沿着大道往北走，穿过北教学楼，眼前一片开阔，就是我们每一天运动、嬉戏的欢乐园地――大操场。操场的周围是一条“a”字型的跑道，沿着跑道走一圈足足有200多米。中间除了跳高、跳远的沙坑和铅球投掷区脚下满是绿油油的杂草。虽然比我们心里盼望的一个像样的足球场差的很远，那也不要紧，活动的时候，约上一批同学，分成两个队伍，拿来几个塑料标记作球门，一场足球比赛就这样激烈上演开了。

绕过操场，前面就是体操房了！一走进这宽敞的大房子，不用仔细地看你就会发现有好几筐乒乓球和乒乓球拍，还有四台乒乓桌，虽然这些乒乓桌没有奥运会上的那么新，那么有气派，但它能让每一个来参加乒乓训练的人变得很强壮！

说到校园，一幅庄严肃穆的景象就浮现在眼前。我的校园，落在马路的岔路口的里边，不太显眼。因此，我第一次来的时候竟差点儿找不到学校了!

我的校园是创办于20__年的公办初级中学，地处天河棠东东路，是广州市绿色学校。学校占地12117m2校园环境幽雅，布局合理，拥有200米塑胶跑道和700m2的体育场馆，校园网、图书馆、生物园、网络课室、实验室等齐全，设备先进，能满足现代教学的需要。

我的校园整体来说是一个U形的方块。一迈进校门就是一片柔和的`淡粉红色，左手边是体育场馆，右边则是一条弯曲的小道。转上一个弯正前方是停车的地方，转左就又是一个U形的教学楼，从远处看教学楼就像一个粉红色的U字的笑脸。在明媚的阳光下银光闪闪的就是铝合金做的教学楼的门窗。教学楼一共有六层，有三道楼梯(其中，我最喜欢的是旋转楼梯了!)教学楼的特点是：(一)第一层由于是用来开集体的会议和娱乐的，所以第一层就叫娱乐层。(二)第二至第五是课室和教师办公室。虽然一样是教学层，但我小学的学校可比这乱多了!每一层都很洁净、整齐，教室里摆放着、粘挂着各式各样的文学作品，有精彩丰富的作文，有让人捧腹大笑的笑话，有充满画意的诗歌等。(三)第六层是功能室，有电脑室、地理室、生物室、音乐室、美术室等。
