是谁把护士喻为白衣天使？当提灯女神南丁格尔把仁慈、博爱、奉献洒向人间，人们就对护士由衷赞扬。怀揣着对护理职业的向往，我戴着护士这顶殊誉的白帽，在护理工作中，我将我的情愫、我的青春、我的所爱献给了病房，春去秋来，我把天使的生活用执著和无悔来编织和画描。

吸痰、导尿、灌肠、输氧，脏累又辛苦；服药、注射、护理、巡视，琐碎又繁忙；急危抢救，像一阵旋风，与死神抗争，哪容得一丝喘息；床旁护理，像一阵春雨，劝慰照料，滋润着病人的心房。呼叫器下穿梭的身影，是我独特的风采，病床前匆忙的脚步，是我无悔的骄傲。多少个日升月落，我把责任与爱心默默奉献，多少个黄昏黑夜，我把关怀和馨香悄悄绽放。

Do you know Lin Dan? Right! He is the world badminton champion, and also my idol.

The players who trained with me in the little sports school all liked the badminton all-around champion Lin Dan. If there were badminton games, they would either turn on the TV or go to the spot early to look forward to Lin Dans wonderful performance! I dont count outside, either! However, when I went to school, when my classmates opened the box and talked about the game, most of the students didnt even see Lin Dan in the game. Even the names had never been heard of. How can it not be regretted? Lin Dan is my idol, I am actively advancing momentum. Lin Dan in the play, we will be absorbed in watching his every game exciting game in front of the television, his every action makes people admire it; every action make people excited, I always to hand Lin Dan unable to restrain the emotions agile movements, his vigorous pace. Lin Dans superb skills, indomitable fighting spirit, all the people marvel, bring forth the new through the old, the world today wins the. I also love badminton, I look forward to through their own efforts, but also like Lin Dan, let the world sit up and take notice.

Following the rules can make the world in order, so that everyones time

wont be wasted. But there are always some people try to break the rules, just

to show how different they are, some even think it is cool to do it. Recently, a

young guy was riding his sliding plate in the railway station. He ignored the

staffs warning and just kept the way he was. He even shouted at the staff. At

last, when policeman came, he apologized and promised would not do it again.

What a rude boy. He only thought about himself and ignored the rules. What he

did wasted everybodys time. Breaking the rule only got himself a bad

reputation.

This is a beautiful park. In the afternoon , many children are playing . They are very happy.

I can see some trees. They are big and tall. I can see some flowers . They are very beautiful . There are many butterflies on the flower . I can see some birds in the sky . They are flying happily. Under the tree , two girls are playing hopscotch. Some boys are playing with a skipping rope. The other two little girls are drawing a picture.

I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been

studying for the past five years. I passed the Hong Kong Certificate of

张牙舞爪的杀手随时都威胁着你的生命安全。一件件,一桩桩血腥的报道,令人胆战心惊,一幕幕惨剧目不忍睹。只因为忽视了安全问题,一个个生命如鲜花在瞬间凋零,后果带给社会、家庭、亲人只是悲痛欲绝的伤心,沉重的打击,血的教训。到那时,这一切都为时已晚,我们失去的已经太多太多,对生命的关爱,不能成为美丽的词藻,难道只有失去之后才能醒悟。由于安全意识的淡薄,由于责任心的冷漠,玩忽职守而造成,难道我们不该反思,不该惩罚和加罪。而我们今后还能做些什么更令人深思。

人的生命也是脆弱的,生命如果发生什么意外,会留下永远的伤痕;健全身体一旦失去,将永远无法挽回。因此,我们应该好好珍惜我们生命中的每一天,在生活中注意安全,使自己平安健康地成长。让我们每一个人永远平安、快乐!让我们时刻牢记:珍爱生命,安全第一!

