医生询问完我的伤情，叫来一个年轻的护士。医生对我说：“你等会儿可能会有点痛，所以护士姐姐会陪你聊天。”那位护士姐姐凑过来，摸了摸我沾满泪水的小脸，亲切的对我说：“你好，小朋友，今年几岁啦？”我心中的恐惧顿时被亲切的话语冲淡了不少，怯生生的说：“我七岁了。”她让我躺下来，给我讲起了笑话，我听得哈哈大笑，浑然不知医生早已开始手术。讲完笑话，她神秘的眨眨眼，对我说：“你表现得很好哦，过一会儿我给你一个小礼物。”我顿时高兴起来，这时候手术已经做完了。

我和妈妈要走了，我手里还拿着护士姐姐送我的小礼物。我们走远了，护士姐姐还在后面喊着：“记得一周换一次药啊……”从这以后，每次去换药，护士姐姐都会热情的迎接我，询问我手指这几天的情况。临走前，她还不忘提醒我们关于保护手指伤口的注意事项。

现在，我的手指早已痊愈了，但护士姐姐的关爱，却时时刻刻都温暖着我的心。

每个人内心都有一个梦，一个伟大而又美丽的梦。然而当你想要实现这个梦的时候，你需要努力并且忍受你从未经历过的困难，一步步向你的梦想迈进。我，也有一个梦，一个护士梦。

小的时候，我很害怕打针，可又常常生病，每次都哭着被妈妈领进满是消毒水味的医院里，看着一个个穿着白衣服的阿姨走来走去，我的心里充满了不安。有一次，我发高烧，难受得一直在哭，妈妈很着急，在我哭的迷迷糊糊的时候，我依稀看到一个穿白衣服的阿姨来到我的身边，一边摸着我的头，一边温柔的说：“乖，别哭，不哭病就会好了。”温润的声音贯入我的耳内，我渐渐停止了抽泣。打完针，她甜甜地冲我笑了一下：“真乖。”一旁的妈妈拉着我的手说道：“快谢谢护士阿姨。”那是我第一次知道这个笑的如天使般的阿姨有一个动听又美丽的名字——护士。

等到我再大一些就不常常生病了，对医院没有太大的概念，也渐渐对护士没有了印象。有一年的夏天，我坐公交车准备去姥姥家帮忙包饺子，在车上突然有一个老爷爷昏倒过去，车厢里顿时焦躁不安，司机停下车匆匆的朝昏倒的老爷爷靠近查看状况，司机的额头上挂满了汗珠，可见他也很无措。“请让一下！”这时车厢里出现一个坚定的声音，我顺着声源望去，说话的是一个看上去二十多岁的大姐姐，她朝人群中间走过来，边走边说：“我是一名护士，我也许能帮上忙。”说完，她俯下身对昏倒的老爷爷做了些急救措施，边做边对注视她的人们说：“谁有电话，拨打120！”很快120到了，老爷爷在那名护士的急救下也渐渐有了知觉，老爷爷被抬上了救护车，这时车厢里顿时传出雷鸣般的掌声，我知道这是在为那位护士姐姐鼓掌，我被这一幕深深地感染着，内心给了我一个坚定的声音：我要做一名护士！

再后来，中考的失利，让我很失落，在失落的同时，也重新燃起了希望——念卫校。我一直心心念念的护士梦在我的人生转折点上离我又近了一步。可梦想哪有那么简单就能实现，学习的压力，家长的期望，同学的竞争都向我袭来，当我每次想要放弃时，脑海中总会出现那名年轻的护士，内心便不再迷茫，那是我的梦，我需要一点一点的努力，一步一步的坚持！还好此时的我正在努力，也相信自己在离梦想更近一步的道路上，终将实现属于我的护士梦！

我的护理成长路

一个人所从事的职业往往并非自己所愿，但我总在想，既然选择了就不后悔。我曾幻想着自己会成为一名人民教师，用我的爱心、真心去呵护祖国的花朵。然而，事与愿违，由于种种原因，我最终成为了一名护士。

理想中“人类灵魂的工程师”变成了现实中的“白衣天使”让我不免有些失落。不同的社会分工对于我们这样的普通人来说无非都是为了生活。就这样在平淡中过着忙碌而充实的日子，在习惯的程序中做着自己该做的工作。虽然经常能听到人们称呼我们白衣天使，但在我的心中却并没有太多波澜。因为受富群是医师的影响，从小我的生活色彩便是白色，尽管是乡镇卫生院，但父亲却是位不折不扣的医师。从助理医师到医师再到主治医师，父亲是一步一个脚印走过来的。从我记事起，我的乐园便是父亲所在的医院。我家家教甚严，在我的印象中，从小跟着父亲背诵汤头歌，我的玩具是止血钳，慢慢地后来学会了换吊瓶，静脉穿刺，测量生命体征。耳濡目染这么多年，在上护校前我已经学会了护理工作的基本功，这让我在后来的工作中更加得心应手。

毕业后，我去了县医院工作，被分到心内科任助理护士。在心内科工作和学习的日子里，我体验到了护理工作前所未有的艰辛与无助护士节征文我的护理成长路

在后来的工作中，护士长不时会抽考我科室里常用药的作用、规格、剂型、注意事项等，还经常教我看心电图。每天不定时的抽考、抽背。时间长了，我也习惯了这样的工作环境，为了不被她问得词穷，我常常逼迫自己翻阅专科书籍。因为这是在心内科，不同于其他科室，这要求我们医护人员更加谨言慎行。记得当时自己单独上的第一个晚班，14台心电监护，近十个病危的患者，我在病房来来回回跑了一个晚上，忙了一个晚上，没歇过一口气，到最后还要加班，我也适应了这样的工作状态。

后来，我因为个人原因最后还是离开了县医院，离开前，护士长第一次表扬了我，我感动的像个孩子似的在她怀里哭了，不是因为她的赞誉，而是因为我觉得自己所有的努力都得到了领导的肯定，这是我的安慰。我为自己之前顶撞她而深深道歉，她也只是笑了笑摇摇头，说只当我是个孩子。最后，护士长只交待了我一句话：永远做最谦虚的人。我牢牢将这句话刻在了我的心里。

回想过往，我除了对护士长有份愧疚之外，更多的是感激。感谢她在我刚走上护理岗位时给我当头棒喝，她用严谨的工作作风磨平了我的棱角，让我面对未来的激流迎难而上，乘风破浪!
