说起我为什么会有跳绳的爱好，那是出自于一次比赛。

大约是一年级的时候吧，老师选我和李宇欣去双人跳。为了不让跳绳的时候死绳，于是我就每天下午去练一个小时的跳绳。久而久之，它变成了我的习惯，爱好了。

跳绳其实挺好玩的，可以练各种各样的花样。比如：弓步跳绳，向前辫花跳，双摇，单腿辫花跳……所以，跳绳便成我的不变的爱好。

跳绳也可以练身体的素质。这种跳跃的运动使热量快速散发出来，然后就会出汗。这样不容易生病，也会让你体质好，体育也很好。这样不间断的付出，也一定会有回报的。这就是为什么我跳绳快了。

跳绳也不只一种，有短绳，长绳之分。因此，我的爱好不仅有短绳，也有长绳。

有的时候，我会请家人，或是同学来甩。长绳也有很多种跳法，如：正面八字跳长绳，反面八字跳长绳，交互绳，跳大绳……每一样都十分有趣。只要你跳，肯学，肯练。那么这也很可能成为你的爱好，融入其间，品味着其中的乐趣……

跳绳，是我课余的爱好，它能让我放松一切学习紧张的事情，放松心态，甚至忘掉烦恼……所以，我喜欢这个爱好——跳绳。

我的兴趣爱好是拉小提琴，虽然小提琴还没有完全的成为我的灵魂中不可割舍的一部分，但是，我也是一有时间就拿出来练琴。

经这件事情以后，我很少练小提琴了，但是还是禁不住的练习小提琴，这次，我又重新架起了小提琴，但是，没有很放开的练习，生怕妈妈再叫我，我就又听不到了，这次，妈妈叫我，我放下琴。跑到了妈妈面前，妈妈说：“你去楼下买一包绿色袋子包装的盐，又不用出小区，这点事儿，能办好吗？”我点了点头。

到了超市里，我满脑子想的都是小提琴的谱子，只记得妈妈让我买盐，我随随便便的拿了一包盐就回家了，我把盐交给妈妈后，才想起来，我买错盐了，结果又被妈妈训了一顿。

虽然，妈妈没有没收我的小提琴，但是妈妈让我以后少练琴，多看看书，增长增长阅读知识，提高我的作文水平。

从此以后，我大多数都在看书，很少练琴。
