首先《教师专业化的理论和实践》的书名使我思考。在这纷纭的世界里,教师专业化究竟是什么?带着这个思考,我在书中找到了答案：教师专业化是教师个体专业不断发展的过程。教师专业化本质上是个体成长的过程，是教师不断接受新知识，增长专业能力的过程。教师要成为一个成熟的专业人员，需要通过不断的学习与探究历程来拓展其专业内涵，提高专业水平，从而达到专业成熟的境界。一个精神富裕、专业化程度高的老师，他能以自己特殊的职业眼光，掏出课程的引人入胜之处，以最简洁的线条，拉动最丰富的信息，以最轻松的方式，让学生得到最有分量的收获;能从最接近学生现在的起点，带领他们直到离自己最远的终点;能最大限度地尊重每一个学生;他不仅能让学生学懂、学透知识，而且能把教学过程变成一种富有亲和力的情感体验过程，和学生一起沉浸于其中，热爱于其中，出神入化地与学生一起创造于其中，并使学生的心灵飞翔起来;他有强烈的课程开发意识，不仅关注“跑道”的设置，面更关注学生跑的过程，他能让生活成为一种教育，把教育变成一种生活。只有拥有可持续发展能力的教师才能始终站在社会进步的前缘。

其次教师专业化发展是一帆风顺的吗?

20世纪80年代以后，世界上形成了一场教师专业化的运动。要求高质量的教师不仅是有知识、有学问的人，而且是有道德、有理想、有专业追求的人;不仅是高起点的人，而且是终身学习、不断自我更新的人;不仅是学科的专家，而且是教育的专家。从目前看，教师的专业性发展遇到这样几个问题：教师只专注于自身专业的局限思考;在观念和经验上有错觉;将质量问题归因于学生、同行乃至外界;处理问题时专注于个别事件，缺乏整体、动态的思维方式;文化水平高，比较主观，满足于现状等，这些都需要我们在今后的实践中努力克服。

那么怎样有效实施教师专业化?

学校应为营造“学习化、专业化”的教师群体而努力，将教师发展列为重要议事日程，营造集体备课、相互听课的互学互助气氛，改善教师的心智模式。形成师带徒、听课指导，示范课与研究课的教研制度。有组织地开展教科研活动。

专业化水平的提高关键在于教师自己。作为一名优秀教师，要做到将教学生涯视为生命历程的重要部分，增强使命感，不断超越自我，活出生命的意义。(三种教学生涯观：生存、生活、生命)要不断更新教育观念，重新审视教学过程中的师生关系，不断改进教学方法。自己努力把握学科发展最新动态，积极学习和运用现代教育技术，进行自我反思、博采众长，形成风格，争做专家。

给我印象最深刻的是《藤野先生》。章节记叙了鲁迅到日本留学的生活，讲述了他自己在仙台学医，饱受日本学生的歧视、欺凌，侮辱的学习生活，并决心弃医从文的经历。这些经历中无不透露出鲁迅对藤野先生严谨、正直、没有民族偏见、热诚的高尚人格与教学品质的敬佩，也表达出作者的怀念之情。

I would often get up early to watch the sunrise when it was not yet quiet light and all was quiet except for the droning of the ship engine.

当年刘备因没有一个好军师而愁困不已，听说诸葛亮是一个上至天文下知地理，中知人事的人，便带上关羽、张飞去请诸葛亮出山，帮助自己。结果第一次没见到，第二次不顾张飞关羽阻拦，冒着大雪去请仍没见到，第三次等诸葛亮睡醒后才终于见到他本人。这显示了刘备真情实意的邀请诸葛亮出山来协助他统一天下，同时第二次请诸葛亮时，关羽等人说要把诸葛亮绑起来威胁他，刘备却狠狠地斥责了他们，这又体现了刘备的以诚待人。

刘备还有一个故事也让我有深深的感触，那就是三国的四大战役之一的夷陵之战说到夷陵之战，大家可能不太了解，可陆逊火烧连营的故事，大家都知道吧!就是那一次战役让刘备的蜀国，彻底丧失了与其他二国抗衡的基础，夷陵战役，刘备率领了8万大军，去打只有5万兵力的吴国，那是吴国实力空虚，将相都以老，加上兵力的悬殊，没有与蜀军抗衡的基础，有不少将相提出投降，但陆逊却凭借自己的智慧，火烧连营，将蜀军击退，现在人们都怪刘备的鲁莽，但刘备是因为自己的兄弟关于被吴军所杀，才派军攻吴的，虽然这次刘备输得很惨，但我觉得这场战役把刘备的重情重义展现的淋漓尽致!

