of applying to be Olympic volunteer of 2008 is that I think this will be my unforgettable and GREat experience in my whole life. This is the first time to hold Olympic Games in china, for every Chinese person, this Olympic game is very important and memorable. Besides, Olympic Games will be held in Beijing. As a citizen of Beijing, I feel very proud. Although I am only a graduate, I think that I must actively contribute to the Olympic Games. Unnumbered people want to be Olympic volunteers, but they have no opportunities.

I am so lucky that I am a graduate, and I have opportunity to work for Olympic. My heart tells me that I cannot lose this GREat opportunity. I have geographical conditions that I live in Beijing and I study in Beijing. I have no reason to give up this opportunity to be Olympic volunteer.
