Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness. Meditation is also a useful coping mechanism as it provides us with a means to ground ourselves in the moment. I was a happy person,I have had more happy,more powerful,more yesterday momery gives me to see the future.Yesterday I don’t like talk more,I don’t like see more people,don’t warm,more time,I like staying my home,painting almost time.Painting gives me full life,but also gives me like lonely,peace.

I like now’s me,talkative,easy going guy.I hope that I will do myself,to be more easy going,gives every my friend’s happy.

Christmas arouses increasing attention year by year in China. Christmas cards become popular with students. People hold Christmas parties and exchange Christmas girts. A lot or TV and radio programs about Christmas are on. Meanwhile the Spring Festival is less appealing （有吸引力的）to youngsters. Thus some people wonder whether Christmas will replace the Spring Festival.

This worry is fairly unnecessary. Why ？One reason lies that Christmas only affects Christians，college students and joint-venture （合资企业）workers. Another reason is that Christmas is mostly celebrated in cities. Few people in countryside show extreme interest in this exotic（带有异国情调的）festival. By contrast，the Spring Festival is the most influential traditional festival in every family.

I think，it is natural that with increasing exchanges with the West，a lot of Western holidays have been gradually introduced into China. For us Chinese we should never neglect or even discard our own traditional festivals. For centuries Chinese have observed this traditional holiday to welcome the beginning of a new year. And we will treasure the Spring Festival forever.

The spring festival is Chinese most traditional festival every 365 days. Each Chinesepay much attention on it. Every year about 15 days before spring festival， themigrate works and white-collars are beginning crowded home-returning.

But， in recent years， with the development of the world， many different attitudes between the young and the old towards the spring festival come forth. The old are still pay more attention to the spring festival， but the young gradually change the mode to spend their spring festival holiday， such as travel overseas.

When I am a childhood， I celebrated the spring festival with my family about amonth in my winter vacation in traditional way， such as helping cleaning our houses， putting red couplets on gates， setting off firecrackers， and wear new clothes. Now， I spend only 4 or 5 days at home with my parents in celebrating thespring festival， then I will hurry back to work. Maybe in the near future， I will have no time celebrating spring festival hometown， and my parents have to cometo stay with us in the city.

Whether or no， I like the spring festival. It is one of the most important part of our Chinese culture. However busy I am， I will try my best to celebrating it with thetraditional way to protect those our ancestor has leave behind.

It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt Im free.

I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I dont feel lonely. But I didnt do something special. I stayed at

home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my

homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was

time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

I grew up into a man of achievement in my eyes.

I am a good designer now, and every day I design it very cheap, no 1000 yuan can be bought. Although the clothes I designed are cheap, how beautiful the clothes I have designed!

Today, when I was designing my clothes, my assistant hurried in and told me a famous company invited me to be a designer there. The monthly student was 1 million. I think about it, or I wont go.
