今天下午在公司的组织下看了艾莫老师的演讲，我感触很多，获益匪浅 在我们的工作上，不要迷茫，给自己一个要求，给自己设定一个目标，不管是长远的还是短暂的，每天就为这个目标努力，在脑子里面想，在自己设定的时间里我必须要完成，每天进步一点点，都在向目标接近，等过段时间回头来看，就会发现每天都在改变…那么离成功就很久了

在艰苦的条件下成长，艾莫老师在环境恶劣的条件下考上大学，不经历风雨怎么见彩虹？今天早上也看了《鹰的重生》同样的道理，要想生存下去，就必须付出，牺牲自己，当你成功了回头来看，其实那一切真的不算什么的，相信自己只要是自己想要的，辛苦一点就会得到

现在我明白为什么每次铮姐要我们上去分享一些东西，作为一个销售，必须要锻炼自己的口才，不断突破自己，艾莫老师也说了不仅要敢说，还有能说，会说…把自己的兴趣变成爱好，把爱好变成特长，把特长变成专长，把专长变成专业，在“蓝海”是一个展现自己的的平台，刚到一区陈总就给我说过，我的优势在哪，要做我自己，不要太拘束，茫茫人海当中总有一个是属于我的，总有一个会为我每天的辛苦而买单…

对于销售公司来说，人员流动很大，而作为一个新人来说，我们现在必须要抛下我之前的一些东西，在蓝海成长，跟着陈总和铮姐的脚步慢慢蜕变,可能前面的路程会很辛苦，但是在自己的心里必须要树立一个目标，当自己坚持不住的时候告诉自己，这么久的时间都过来了，再坚持一小时，再坚持30分钟，再坚持十分钟,再坚持…我觉得我是可以做到了，我对自己很有信心

对于找资料来说，我觉得我真的很怄火…我不知道是因为在之前的公司都是经理给资料的原因还是我自己对自己没信心，觉得自己找的资料都是高骚的，但是我现在正在一步一步的努力去改，其实我并不觉得我比公司里的任何人差，我相信我只要努力，我就会得到我想要的，这只是一个时间的过程，毕竟他们都是老手

Today mother took me to skate. I was very happy. But I hadnt expected I

fell down as soon as I got in. Today I didnt know why my two feet were out of

Nowadays, it’s a common phenomenon that college students fall in love with

others because they cannot stand loneliness. In my point of view, I believe that

people with a strong will to finish something won’t feel lonely. Many people

feel lonely when they are boring, nothing to do. That is to say, if we have many

things to do, work hard for our dreams, live a meaningful life, we won’t feel

lonely. Our dreams will accompany with us.

In my opinion, I think people who don’t know what they want are lonely,

Hong Kong is one of the two special administrative regions (SARs) of the Peoples Republic of China, along with Macau. Comprising more than 260 islands, the territory is located on the eastern side of the Pearl River Delta, bordering Guangdong province in the north and facing the South China Sea in the east, west and south.

Hong Kong was a Crown colony of the United Kingdom from 1842 until the transfer of sovereignty to the Peoples Republic of China in 1997. In countries such as Australia, Canada and the United States, although Chinese New Year  not an official holiday, many ethnic Chinese hold large celebrations and Australia Post, Canada Post, and the US Postal Service sues New Years themed stamps.

