诚信，一次心灵的握手

握手，虽然只是一个简单的动作，可却流露出人与人相见时的礼仪。然而，在和谐社会里，人与人互相共处还需要另一种更为高贵的礼仪，那就是——诚信。

诚信，自古以来就是中国乃至整个人类所公认的一种美德。如果提起诚信，也许每个人都会说很容易，不说谎话、办实事，仅此而已。可是在经济社会高速发展、人与人竞争日趋激烈的今天，在关键关头，又有几个人能坚守住诚信呢？虽然，诚信二字是很简单，但要做到就需要我们用心去实现了。

同学们，如果我们认真追忆曾经自己走过的每一步，相信一定会找出许多诚信的影子。小时候，家里的长辈经常会告诉我们“做人要诚实、要守信用”。上学了，我们通过课本学到了鲁迅先生所说的“诚信是为人之本”。今天，我们走进了大学校门，跨入了更高层次的文明礼堂，我们站在这里赞美诚信、歌颂诚信，是因为它已经不紧紧只是停留在言语和书本之上那么简单。诚信，对于我们这些站在时代浪尖、即将接受社会洗礼的大学生更具有实际意义。

我国的一所大学关于诚信做过一次详细的问卷调查。其中有一小部分同学在思想上出现了偏颇，他们认为诚信是“理想主义”，并不现实。其实，出现这种问题不足为怪，如果是经常关注新闻媒体，浏览互联网页的同学可能会观察到，去年我们经常会看到关于“殇”类题材的报道。例如，“球殇”、“牛奶殇”、“论文殇”，后期还出现了“情殇”、“国殇”。是啊，为了金钱和利益，一些缺失诚信的人踢假球、卖有毒奶粉、抄袭学术论文，甚至有时还能看到一些大学生为了自己拖影而出、谋得一份好工作，不自觉地夸大简历、伪造获奖证明，做一些投机取巧的事情。种种恶劣的行为确实让国人为之伤心、让我们这些大学生为之震惊。但这毕竟只是伤心，只是震撼，在现实生活中，在我们生活的校园里，诚信这一真实不欺的美德，像一颗长青树依然扎根在你我心灵的深处。我们不会忘记，曾经接受过国家助学贷款、现已经走出校门的师兄、师姐，虽然刚参加工作工资相对微薄，但他们却时刻提醒自我要省吃俭用、尽早还上贷款，好让更多因为家境贫困的学子圆大学梦；我们不会忘记，曾经走出校外实习的学子们，虽然他们相对单位其他员工缺乏干练，但真诚的话语，守信的言行，依然得到了用人单位对他们的赞誉，对我校的褒奖；我们不会忘记，这些在校大学生，也就是我们自己，一度肩并着肩、手拉着手，一起学习、一起成长，甚至会联想到在运动会接力赛场上，我们都会把自己的一棒交给队友，并为他高呼加油时的目光。是诚信让我们守住了诺言、是诚信让我们收到了赞誉、是诚信让我们彼此走的更近、更近。

精诚所至，金石为开。我和在座的很多同学一样，憧憬着自己在学校期间能够得到老师、同学们的信任；憧憬着自己走出校园后，将来能够成为一名公司白领、甚至是企业家，圆了自己为国家的经济腾飞贡献力量的梦想。相信，大家也都看过央视曾经热播的电视剧《乔家大院》，剧中的乔致庸是真实活跃在我国清朝末年的山西晋商。当乔致庸年迈时，总结自己成功的秘诀，只是简单概述为“不缺斤短两，不以次充好，做生意对得起自己的良心，要诚实守信”。对，无论是我们今天在学校立志读书，还是将来走进社会建功立业，诚信这块儿金字招牌应该永远作为瑰宝、从我们的手中继续让它传承下去，让它永不退色。

身为一名当代大学生，一名泱泱大国的学子，我们从小就懂得“坐着读书、站着做人”的道理。现在，我们在学校除了掌握知识之外，还要在学习和生活中注重培养自己的品德，铸就人格。诚信为人，必能取信于人，立信于人，收获的一定是朋友；诚信做事，必能韧如江流，动如海啸，赢得的一定是信赖和尊重；诚信对待生活，才能挫之不馁，安之不燥，使我们未来能够一步步走向成功。

