It is known to us that some students cheat in the examinations at school.

Why do students cheat? For most of the time, students cheat because the exams are too hard for them. It’s easy to see that they haven’t studied hard enough to pass the exams. Others may want to get a higher mark by all means--frankly speaking, they want to be praised or even admired.

As a result, exams certainly become unfair for non-cheating students. And soon the majority of the students will learn and choose to cheat in exams so as to “follow the style.”

回到家，我马上准备演讲稿，接着对着镜子开始一遍又一遍地练习，直到满意为止。

第二天，我自信满满地来到学校，上课了，演讲马上就要开始了，我紧张的心脏都快要跳出来了，我不停地跟自己说：“别慌，别慌，已经把稿子读熟了。可麻烦事发生了，我一摸兜，发现演讲稿忘带了。天哪！急的我眼泪都快掉下来了，没稿子我可怎么演讲啊，放弃？太丢人了，再说也来不及了，那就硬着头皮上吧，我战战兢兢地站在讲台上，开始了演讲。凭着记忆，我磕磕绊绊地说着，因为紧张，我老是停顿，不知道该说什么，我不敢看同学，只能看着天花板，手攥得紧紧的，都攥出汗了。忽然我大脑一片空白，一点都想不起来了，这下怎么办？我慌了神，只听见讲台下同学们小声地嘀咕着什么，我努力的让自己镇定，忽然，演讲稿的内容又回到了我的脑子里，我赶紧讲了下去，终于演讲完了，长舒了一口气，走了下来，感觉自己一下子轻松了。

大家早上好!今天，我国旗下讲话的题目是《热爱劳动是一种美德》。

同学们，今年的五一假期刚刚过去。提起“五一”，不知大家首先想到的是“五一假期”还是“五一劳动节”。这里我要说，劳动教育是人生必修课，良好的劳动习惯对于我们少年儿童的成长具有非常重要的意义。

首先，如果一个孩子，如果不爱劳动，自然就缺乏劳动的体验。说实话，同学们之中谁能真正理解和感受到“汗滴禾下土”“粒粒皆辛苦”的涵义?你们能体会到爸爸妈妈赚钱的不容易吗?要知道我们每天吃的、穿的、用的都是爸爸和妈妈用劳动换来的呀!

其次，劳动的过程也是实践的过程。学习的主要目的是为了应用和创造。如果我们没有好的劳动习惯，我们学到的知识就难以运用到生活中去。更谈不上应用和创造了。

劳动可以造就一个人，不爱劳动则难成人。经过老师们的了解与调查，不少同学经常在家帮助父母干家务，做一些象洗衣服、刷碗、摘菜、买东西、打扫卫生、整理房间等一些这些力所能及的事情。但是，也不排除有些同学吃饭用叫、吃完撂下碗筷抹嘴就走现象，不排除晚上让父母铺床，早晨让父母叠被现象，不排除父母偶尔支使点活、马上小嘴撅起老高现象。同学们，上帝为我们创造大脑，是要我们靠自己的本事生存;上帝赋予我们双手，是要我们靠自己的双手劳动。劳动增长见识，劳动是快乐的。我们要时刻牢记胡锦涛爷爷的教导，“以辛勤劳动为荣、以好逸恶劳为耻”;我们要持之以恒，真正从内心把劳动当做自己生活中必须要做的一件事情来看待。

fell down as soon as I got in. Today I didnt know why my two feet were out of

control. If I wanted to head east， they would head the opposite. I fell down

from time to time. My hands and face were all dirty. I thought maybe it was

because that I hadnt skated for a long time.

On my way home， I thought that whatever one wants to do， he must work hard

at it， so he can make progress. Skating is like this， so it study.

《护理札记》是南丁格尔对护理工作最具影响力的一本书，描述的非常精确、细致，所谓面面俱到。譬如：病房空气新鲜，环境舒适，整洁安静，做好生活护理，饮食护理，增加营养等等。并对病人的饮食营养问题，阳光、病房空气、环境的绝对安静等都提出了具体要求和标准，她把所有对病人身心不利的因素都想到了，从而提出了明确的护理措施，真正做到了以人为本。

俗话说“三分治疗，七分护理”而真正的护理体现在哪里?难道只是每天机械性的为病人打针，发药?我们考虑过病人真正的需求吗?

读过此书，受益匪浅，感悟自己在为病人服务的过程中欠缺的东西太多，为病人考虑的太少。虽然已做了多年的护士，但从书本学到的护理心理学及医院要求的护理理念来评价自己肯定是不合格的。因为我很少想到为了病房空气新鲜而为病人开一扇窗，在暴风雨来临时也很少想到要为病人关一扇窗，在夜深时也忘了为病人关一盏灯;总是忽略病人的卧位、床单位是否舒适;在每次例行晨间护理时也只是走于形式，从未为病人想过做晨间护理的合适时间，或许有些病人还在睡梦中，或许有些病人还在吃早餐;对于饮食的指导也太肤浅，没

有了解病人的胃口，听听病人爱吃什么，只是一味地要求病人按我们所提供的食物吃，有时我们提供的病人也许不爱吃呢?等等。很多方面有待改进。

文中讲述了“在我离开病人，在我不在的时候也不会有不好的事情发生”给了我最深的感触。想着我科一位关节僵硬、右腿烫伤、绻缩在床的病人，心中难免有几分自责。我想如果我们不厌其烦的对家属进行疾病健康知识宣教、观察仔细，或许病人可以避免烫伤;如果我们早期对患者进行肢体功能锻炼，或许患者关节不至于那么僵硬。总而言之：当在我们离开病人时，希望我们能放心的离开!

《护理札记》对从事护理工作者终身受益，经过反复认真阅读，使我对南丁格尔在创建护理学的一生中的心路历程有了切身的理解，她崇高的道德品质也深深的感动着我的心，指引着我前进的方向!“以人为本，以病人为中心”做自己能做到的事、想自己想不到的事，运用前瞻性的思维为病人提供优质的服务!

什么是幸福?什么是爱?我们的前辈，护理学的创始人佛罗伦斯·南丁格尔用她传奇的一生做了最好的诠释!是她让护士变成了天使，让我们用一颗象南丁格尔的心去为病人解除痛苦;让我们沿着南丁格尔的路走下去，生生不息。

Hazy Weather

Recently，hazy weather has become commonin China. People wear masks to avoid

poisonous air. Emissionproduced from factories and cars is the main source. The

smog surely hasnegative effects on peoples health especially that of

thechildren and the elderly .But how to deal with it?

First， the government should perfect laws to punish those factories

thatignore the protection. And businessmen must pay more attention to

theenvironment instead of money. Second， green commuting and alow-carbon life

are supposed to be called for. Third，we should develop green and energy-saving

energy to lower theemission of haze.

If we work together，our environmentwill get better and better and haze

weather will disappear completely.

i’ve just been out of hospital for a couple of days. right now ，i am really fine, but without your support, i wouldn’t have got better so soon.

you know, the traffic accident gave me a very hard blow, both physically and mentally. in the first two weeks after my injury, i almost lost my confidence in my future life. it is the doctors’and your encouragement that rendered me much strength and determination。
