那是我第一次过圣诞节，朋友带我去参加圣诞舞会，在舞会上我们跳舞、唱圣诞歌，我也认识了一些其他朋友，我们相互交换礼物并互道祝福，我过得很愉快。

That was the first time that I celebated Christmas Day。 My friend aksed me to take part in Christmas party. At the party we danced and celebrated with carols. I knew some new friends. We exchanged gifts and said best wishes to each other. I had a pleasant time.

说起我的兴趣爱好，那真是永恒不变，但也一波三折。我学过很多东西，到后来都没有坚持下去，只有素描不管怎样都坚持下来了。半途而废这是我的错，但更体现了美术是我的“真爱”。

我开始学素描是三年级的时候，不是最早的，却实属幸运。当时是机缘巧合下，认识了几个陌生人，知道了一个学素描的地方。他们说本来是不告诉其他人的，看我的画比其他同龄人的都要好一些，所以就推荐我去看看。在好奇心的驱使下我报名了素描课，不得不说遇上了“正经”的素描班。因为有些机构里面第一节课就画水果，根本不按照顺序来上课，几何体都跳过了。就这样，我开始了三年半的漫漫修炼之路。在这期间我从来没有厌倦过别人口中“枯燥无味”的素描，基础越来越扎实，但却还是没有接触五官头像之类的。

到了六年级第二学期，原本教素描的老师们决定一心一意做服装设计这一类，让我继续学下去，不要放弃，毕竟在班上画的挺好。由此一来我决心继续修炼。打听到我的姐姐曾在一位老师那里学素描，并且那位老师还是很专业的，于是我就当了插班生中途转入。

那位老师告诉我本来他是不打算收我这个“小徒弟”的。毕竟别的同学都是从小在他那里学到大的，都彼此熟悉，而我是中途转过来的，还要再安排一位老师，是看在我有几年的基础才让我过去的。后来我才知道这位老师对于画的不好还不动脑子的学生还是很凶的，因此我每节课都认真画，不敢马虎。终于得到了老师的称赞，别人至少两节课才能画好的头骨我一节课就完成了，都说我速度很快。就这样，不过几节课我就赶上了进度，现在已经在画头像了。

功夫不负有心人，以前的基础才使得我不在新的画室被批评，速度也提升了不止一点。甚至现在也还暗暗自喜。不管要学多久；不管是不是只有黑白灰三种色调，都不觉得枯燥乏味，这就是真正的爱好吧。

我的兴趣爱好有很多，但是有很多兴趣爱好是在班级中养成的。

我现在很爱读经典，这是跟我们老师学的，我每天上学早自习的时候都要读。刚开始时，我还不算那么爱读，可是现在，我已经喜欢上了它，我每天晚上都要读一会儿，在睡觉之前，我总要读上两段。现在我已经会背很多了，里面的意思也越来越明白了，这让我知道了很多自然规律。因此只要我一有时间，就马上看书，读经典。

Christmas is coming

I like christmas, it is just like our spring festival.

庭院左侧是清澈的荷塘，荷叶上顶着一朵朵盛开的荷花，荷叶下一条条小鱼在追逐嬉戏;荷花里藏着一朵朵莲子，多么想摘一朵呀!“小娃撑小艇，偷采白莲回。不解藏踪迹，浮萍一道开。”白居易笔下的《池上》浮现在我的脑海里。我多想做一次白居易笔下的小娃，去尽情享受荷塘里无边的清香。

庭院右侧是厨房，厨房后有一片茂密的竹林。蝉不知在哪里，只听见“知了，知了”一片叫声。

抬头仰望瓦蓝的天空，低头看看院落前清澈的小溪，侧耳倾听鸟儿的啼叫，真是“人在画中游”啊，家乡给人的感觉真好!

Different countries have different customs and different ways to celebrate festival. In our China, we have a variety of festivals, of which celebrating way is different. For example, we will eat mooncake in Mid-autumn Festival and have dragon boat races in the Dragon Boat Festival and eat zongzi. But in some extend, we celebrate all the festivals in the same way.