同学们，诚信是驿站，给劳顿的步履以歇息；诚信是力量，给疲惫的身心以补给；诚信更是我们做人处世之根，安身立命之本，给我们生命以支撑。让我们敞开心扉，为社会、为你我、为身边的人打开一扇窗户，用充满诚信的心灵，握手！

是什么让84岁高龄的钟南山院士毅然前往一线?是什么让无数医生护士主动放弃休假、放弃与家人的团聚，请愿前往一线支援武汉?是为了千千万万家庭的安康，为了确保病患得到及时的收治，于是他们转身逆流而上，不是朝着家的灯光，而是背离家的方向;不是走向年夜饭的饭桌，而是奔向急救室的病榻。看着一封封按满红手印的请愿书，他们说：“不计报酬、不论生死”;他们说：“我是教授，我有着丰富的临床经验;我是共产党员，我要冲锋在前”。不觉中，早已泪目，疫情面前，他们选择不放假、不离城、不退缩，他们穿梭在生死之间，用自己的青春挽救别人的生命，为我们构筑起一道牢不可破防控疫情的铜墙铁壁。

English is one of my best subjects and I started learning English when I

was ten years old. But at the very beginning, listening seemed a little

difficult for me. So I have been doing a lot of listening practice, such as

listening to tapes, watching English TV programs. And I found it really helped a

lot. In fact, there are some more helpful ways to learn English well. For

example, I enjoy singing English songs and I want to join an English club or

find a pen pal from English-speaking countries. I believe that nothing is

impossible if you put your heart into it。

It is indeed difficult to live without a mobile phone as it helps us in day

to day activities. I cannot live without a mobile phone. Todays generation uses

mobile phones for chatting, surfing and playing games. They dont use the mobile

phone for the real purpose. I admit that living wothout a mobile phone is

extremely difficult but I can live without addicting apps like Facebook, Twitter

etc. The iPhone is a gadget that is encouraging to use social apps and addicting

games. These gadgets though facilitate our work but are making us their slaves.

For example, if a persons iPhone is not working properly, he will be filled

with anger. As new technology is creating new gadgets, so are people raising new

demands. They also hamper academics. Buy a mobile phone but use it for something

productive.

We did not compete today, just watching the movie "Lu Xun", the film was compiled by Pu Cunxi and Zhang Yu. This documentary is about three years before the death of Mr. Lu Xuns story, tells the story of Mr. Lu Xun pen and struggle for the revolution that ningsibuqu great patriotic spirit. Last Saturday,with all my classmates and teachers,I went on a trip to the nature park .We departed from school at about half past seven and spent about 40 minutes travelling to our destination.When we first entered into the park,all of us were shocked by the natural beauty and the hamonized ecosystem of the park.Then,happily we were playing games on the sand; swimming in the pool and taking with our friends on the grassplot.After lunch break,our programs were continued with an contest of story narating held and each of us was immerging within the funny stories We left the part at about 5 oclock,and unitl now,most of us are still haunted by the beautiful memory of that trip.

“为尽可能多的人谋幸福，其自身就愈幸福。这种幸福是不朽。幸福来自努力的爱。”这是我最喜欢的一句名言，它是佛罗伦斯·南丁格尔为了人类健康和追求护理事业最真实的写照!

《护理札记》是南丁格尔对护理工作最具影响力的一本书，描述的非常精确、细致，所谓面面俱到。譬如：病房空气新鲜，环境舒适，整洁安静，做好生活护理，饮食护理，增加营养等等。并对病人的饮食营养问题，阳光、病房空气、环境的绝对安静等都提出了具体要求和标准，她把所有对病人身心不利的因素都想到了，从而提出了明确的护理措施，真正做到了以人为本。

俗话说“三分治疗，七分护理”而真正的护理体现在哪里?难道只是每天机械性的为病人打针，发药?我们考虑过病人真正的需求吗?