所以,我们要学会生存,珍爱生命,让我们在灿烂的阳光下沐浴一方平安,健康成长,愉快生活。人无远虑,必有近忧。面对中国2亿少年儿童,安全第一,预防为主不仅仅是社会对您或其他人的

要求,更是我们这一代人的要求,我们应该早日把这种观念扎根心中,才是刻不容缓。让我们把平安的种子撒播进自己的心田。当它发芽开花、长成参天大树,我们必将收获更多的祥和、幸福和安宁。让生命的一泓清泉,永流不息。

Nowadays, with the development of Internet, people count on the Internet to

do a lot of things. The most common thing is to follow the information they are

interested in. Most people like to write down their comments, while as there is

no law to limit the comment. I always see the negative words. Internet has

become a main way for people to attack others. So horrible it is. We should be a

wise person. The way we respect others decides what kind of person we are. It is

unwise to follow the bad comment and attack others. We need to have our own

judgment and be a nice person.

“以辛勤劳动为荣、以好逸恶劳为耻”，通过学习，使自己了解了辛勤劳动的内涵，更深刻地认识到了劳动的价值，更加崇敬各行各业辛勤的劳动者，也使我感到我们每个检察干警都应做到敬业爱岗，勤奋工作。

“民生在勤，勤则不匮”。辛 勤劳动至少要包括这样几个内涵：一曰诚实。此乃“进德修业之本”、“立人之道”。其对立面是欺骗，弄虚作假。经济领域的制假贩假，政治领域的耍花架子，搞形式主义，虚夸浮报等，都是好逸恶劳的表现。二曰敬业。对待劳动和工作尽职尽责、精益求精。一个人懒的根源在于缺乏责任心、进取心和事业心，贪图安逸终究难成大业。三曰勤俭。“历览前贤国与家，成由勤俭败由奢”。热爱劳动的人必然十分珍惜劳动成果，珍惜财力和资源，精打细算，绝不会不计成本，挥霍无度。

一部人类的发展史其实就是一部劳动史，是劳动，创造了历史，是劳动，改变了世界。劳动是人类文明进步的源泉。通过劳动，人类从愚昧无知的远古走向现代文明。“天道酬勤”。我们中华民族是以辛勤劳动著称的民族，凭借这种精神，创造了光耀世界的华夏文明。继往开来，毛泽东同志告诫我们：“社会主义制度的建立给我们开辟了一条到达理想境界的道路，而理想境界的实现还要靠我们的辛勤劳动。”在我们党领导下，我国的改革开放和现代化建设大业取得了世人瞩目的伟大成就。然而，我国人口多、底子薄，地区发展不平衡，生产力不发达的状况还没有根本改变。相对落后的基本国情要求我们决不能自满，决不能懈怠，决不能停滞，更不能贪图安逸，追求享受。即使祖国更富强了，人民更富足了，这种以辛勤劳动为荣的品德和精神，也决不能丢掉。当今世界，经济、政治、文化等各方面的发展，越来越依赖于知识、人才和创造的力量，而这一切最终都要靠劳动来实现。因此，热爱劳动、尊重劳动应该成为全社会的道德共识。

辛勤劳动作为一种传统美德，任何时代都不会过时。爱岗敬业、争创一流，艰苦奋斗、勇于创新，淡泊名利、甘于奉献的伟大劳动精神，永远是社会主义价值观和道德观的重要内容。劳动也没有贵贱之分，每一位劳动者都应该受到平等的尊重。不管是脑力劳动，还是体力劳动，复杂也好，简单也罢，只要为社会创造价值，服务于人民，就是光荣的，劳动者就该得到承认和尊重。在共和国的史册上，记载着一串响亮的名字：赵占魁、王进喜、时传祥、蒋筑英、史来贺……他们是普通而平凡的工人、农民、知识分子，但都以辛勤的劳动创造了不平凡的工作业绩。