Within China, regional customs and traditions concerning the celebration of the Chinese new year vary widely. People will pour out their money to buy presents, decoration, material, food, and clothing. It  also the tradition that every family thoroughly cleans the house to sweep away any ill-fortune in hopes to make way for good incoming luck. Windows and doors will be decorated with red colour paper-cuts and couplets with popular themes of “happiness”, “wealth”, and “longevity”. On the Eve of Chinese New Year, supper  a feast with families. Food will include such items as pigs, ducks, chicken and sweet delicacies. The family will end the night with firecrackers. Early the next morning, children will greet their parents by whing them a healthy and happy new year, and receive money in red paper envelopes. 有一次夜里，我发烧了。爸爸妈妈带我去妇幼保健院看急诊。因为我一直高烧不退，医生建议给我打退烧针。那是我第一次打针，当护士阿姨拿着针筒叫妈妈脱我裤子时，我“哇”的一声哭了起来。我不停地扭动身体，不让护士阿姨靠近我。妈妈急得满头大汗，还一边跟护士阿姨道歉：“不好意思，这孩子太闹腾了。”虽然我又哭又闹，可是护士阿姨依然笑眯眯地说：“没关系，小孩子都害怕打针，不急。”说完，她把针筒拿到身后温柔地对我说：“小朋友长得真可爱！可是一直哭鼻子就要变丑了，来，阿姨给你擦擦鼻涕。”可能是护士阿姨的声音太好听了，我慢慢不哭了，好奇地看着阿姨。我发现面前的护士阿姨穿着粉色的护士服，带着粉色的帽子，特别漂亮。这时护士阿姨说：“小朋友真乖，阿姨打针一点都不疼，就像被蚊子咬一口一样，很快就好。我们做个勇敢的小宝宝，好不好？”我看着漂亮的护士阿姨，听着温柔的声音，已经忘记了害怕又细又尖的针筒了，点了点头。护士阿姨很快给我打了一针，我一点都没觉得疼。她一边收针筒一边夸我：“小朋友真勇敢！”说完，她又去给别的小朋友挂针了。

“‘卡丹’到处有，‘狐狸’满山走，‘老爷’被偷走，‘鳄鱼’全国游”。请不要以为这是诗人的杰作，这是《中国诚信报告》一书中对假名牌产品泛滥于市的论述。当我们站在琳琅满目的名牌商品面前，存细分辨鳄鱼的嘴朝左还是朝右、“老人头”的皱纹是两道还是三道、梦特娇的花瓣到底是几瓣时，您是否意识到，由于假名牌产品的失信市场，已经使得真正的名牌产品同样遭遇了信任危机。在《中国诚信报》中，这样的例子比比皆是。

然而，掩卷沉思：中国是一个有着悠久文明历史的国家，重诚信历来都是中华民族的传统。中国诚信走过了历史，走进了现代，更要走向未来。做为“服务人民奉献社会”的邮政员工，我们有责任把中华民族有信必诺的光荣传统继承下来，发扬下去。

那是一个炎热的夏天，一位民工走进了××邮局：政府啊，我要办事。浓浓的乡音，使前台营业员忍俊不禁。营业班长刘××耐心地询问用户要办什么事情，原来这位用户初到北京要为家里打电话报平安。在他的眼里，邮局的人是穿官衣、办公事的，就是政府。刘××指导用户办完了业务，叮嘱了他初到北京的注意事项。第二天的班前会上，刘××提出了这样的问题：用户为什么称我们是政府？在热烈的议论声中，年轻的员工明白了邮政服务在人民心中崇高的地位。邮政员工的言行不光代表着企业形象，更关系着政府在人民心中的公信力。多少年来，正是在这种“每日一题，一事一议”务实型的班前会中，升华了员工的思想，提升了员工诚信守诺的素质。

在××邮局，无论是局长、还是员工，常说的一句话就是：不用把用户当成抽象的上帝，只把他当成对门的大妈，隔壁的阿姨。用平常心，为用户做平常事，用细心做好服务中的细节。××邮局刚刚开办国际通关业务不久，一位用户到邮局为在美国的儿子寄被子和书籍，用户觉得被子体积较大，寄水陆邮件划算，书籍急用，寄航空邮件。服务台的老师傅向用户提出了中肯的建议：被子体积虽大，但重量轻，把被子和书籍分开来寄，要花两个封装费、挂号费、起重费、报关费，不如放在一起寄航空件合适。用户将信将疑，于是工作人员与用户一起进行了反复的核算比对，用户发现，一起寄航空件不但省了100多元钱，而且缩短了被子的时限。此后，这位用户不但寄国际邮件到××邮局，就是寄封挂号信也要舍近求远跑到××邮局交寄，用她的话说就是：在这办业务放心。

