每一天来到学校就会听到礼仪队在恭恭敬敬地喊：“老师好”，听上去让人很精神。走进学校大门，远远就看见一簇簇红色的牵牛花映在我眼前，散发着清香。校门两侧的围墙上爬满了红红的爬山虎，衬出了浓浓的秋意。牵牛花的后面就是迎风飘扬的五星红旗。每到周一升旗时，只见几位高年级的大哥哥踏着有秩序的正步整齐的走来，站在鲜艳的五星红旗下，把国旗升上去。旗杆的两边栽着榆树，一棵棵挺拔的榆树就像一把把花伞，既能够遮雨，又能够遮阳，还美化了我们的校园，真是面面俱到。

再往里走就是我们的教学楼，由于刚刚粉刷过，色彩显得格外明亮，橙蓝相间，让教学楼焕然一新。就像给教学楼换了新装。楼顶上插着五颜六色的彩旗，就像给楼房带上了美丽的皇冠。走进教学楼时，耳朵里远远就灌满了同学们琅琅的读书声，真让人如痴如醉！

参观完教学楼，再往东走就来到了我们开心快乐的游戏场所——操场。那里宽阔无比，一圈就是四百米。每到六一运会的时候，在这宽阔的大操场上挥洒着多少同学的辛苦和汗水，无论操场多么大，他们都坚持跑下来，为班级争得荣誉。操场中间是足球场，每到课间活动，这儿就是最热闹的地方，同学们有的跳绳，有的跳高，有的在踢毽子，还有的在切切私语，相互谈话。细细想想，这儿既有同学们的欢呼声，也有同学们的叹气声，这些都代表着同学们的生活是多么丰富多彩！

Mid-autumn Day is a Chinese festival. It usually es in September or October .On that day we usually eat a big dinner and mooncakes. It is said "Hou Yi" missed his wife，so he made mooncakes. It looks like the moon.

There are many kinds of mooncakes. They are small round cakes with meat,nuts or something sweet inside . eating mooncakes has been our custom. Families stay outside in the open air eat a big dinner and mooncakes. The most important thing is looking at the moon,On that day,the moon kooks brighter and rounder. We call this moon the full moon.

On that day,families get together,so we call this day getting together. This is Mid-autumn Day. I love it very much. Because on that day I can eat mooncakes. And my brother es back home. He works outside all year. Only that day and the Spring Festival. He es back. So that day I am especially happy. On that day my family gets together.

How time flies!The first half semester is over。Looking back,I have achieved much over the term.I have learned how to play football.I have made many good new friends in school.But my biggest gain is that I have improved my English a lot.I can get an A in the English exam now.Whats more,I can speak with others in English fluently.That makes me very happy.

But I still have some difficulties.The greatest one at present is that I am still poor at maths,I never get an A for it,though I have studied it very hard.That makes me very sad.Hower,I wont give up.Ill keep working hard.I believe that I can improve my maths soon.