读过此书，受益匪浅，感悟自己在为病人服务的过程中欠缺的东西太多，为病人考虑的太少。虽然已做了多年的护士，但从书本学到的护理心理学及医院要求的护理理念来评价自己肯定是不合格的。因为我很少想到为了病房空气新鲜而为病人开一扇窗，在暴风雨来临时也很少想到要为病人关一扇窗，在夜深时也忘了为病人关一盏灯;总是忽略病人的卧位、床单位是否舒适;在每次例行晨间护理时也只是走于形式，从未为病人想过做晨间护理的合适时间，或许有些病人还在睡梦中，或许有些病人还在吃早餐;对于饮食的指导也太肤浅，没

有了解病人的胃口，听听病人爱吃什么，只是一味地要求病人按我们所提供的食物吃，有时我们提供的病人也许不爱吃呢?等等。很多方面有待改进。

文中讲述了“在我离开病人，在我不在的时候也不会有不好的事情发生”给了我最深的感触。想着我科一位关节僵硬、右腿烫伤、绻缩在床的病人，心中难免有几分自责。我想如果我们不厌其烦的对家属进行疾病健康知识宣教、观察仔细，或许病人可以避免烫伤;如果我们早期对患者进行肢体功能锻炼，或许患者关节不至于那么僵硬。总而言之：当在我们离开病人时，希望我们能放心的离开!

《护理札记》对从事护理工作者终身受益，经过反复认真阅读，使我对南丁格尔在创建护理学的一生中的心路历程有了切身的理解，她崇高的道德品质也深深的感动着我的心，指引着我前进的方向!“以人为本，以病人为中心”做自己能做到的事、想自己想不到的事，运用前瞻性的思维为病人提供优质的服务!

什么是幸福?什么是爱?我们的前辈，护理学的创始人佛罗伦斯·南丁格尔用她传奇的一生做了最好的诠释!是她让护士变成了天使，让我们用一颗象南丁格尔的心去为病人解除痛苦;让我们沿着南丁格尔的路走下去，生生不息。

Happiness is important in our life. In fact, happiness is always around you if you put your heart into it.

I will never forget one thing. Once, I had a bad mark at a math test. I was shy and afraid to meet my parents. Mexicos counterpart of April Fools Day is actually observed on December 28. Originally, the day was a sad remembrance of the slaughter of the innocent children by King Herod. It eventually evolved into a lighter commemoration involving pranks and trickery.

Pranks performed on April Fools Day range from the simple, (such as saying, "Your shoes untied, or I accidentally stepped on your glasses!), to the elaborate. Setting a roommates alarm clock back an hour is a common gag. Whatever the prank, the trickster usually ends it by yelling to his victim, "April Fool!"

Practical jokes are a common practice on April Fools Day. Sometimes, elaborate practical jokes are played on friends or relatives that last the entire day. The news media even gets involved. For instance, a British short film once shown on April Fools Day was a fairly detailed documentary about "spaghetti farmers" and how they harvest their crop from the spaghetti trees.

April Fools Day is a "for-fun-only" observance. Nobody is expected to buy gifts or to take their "significant other" out to eat in a fancy restaurant. Nobody gets off work or school. Its simply a fun little holiday, but a holiday on which one must remain forever vigilant, for he may be the next April Fool!

5月12日是护士节，人们一提起护士，美丽、温柔就是她们的代名词。她们每天面对那么多的病人，不嫌那些生病的人又脏又臭，在放假的日子里，她们还坚守岗位，默默的工作着，难道这种精神不值得我们赞扬吗?

她们是白衣天使。我想为她们举办一个宴会，素洁、宁静的宴会，送上五月的鲜花，感谢她们。

治病救人，乃人间常理，我昨天听妈妈说，最近人民医院接受了一个穿着破烂不堪的老人，一个医生看了后，皱了皱眉，从外面请来了理发师，又找来老公不要的.衣服送给老人，当然还有洗漱的用具，老人立刻焕然一新了，愿意接受治疗了，老人心里很是感激。我觉得医生就是要“妙手回春，悬壶济世”，而且还要医者仁心，才是一位真正的、负责人的好医生。

记得古时候的大夫行医有四种诊法，分别是“望、闻、问、切”。神医华佗，为关羽刮骨疗伤，体现出了华佗的医术高超，才能救治他人。

还记得我有一次发高烧住院了，每次打针的时候，我总是忍不住要大叫几声，护士总是很温柔地对我说：“你是一个好孩子，很坚强的，对不对呀!打针不痛的，我们打一针就不难受了哦，好不好!”。我听了以后立刻在不好意思哭了，望着护士笑眯眯的眼睛，我就把手伸了过去，妈妈用手把我的眼睛挡住了，针打进去了，我差一点就要叫喊出来了，护士安慰说：“你果然是一个乖宝宝!