随手拈来，××邮局的对外服务中，有太多这样的细节，它们就象是和风、象细雨，润物细无声中，把邮政人的诚信理念根植在了广大的用户心中。如果说，细节服务是企业诚信建设中的美丽的浪花，那么××邮局的延伸服务，则是诚信建设中的火石，不断地擦出诚信建设中的火花。

××年的1月15日17时，包裹台营业员张×发现了柜台上有一个棕色的钱包，问遍了大厅里所有的用户都没有找到失主，张×把钱包交到了局长室。局长打开钱包，发现里面有800元现金，2张银行卡，5张名片。按照明片上的电话打过去，没有找到失主。于是局长只好调来了包台17时左右的包单、速递单收据，一一拨打寄件人的电话。终于在拨打第28个电话时联系上了某售楼中心的候小姐。候小姐接到电话时感到很意外，她说：我有好多年丢了东西不找了，因为找也找不到，但你们这28个电话，使我感到了诚信的回归，谢谢你们，不光是为了这个钱包。

“不光是为这个钱包”。候小姐意味深长的话语，让我们感受到了肩上的沉甸甸的责任。诚信回归任重道远，邮政人责无旁贷。

有人说，诚信是金，但我说，诚信无价。把诚信度量化、标价，是银行信用卡的一种服务手段。中国邮政“服务人民奉献社会”才是对诚信无价最权威的诠释。诚信无价，它是人们的道德追求，是人的生存法则，也是人与社会之间的平衡的纽带。诚信无价，让我们充份发挥道德和职业道德的自律机制，日常工作中，用我们有声的语言和有形的行动，为中国诚信的“再造明天”做出不懈的努力。

弹指一挥间，20XX年过去了。我们将迎接崭新而充满希望的20XX年。

回首不平凡的20XX，我们取得了同样不平凡的成绩。在骨科四病区全体医护人员的共同努力下，我们不仅保质保量的完成了年度的护理工作，同样也为医院在等级医院复评中取得优异成绩贡献了自己的一份力量。

去年，我病区共收治1666例病人，出院病人人数达1751人，治疗护理一级护理病人2040人次，实施手术1556例，其中关节置换术600例，关节镜手术303例。高强度的工作之下，我们仍然在护理安全、病区质量管理、护理技术操作质量、急救物品管理质量、基础护理质量、一级护理质量、责任制整体护理质量、护理文书书写质量、护士培训和绩效考核、护理教学等方面都超过了预定质量标准，并且各个方面仍在不断进行评估评价，都在不断改进和完善中。

沉稳用心的工作态度，会取得高水平的工作质量，同样也会换来病人的高满意度。我病区全年共发放并收回调查表1400份，全年病人满意率达99。92%！让患者满意将始终是我们工作努力的方向。

埋头苦干、不求闻达于诸侯的工作精神，也让我们在盛腾龙年里不知不觉地斩获了许多荣誉：护理组获“全军优质护理示范病房”，医院优秀教学单位，医院迎春晚会舞蹈第一名等集体荣耀。并且获得了校优秀护士长、校优秀护士等各种个人评优评奖24人次，我病区还成立了“骨质疏松治疗基地”，以后也将竭诚为患者朋友们服务。

此外，我病区在护理科研方面又上新台阶。20XX年我病区护理组在国家统计源期刊发表论文11篇，参编专著《野战救护技术》1部，申请国家新型实用专利1项。

诚然，我们尚存许多不足，这需要大家共同努力去提升去改变，但是我们坚信：骨科四病区会和医院其它科室、部门一同开创更为辉煌的明天。

Christmas morning, mother put three pieces of beautiful gifts in my bed, Santa Claus, tabour, star bar.