时隔几十年，祖国没有忘记他们，人民永远怀念他们。他们用实际行动告诉我们：辛勤劳动光荣，以自觉的行动树起劳动光荣、热爱劳动的道德风范。其次，全体检察干警要抵制各种错误思想腐蚀，筑牢拒腐防变思想堤坝。“忧劳可以兴国，逸豫可以亡身”。在当今经济大潮的冲击下，各种腐败现象不断膨胀和漫延，使得检察人员也面临了形形色色的考验，我们要向先进典型方工、吴顺海、刘邦闹学习，清正廉洁，在工作、生活各方面严格要求自己，防微杜渐，在纷繁复杂的形势面前，经受住金钱、权力、人情和各种利益的考验和诱惑，用辛勤劳动的汗水去洗刷思想污垢，鄙弃追求享乐、贪图安逸的错误思想行为，做为人民群众谋利益的典范，使自己永远配得上人民检察官的光荣称号。第三，要进一步坚持勇于探索改革、不断开拓创新的作风。检察工作要改革，要发展，是要付出艰苦的劳动的。我们要努力克服目前少数干警中存在的安于现状、精神不振、不思进取、得过且过、不注意学习新知识、不认真开拓工作新局面、靠老办法、老经验“吃饭”等不良习性，使全体干警都振奋精神，不断提高学习与工作自觉性，拓宽视野，尊重客观规律，积极探索检察工作发展的新观念、新思想、新 路子、新机制，使检察工作不断适应新形势大发展。

I am twenty-three years old and have an honors degree in Botany from Bath University. Since leaving university I have been working in a research laboratory but my contract comes to an end in six weeks. To tell you the truth, Fathers Day has been in my heart for many years. In

the past, I only knew about Childrens Day, and I didnt even know when Fathers

Day was coming. But this year, I suddenly wanted to celebrate this festival for

my father, so I secretly decided to give it to my father. A happy Fathers

Day.

After eleven oclock, I quietly got up and stared at the alarm clock,

waiting for twelve oclock. At twelve oclock, I rushed into Dads room and

pushed Dad. Dad turned around with difficulty, and before he could ask, I said

to him, "Dad, its May 19—Fathers Day, Dad, Happy Fathers Day!" He just smiled

at me and said: Didnt say anything else.

At noon on Fathers Day, my dad and I went out for a walk. We walked from

the south of the city to the west of the city and saw a bicycle shop. Dad

pointed to the bike shop and said to me, "Your bike is not good enough. Lets go

in and see if we like it. Ill buy you one!" I naturally agreed. I suddenly

remembered that today is Fathers Day! I should do something for my dad, how can

I get a bike? So, I pretended that I didnt want to buy it, and went home with

my dad. We just bought a few packs of instant noodles and cooked them at home. I

volunteered and decided that I would cook instant noodles. I made it carefully

according to the method my father once taught me, and when I was done, my father

took a few bites and said with a smile, "Well, delicious! Inherited my craft!"

Seeing my father smile, I laughed too .

In the quiet evening, my father and I went for a walk, we chatted happily

and enjoyed the scenery by the roadside. It didnt take long for the sky to get

dark. In the dark night sky, I quietly asked him, "Is Dad having a good time

today?"

When I got home, I looked at my father, and there was always a faint smile

on his sallow face.

对于中国考生来说，英文写作一直是最为头疼的事情之一。那么考生为什么会畏惧英文表达呢？为什么有些考生背了一两万个单词却仍然写不出好的文章呢？找到了这一系列问题的答案，就真正抓住了提高写作能力的关键。

英文写作困境可以归纳为三类：

困境1：面对一个题目，根本无话可说，即便用中文，也写不出内容。

困境2：有话可说，有内容可写，但英文表达支离破碎，完全不能用英文阐释清楚自己的观点。

困境3：有话说，也能用英文表达出要表达的意思，但写出来的语言“满篇尽带Chinglish（中式英语）”。

那么该如何走出困境，真正并有针对性地提高语言表达能力呢？答案很简单，只有两个字——素材！

面对一个话题，考生之所以无法写出连贯的文字，是因为缺少写作素材。那么素材是什么呢？其实也就是我们所说的“言之有物”中的“物”。无论是四、六级写作，还是考研写作，或是雅思、托福、GRE、GMAT、SAT写作，考生之所以无法取得高分，根本原因在于其日常积累的英文论证素材以及论据素材过于贫乏，根本无法将零星散落于大脑各个角落不成体系的素材组合起来，形成一篇逻辑严密、语言优美地道的文章。因此，英文素材的积累和素材库的建立可以真正帮助中国英语学习者和广大英语考生提高写作能力，走出英文表达困境。