《三国演义》中不只有刘备的“仁”与“重情义”去值得我们学习，还有诸葛亮的“智”关羽的“忠”，张飞的“勇”都值得我们去学习，其实人生就像一场战争，正义的信念使我们看清前进的道路，而邪恶的信念会让我们迷失方向，误入歧途。最后告诉大家一句话“仁”可治天下，“智”可管理好人民，“邪”再怎么努力，终究还是会一败涂地。

我最近读了《赏识你的学生》一书，读后感受颇多。全书用许多生动的案例诠释了“期待效应”试验、“需要层次”理论、“多元智能理论”等教育理论知识，阐释了实施“赏识”教育的重要性、可行性，通过一个个令人扼腕叹息的教育故事，喊出了教师要善待每一个生命的教育理念。

一、让人人都享受一份关爱

其实德育需要一种宽松、宽容和温馨的环境，对学生偶然的错误和闪失，不要过分求全责备，因为教师偶尔也会有背离道德的言行。学生在形成良好品行的过程中，尤其需要教师的关爱。爱，是一种重视，一种呵护。我们要站在珍视每个生命价值的高度去关爱每个生命个体的成长，像呵护荷叶上的露珠一样，去保护学生的自主发展权。我们要重视每个个体的存在，每个人都是同样重要的。所有的人都应该得到发展，不管是优秀的，还是发展有困难的，甚至是家庭特殊的，要不带任何功利的

心理学家威廉·杰姆士说：人性最深层的需要就是渴望得到别人的欣赏和赞美。因此，当教师能够以“赏识”的言行对待学生，就会激励起学生无穷的勇气，唤醒他深埋的潜能，鼓舞他向着成功之路大踏步前进。而要让教师拥有“赏识”这一法宝，根本就是要激发起教师的爱，让教师出于爱来工作，而不仅仅把教育当成一个职业或是一种谋生的手段。

“疼爱自己的孩子是本能，热爱别人的孩子是神圣!”没有爱就没有教育。教育中倾注了爱，教师就会用欣赏的眼光看待孩子，欣赏孩子每一个幼稚的想法和行为。教育中倾注了爱，教师就会以宽容之心对待孩子，理解孩子身上存在的不足。教育中倾注了爱，教师就会理解、接受、运用“赏识”这一有效的教育手段，在教育的花园中耕耘

二、让人人都享有一次机会

其中“以人为本”，“一切为了每一个学生的发展”是新的课程理念。每一个学生的潜力是巨大的，而发展潜能的金钥匙就是自信心。学生在形成良好的品行过程中，尤其是后进生特别需要教师的鼓励和表扬。鼓励和表扬的力量大于批评和处分的力量。学生在校接受教师的表扬和赞扬中，他会自觉地放大自己的优点，对自己表现出强烈的自信，极力使自己变得优秀，一些不良的品行也会在不知不觉中消除。

我们针对学生的特点进行赏识。“赏识”这个词，《现代汉语词典》给出的解释是：认识到别人的才能或作品的价值而予以重视或赞扬。这就告诉我们每一个教育者都必须首先认识到学生的才能，然后再予以重视和赞扬，要有针对性。也就是说并非“拉到篮里就是菜”，胡乱指着学生的某一言或某一行大加赞扬、夸奖之能事，而是针对学生的特点进行赏识。赏识是一门艺术、一门学问，是教师的一门必修课。教师要通过不断的钻研、深入的学习，掌握赏识这一有效手段，并在适当的时机、合适的场合发挥其最大的作用。

learning is a daily experience and a lifetime mission. this is a proverb full of logic. in other words, learning is significant in our whole life. indeed, we can learn many things from it. if you understand it and apply it to your study or work, you’ll necessarily benefit a lot from it.

there are many reasons which can explain this phenomenon and the following are the typical ones. the first reason is that learning can light our road in the coming future. there is no denying the fact that the society is developing increasingly fast and we are often easily surpassed by the people around. the only way to avoid this is to learn to improve ourselves. as an illustration, i’d like to take myself as an example. after graduation from college, my life has been full of working pressure, which contributes to my decision of pursuing further education. that’s why i can make my own way in such a competitive society.

the effect of learning can be boiled down to two major ones. first, with the spirit of learning, we are more capable of overcoming the difficulties in the future. more importantly, we can enrich our spare time life by learning. no matter who you are, you must remember that learning is the basic skill in our life.