Santa Claus has a white beard. He is wearing a red dress and a cute little red cap. He stands on a big lychee and he also writes "marrychristmas" in English. A sparkling drum can use two sticks to my drum. What I like most is the magic star stick, with a star glittering and a bright bar below. This reminds me of Cinderellas old ladys star stick, a wave of pumpkin, a horse drawn carriage, a wave of rats, and a new wave of Cinderellas ragged clothes. Do you say the stars are fantastic? Im so happy with a star stick. When I go to bed, it can make a lot of things I like.

In winter, tea tree is winter snow cover a layer of white jacket, said: "in winter, its very nice of you, thank you for giving me the jacket, let me warm, let people be able to drink good tea, if not you, people will not drink to drink tea is so good, I will not so warm. Thank you again." In the winter, said a need to go away.

I called my sister and three children in the neighborhood with snowball fights. Hit the time when thinking about two things: first, the snow in the winter let us play, two will not be injured. 逆行者们：

你们好!我是一名普通的学生，或许我们素不相识，但是我们仍是中国人民中的一员。2020年这个本该充满希望的一年即将来临之时，武汉“生病了”。这场病让我们团结在一起，共同抗击这场没有硝烟的战争，我相信我们一定能够战胜它们!

武汉这座城市对于我来说非常陌生，每天坐在电视机前，看着病情越来越严重，心中在默默的祈祷着。这时，有一群人义无反顾地冲出来，医护人员穿着防护服冲在最前线，还有一些依旧坚守在岗位上的人，团结一致维护基础服务功能不紊乱的人，他们是铁路职工，是警察，是环卫工，是社区服务者等等。这是多么令人敬佩的一群英雄啊!中国，加油!武汉，加油!

很多次从一线医护人员的日记中看到，白衣天使们脱下防护服，摘下口罩，那脸上被勒出了一道道印痕，却仍然挂着笑容，还有很多警察一直坚守在岗位，小区的门卫几次都是三过家门而不入，他们不仅仅是逆行者，更是一个普通人，但他们不得不放下思念，因为他们知道国家需要他们。

在这场战役中，或许我们没有明星有钱，能捐出几百万，或许我们没有那些人力资源，可以送去几箱口罩，我们唯一能做的就是少出门，勤洗手，注意卫生，给国家添乱!

2003年的非典，我还没有出生;2008年的地震，我还很小;但是2020年的肺炎，我一定会和国家一起挺过去。现如今病历不断的减少，我相信武汉会挺过去的，所有人都能从病魔手中逃出，白衣天使都会平安归来。

2020是不平凡的一年，在疫情的道路上，我们都在努力，感谢白衣天使，感谢那些依旧坚守在岗位上的人，感谢所有在背后默默付出的人。我相信只要我们团结一心，共同努力，胜利终将属于我们，冬天走了，春天还会远吗?

When cellphone became popular many years ago, parents and school at first

banned students to take cellphone into classroom, but now, even the small child

has owned a cellphone. The use of cellphone cant be banned. For students, they

get used to keeping cellphone at hand, but the overuse of it can be blamed to

their parents. Some parents dont set good examples for their children. When

they are together, they just leave cellphones to kids and let them kill the

time. If they show the beautiful scenery around and teach kids to appreciate the

world. Then cellphone wont take up their time.

how have you been recently? i miss you very much. do you still remember me?

to be honest, im honored to make friends with you. i still remember the days when we were together. as far as i know, you are the kindest person in the world. once we were together, you always treated me as if i were your dear brother, so i was grateful to you in my heart. after you leaving, i always thought of you. next time we have a chance to see each other, i will say "thank you" to you. thank you for your kindness. now i have got the meaning of my life.

although we are in two different places now, we are still together, because we are always heart to heart. i believe we can see each other again. since we are always close friends as well as dear brothers. because of you, my life is always so significant. wherever i am, i will pray good luck for you.
