二十多年的作文教学整合实践，虽然取得了可喜的成绩，但也遇到许多的困惑。一直在困惑中不断地探索。这种困惑，在新课程改革的大环境下，依然存在着。为此，有必要对作文教学整合实践进行反思，以便更深入地探索和研究作文教学整合，实现作文教学和学生作文回归自然，返朴归真。

1．作文教学，教师的作文素养有待提高。众所周知，作文的评价受多方面因素的影响。首先受教师的写作水平、个人素养、思想观念等的影响。为什么同一篇作文，不同的教师会给不同的评价，而且评价的差距很大？这很大程度受语文教师的语文素质的制约。而这种制约很大程度上影响学生的作文兴趣，容易造成错误的或者是朦胧的作文行为导向。今年，辅导学生参加教育部、团中央和全国少工委联合举办的“新童谣、儿童诗歌”征集活动。学生写了大量的作品。在学校里，教师们对这些作品的评价都不一、而得到老师们好的评价的作品竟然没有在这次比赛中获奖，被遗忘的作品《青蛙歌》竟在比赛中获得了二等奖。等到比赛获奖消息传来，教师们才如梦方醒，对《青蛙歌》仔细的分析，才感觉到这首歌确有许多优秀的地方。这说明，老师在评价学生作文的过程中是有一定的偏差的。这种评价的偏差不仅存在于重大的作文赛事中，特别普遍存在于平时的成绩测试中。常在期中和期终考试阅卷中出现好的作文得低分，而抄袭、生硬模仿的作文得高分的现象。这一定程度了损害学生的利益，也为学生的成长产生了一定和障碍。出现这种现象的原因有多种：与老师的作文素养有直接的关系，与语文教师的作文教学教风和文风也不无关系，与应试教育“分分分是命根的”管理影响分不开。基于此，提高中小学教师的写作水平，端正中小学教师文风、作文教学的教风便是教育教学管理中的重要工作。如若在这一方面进行实践操作性的研究，并在政策等方面支撑，作文教学整合的路将会更加的宽广。

2．亟待改变学生作文的文风。二十年前我在一所乡中心小学任语文教师。当时学生想抄作文根本没途径，因为没有可抄写的作文选供他们抄。他们所写的作文大都是自我发现，自我心灵的抒发……时至今日，学生的作文抄袭之风盛行，大有无法遏制之势。每次接任新的班级（一般从三年级接任语文教学），总是发现学生作文抄袭现象，而总是下大精力对这种抄袭行为进行纠正，总是收效甚微。细细分析原因有以下几点：首先，小学是作文起步阶段，学生的生活经历缺乏，作文基本常识也几乎是零。对于仍处于应试教育管理环境中的他们来说，抄袭无遗将减轻他们的精神压力。其次，大量的作文选为学生抄袭提供了一定的方便。这些作文选有的不泛为学生作文中的精品，但有相当一部分是在学生作文基础上教师的再加工。加工过的学生作文几乎失去了童真，语言也趋于成人化了。这些作文一旦被处于作文最低级阶段，渴盼考高分的小学生们阅读，加上作文评价体系的不完善和家长们的趋分不良心态以及没有制止和控制这抄袭行为的有效措施，作文选必将成为他们抄袭或模仿的范本，且有蔓延的趋势，至今仍表现出很强的势头。因此，切实转变小学生作文观念和扭转不良文风迫在眉睫。

3．教材编排和教学时间的安排应该为作文教学和学生作文提供更宽松的环境。教材编排应该充分地考虑儿童的语言接受能力，以儿童生活为主要素材，即便是历史性的或是儿童陌生的，也应该以儿童的特点为圈改编，使其适合少年儿童接受。教材编排还应该预留足够的时间，让教师教学有时间的保障。作文教学不是一堂课、两堂课就能完成的，往往要开展一定的社会实践活动，如：调查、参观、游览、动手制作等相配合。如果教材编排内容多，时间短，一不利于教师教学，使作文教学就像夹生饭一样，半生不熟；二不利于学生的作文，对于处于作文低级阶段的小学生来说，其作文经历必将是一个比较长的时间，而且又需要一个引导的过程，初次作文的夹生将让他们失去兴趣，久而久之，厌作文的情绪自然而生，将是一个无法改变的顽症。反之有时间的保证，学生作文将更加的宽松，兴趣将会更浓。本人在95年开展的直钩钓鱼作文全程教学（见案例），就用了四课时的时间指导。学生在活动中的那种激情，作文中的精彩片段至今天令我难忘。可是把此教学的方案送去评选时却遭遇了冷落。原因是课时不符合大纲两课时的要求。而要是按照两课时来教学，是无法达到如此效果的。