啊!护士是病人的天使，带来康复的希望，我希望每一个人少生病，都健康精神，让城市变得充满活力!”

i’m very glad to tell you something about chinas second manned spacecraft shenzhou vi.

it was launched at 9 o’clock, oct 12, 2008. and it returned to earth at about half past 4, oct 17. shenzhou vi orbited around the earth at a speed of 7.9 kilometers per second and traveled 3.25 million kilometers during the 115 hours and 33 minutes’ journey in space. the total cost is rmb900 million . aboard the craft were two astronauts, fei junlong and nie haisheng, who conducted a lot of scientific experiments. their journey in space was very smooth. the living and working conditions inside the cabin were very good. their health is in good condition.

I have never been to Shenzhen before. Many times, I dream of visiting Shenzhen because Shenzhen is a very modern,busy and beautiful city. and today, my dream has come true.

I am walking around the city center of Shenzhen and there are so many tall buildings on the sides of the streets. the streets are very big,straight and clean.I can see the buses,taxis,trains and cars on the road. people can choose their favourite way to go to work or travel. because there are a lot of department stores and supermarkets in Shenzhen,people can go shopping any where they wanted.

At night,Shenzhen becomes even more beatiful and colourful with all kinds of light. by walking on the street, you cant really tell where it is. it may be HongKong,Shanghai.

There are many scenery spots in Shenzhen.such as Folk Culture Village, Happy Valley, window of the world. but my favourite place is the window of the world.because i neednt go abroad but i can see the most of famous places in the world.

Shenzhen is an amazing city and i enjoy my visiting there so much.

For most girls, I believe they must have read the story about Cinderella. The story tells about a beautiful and kind girl named Cinderella, her mother dies when she is very small, so his father marries another lady who has two daughters. When the father dies, Cinderella is bulled by his step-mother and step-sisters, but she keeps nice to them. Finally, Cinderella lives a happy life and her step-mother and step-sisters are punished. The story tells people that if we are kind to others, we will have the good return.

今天，就是我演讲的时候了，我早早地叫上黄芯琳去操场练习，我们大约练讲了了两三遍，就听到曾浩老师用话筒说：“请三一班演讲的同学和升旗的同学下来。我再播诵一遍……”我听了，原本平静的心一下子“扑通、扑通……”地跳了起来。

过了一会儿，出操的音乐响了起来，然后每个班都陆陆续续的走了出来（踏步走）。等音乐停了，黄芯琳就开始主持升旗仪式，主持完后，她绘声绘色地说：“下面有请我黄芯琳和三一班的黄靖演讲！”“啪、啪、啪……”大家热情地鼓着掌。

我上去之后，清了清嗓子，开始朗读。望着黑压压的一片，刚开始我很害怕，怕我一不小心读错了。于是，我读的很小声。但是过了一会儿，副校长走过来，小声地对我说：“不要害怕，读大声一点儿，我相信你能行！”听了校长的鼓励，我慢慢的开始越读越大声，越读越激动……

读完后，我和黄芯琳一起说：“谢谢大家，我们的演讲完了！”“啪、啪、啪……”台下再次响起了雷鸣般的掌声。

回到教室后，全班同学都说：“你们读得真棒！”连老师也忍不住说：“你们真棒，真是我们班的骄傲！”我们俩听了，说：“这可是老师的功劳啊！如果没有老师天天培育我们的话，我们哪有今天的成就呀！”

教室里顿时炸开了锅……

这件事让我懂得了做什么事都不能害怕，如果你害怕的话，就什么事也做不成。

Without exception,everyone has to make choices in life,whether they concern school,career,or love.While some choices are simple,one cannot avoid the task of making difficult decisions.

Choices are often directly related to ones happiness.University students,for example,face a hard and crucial decision upon graduating.Many students have difficulty deciding whether to continue studying or begin developing a career.Every individual is different,and one must take the factors of ones personal life into consideration.In addition to an awareness of specific circumstances,however,making the right choice also depends on correct appraisal of oneself.

In order to choose correctly,therefore,one must be both realistic and self aware.Furthermore,once having made a decision,one should seriously accept and pursue the path one has chosen,and strive towards the realization of ones goal with spirit.
