First,it’s obviously more convenient to do so.The process of preparing a home-made New Year’s Eve dinner is not only hard but also annoying.People have to buy food several days before the festival and spend a long time cooking all sorts of dishes.Now,just pick up the telephone and reserve a table.Everything will be well arranged by the restaurant.

Second,it still create a warm atmosphere by getting the family united,which is the true purpose of the dinner.In the restaurant,you celebrate the New Year and share your happiness with other families and usually can enjoy special performances or activities,organized by the owner of the restaurant.

To make a conclusion,having the dinner on New Year’s Eve outside shows a change in people’s thoughts on traditions and seems to be a wise,nice and exciting idea.

There is a trend that more and more families have their dinner on New Year’s Eve in the restaurant.Although it is more convenient,it doesn’t seem to be a pleasure thing for me.

Firstly,the restaurants are too crowded.Owing to this,we cannot talk freely.In addition,the sense of harmony cannot be felt by the family members.

Secondly,it may cost us a big sum of money which we can save by having the dinner in our own families.The whole family’s preparation for the dinner is also a process of enjoying according to my view.

In a word,it is not a good idea to have New Year’s Eve dinner in the restaurant.Home dinner makes a happy New Year.

武汉这座城市对于我来说是陌生的，不过很多次坐在电视机前，新闻联播向全国人民汇报着病情，听到那新型冠状肺炎，我都不禁皱起眉头，心中祈祷着。可这时总有一群人义无反顾的冲出来，在生死关头，医护人员冲在最前线，他们穿起防护服，面对病毒，他们不言恐惧，还有全国各地的志愿者们都纷纷前往武汉，新年的钟声还未飘远，使命的召唤已经来临。一方有难，八方支援，这是多么令人敬佩的一群英雄啊，白衣天使，加油，武汉，加油!

很多次在新闻资讯上看到，白衣天使们脱下防护服，放下口罩。那面目斑斓，都是被口罩勒出的伤痕。她们总是面带微笑，那令人心疼的面孔，那已不是用伟大可以形容出来的了。还有许多民警都坚守岗位，在自家小区里巡逻，几次路过门前，看见自家孩子给自己喊加油，都不得不放下思念，因为他们知道，国家需要我们。这三过家门而不入的精神，有几个人能办到呢。一辆警车就是一座灯塔，一名警察就是一个标兵，一个人就是一面旗帜，一个井队就是一道防护线!武汉在奋斗，他们也没有停止脚步。

俗话说“冬训吃一年”，这是体育业内人非常重视的训练阶段。在民间利用寒冷的冬天进行长跑活动更是人们喜闻乐见的体育项目。为了让同学们更多的掌握长跑的知识，更好的参加长跑运动，我们在此向同学们介绍冬季长跑的有关知识。

通过长跑可以调节神经中枢的兴奋与抑制合理的交替转换，避免神经思维中枢紧张过度，消除大脑的疲劳，提高学习效益，提高记忆力；在低温下长跑可以刺激、激活肌体的保护性反应，调节大脑体温中枢的功能；长跑还可以促进血液循环，加速脑部的血量，供给大脑更多的氧和营养物质，使大脑清醒，思维能力敏捷，神经系统功能的改善，可以提高和完善对各器官、系统的控制和调节能力。

长跑运动可以增强心脏肌肉收缩的力量，提高血液中红血球携带氧的能力，可以使血管粗壮有弹性，可以激活淋巴细胞提高人体的免疫功能。在长跑运动时由于需求氧的量成倍增多，呼吸次数及深度也随之增加，经常进行长跑就能有效的提高呼吸肌力量，加大肺泡的通气量，从而提高了肺活量。

人体的运动系统是由骨骼、关节、肌肉组成，经常参加长跑运动，提高关节的灵活性；有效的提高肌肉的力量和耐力。

冬季长跑可以重新塑造完美体形、体态长跑属于有氧代谢运动，在运动中需要大量的氧和营养物质来供给人体运动的需要，在运动中多余的脂肪被消耗掉就能使得原本臃肿肥胖的体形得到改善，达到重新塑造体形的效果。

在冬季长跑中由于受到季节温度和环境的影响会遇到很多的困难，如天气寒冷，空气干燥都是对人在跑步时形成的自然困难因素，在这样的环境中锻炼一方面在锻炼体质，另一方面也是对人的意志品质的锻炼。

冬季长跑是一项锻炼身体的好运动，我们只有采用科学的方法进行锻炼，才能得到良好的锻炼效果。希望广大同学积极行动起来，投身到冬季长跑活动中来。

Dear Christmas father:

Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December.It is a very happy day

for many boys and girls .Before the term ends in some schools ,the children act

a nativity or “birth” play,showing how Jesus was born in a stable.

are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready.The

There is only one spring festival in a year, and this years Spring Festival has just passed. Its a little sweet with a busy time.

Because we used to live with grandma, now we have bought a new house, but we still have to spend the holiday with grandma. On the morning of thirty, we returned to grandmas home with a family of three. My father and I together the Spring Festival couplets character, "continues to be a blessing to prove. 我便对爷爷说了这件事，爷爷笑着说：“好啊、好啊，孙女教我学英文。”于是，我从最基本的教起，我大声念了一句：“Hellow”。爷爷笑哈哈地跟着说：“哗啰”。我纠正道：“是Hellow，不是哗啰。再跟我念一遍，Hellow”。爷爷还是笑嘻嘻说成了“哗啰”。我有点生气了，转过身去不理睬爷爷。爷爷似乎知道我不高兴了，不知从哪来变出来一个红彤彤的大苹果，伸到我的面前对我说：“哗啰，吃‘冰果’喽！”。估计爷爷想说苹果的英文，可是又不会说，所以自己瞎编了一个，读成了“冰果”。这下我忍不住“扑哧”一声笑了出来，我从爷爷手里拿了苹果，我看了看苹果，大口大口地吃了起来。

“甜不甜？”爷爷小声地问。( www.sanWEn.com)

“甜！不过爷爷，苹果的英文叫Apple”我说。

“安破。”爷爷乐呵呵跟着学了一句。我也不知道为什么，这次我没生爷爷的气。倒觉得爷爷真有意思。

这次教英文虽然效果不佳，但能换回来我和爷爷的欢笑，我觉得挺值得！