4．教育教学管理也是一个很重要的因素。我国中小学教育教学管理的水平还很落后，特别是农村中小学校的管理。本人长期在农村中小学任教。对中小学的管理现状令人痛心而无耐。主要表现为：管理队伍的整体素质低，前几年，中小学办学经费投入不足，大部分中小学校长一心为钱而忙，忽视教育教学管理，对教育教学研究只搞形式，这对作文教学的研究自然也是有一定影响的；管理的制度不合理，有的学校对教师的作文教学研究成果不仅予肯定，反而想方设法打击，如：语文教师组织学生参加正规的征文比赛，在学生中产生了一定的积极影响，一定程度上激发了学生的作文热情，有利于作文教学的开展，可是获得的成绩如在报刊发表等，学校不认可，在职称评定和学校评先进中也不算数。这些管理的行为已经与新课标的有关理念和有关政策相悖，是作文教学整合的一块绊脚石。因些，加强中小学校校长的选拔工作十分重要，应该将那些教育教学行家提拔到中小学校的管理队伍中来，让中小学真的的姓教。这样的管理环境中，作文教学整合才会放出更绚丽的光彩

5．政策不能制约教师教育教学的个性发展。教育政策是为了为了保障教育有序和更好的发展，对维护师生利益，提高教育质量，实现国家未来的富强都是有必要的。但是政策的制定不能限制教师教育教学的个性发展，对教育政策的理解也不能过于片面化。这将直接导致教师教育教学行为的僵化甚至被禁锢，走上应试教育老路。举几个现实例子来说一说。

教师没有权力组织学生订阅报刊，只有上级主管部门才能向学校向学生推荐。往往推荐的是主管部门主办的报刊，又是班级人手一册，组织订阅了也不组织使用为教育教学服务。这就不是一种合理的教育教学行为。因为：（1）少儿报刊不是教材，没必要人手一册，那是一种资源的浪费。（2）少儿、课外阅读应该广泛，单一的阅读势必造成课外知识的单一；（3）少年儿童思想活跃，爱好不一，他们有自己选择课外阅读书目的自由；（4）教师教学的风格也不一，教师向学生推荐课外读物有利于教师的教学风格与教学行为的默契，达到最佳的教学效果。（5）教育教学是需要大量素材来支撑的。信息时代的来临，教师教学不能再坐井观天式，必须搜集和使用大量的材料来辅助教学，而这些材料的来源一大部分要来自适全少年儿童阅读的报刊中。当然，有的教师向学生推荐报刊书目是为了挣点外块，这毕竟是少数，大部分教师还是从教育教学需要出发而为之的。关键是我们的政策和管理。做为一名教师，连最起码的教育教学份内的事儿都不能为之，还需要政府及主管部门的约定束成，可想而之，教育教学的自由空间会有多大。为此呼吁：给教师教育教学的自主空间。

I am writing this letter to say "thank you." First and foremost, it is clear that you, just like "our foreign mother", were very patient to us. Additionally, needless to say, you taught me a lot, not only English knowledge but also your life wisdom;consequently, all of us have fallen in love with English and study. Last but certainly not least, there is no doubt that we had a great time together, which we will keep in mind forever.

By the way, I cant wait to tell you something new about my class. After you left for the America, we had an English competition. We all did very well, using the knowledge you told us. No one can deny you helped us so much!

According to a recent article on Newsweek concerning children’s’ education,

there is an increasing number of parents worrying their kids to an extreme

extent, depriving them of independence and freedom by keeping them around

parents all the time.

Some people applaud this phenomenon, suggesting that kids’ safety is the

most important. Thus, they’d better not enter the hazardous society without

supervision unless they become adults. From my point of view, some of their

opinion is correct but keeping children away from independence is a completely

erroneous decision. The reasons are as follows:

First and foremost, “locking kids” may hinder their healthy growth, both

mentally and physically. The kids who are locked may have heavy reliance on

their parents, as their comprehensive skills such as communication skills or

cooperative spirit being prevented from developing.

Secondly, what these parents fail to see is the fact that the crime rate

and accidents aren’t on a rapid rise. It is the abuse of mass media that make

crimes and violence more scary. The parents, who love their kids so much, are

completely forced to live under the illusion that our society is full of riots

or threats of accidents. Thus, kids can be allowed to have more freedom such as

walking to school by himself, for instance.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that

kids should be given more freedom by parents’ effort. At the same time, parents

should take many factors into consideration such as the time restriction for

children and the evaluation to kids’ maturity and capability. Only then can they

enjoy a safe and meaningful childhood.