正如前面所提到的，英语写作素材包含两类：一类是论证素材，即对于论点进行理论分析的素材。例如：论证竞争机制的重要性、论证环境保护的必要性、论证艺术的价值等。一类是论据素材，即可支持论点的相关事例。例如：“钻石教父”雷维夫与DeBeers公司的竞争促进了整个钻石行业的发展这一事例，可用来支持“竞争机制的重要性”的论证；引用美国政府参与环境保护的例子可佐证“环境保护的必要性”；贝多芬、巴赫、凡高的例子可说明伟大的艺术家们的艺术作品是如何推动人类文明发展的，并用以例证“艺术的价值”。

其实，只要多掌握适用于写作测试的英文写作素材（论证素材+论据素材），就已经为写出有理有据的文章打下了良好的基础，这也是写作的前提。因为，任何语言学习，或者说任何学习过程，都遵循“输入—输出”模式。如果没有输入，则永远不可能有输出；若没有好的输入，则永远不可能有好的输出。因此，语言学习有一条永恒不变的真理：不听永远不会说，不读永远不会写。这里的“听”和“读”就是输入环节，“说”和“写”就是输出环节；只有输入了好的英文素材，才能在需要的地方进行输出。

在成长的旅途中，或许你会感谢无私奉献地老师；或许你会感谢日夜奔波地父母；也或许你会感谢默默无闻地环卫工人；而我要感谢地却是一位严厉地护士阿姨。

6岁那年，我高烧不退，很快住进了医院。治病过程中，考验可真不少！首先面临地就是中药，看起来黑乎乎的，闻着一股让人想吐的草药味，那就更别提喝了。我说什么也不肯喝，妈妈拿我没办法。我以为自己快要胜利了，正在这时，却出现了一位看起来很凶的护士阿姨。在我心目中，护士都是白衣天使，肯定很温柔，说起话来轻声细语的。可这位“来者不善”的护士阿姨一开口，这些想象就全破灭了。“怎么回事，生病了不想吃药，那病怎么好，还来住院干嘛！”或许是被她的气势吓到了，或许是被她的语言惊到了，总之我不由自主喝了药，连味儿都没怎么尝出来。我被吓得不轻，以后，我不管是不愿喝药，还是不配合打针，都会被这位严厉地护士阿姨“收拾”一顿。过了几天，我病好了，出院时看到墙壁上的光荣榜上这位严厉地护士阿姨被评为了“优秀工作者”。这可把我吓了一跳，她也能被评为“优秀工作者”，今天太阳从西边出来了？妈妈看出了我的不满，对我说：“人家逼你吃药，劝你打针那是为你好，这是一种对工作负责的态度，你应该好好感谢人家。”当时我不以为然，没把妈妈的话放在心上。渐渐地，我长大了，我越来越能理解护士阿姨的一片苦心，很后悔当初为什么会这么不懂事，非但没有感激还很反感护士阿姨。

护士阿姨是一位平凡而又普通的人，从事着平凡而又普通的工作，可她那负责人的精神打动了我。护士阿姨，我由衷的感谢您！

It is reported that ten big cities in China are being  among the top twenty cities with the highest pollution index in the world. This means it is high time we did something to bring the situation under control.

Many factors are  to the deteriorating situation: industrial wastes pumped into the air, the lakes and rivers; a increasing number of automobiles crowding into the streets; the  use of plastic bags etc.

To my view, stiffer laws and regulations must be implemented to check pollution. Industries that release wastes without  should be heavily fined. Cars should be equipped to minimize the exhaust they release into the air. And the use of plastic bags and disposable meal boxes should be banned. What’s more, the media should play an important role in implanting a sense

of consciousness into people’s mind.

If everybody works toward a common goal of making the environment better, we can create a cleaner and lovelier world for us and for the coming generation.
