6月27日上午，以“相约动起来健康中国人”为主题的2017香港赛马会助力全民健身公益系列活动--全国社会体育指导员健身技能培训(天津站)启动仪式在天津市全民健身活动中心举行。香港赛马会国内体育项目主任顾问任军、国家体育总局社体中心社指部副主任钦怿、香港赛马会国内体育项目经理李若、天津市社会体育管理中心主任马宝起、天津市全民健身活动中心主任、天津市社会体育指导员协会秘书长苏颖、天津广播电视大学社区教育处处长鲁士发以及天津100余名社会体育指导员参加了本次启动仪式。

本次活动由香港马会捐资支持，国家体育总局社会体育指导中心、中国社会体育指导员协会、天津市体育局主办，天津市社会体育管理中心、天津市社会体育指导员协会、天津市全民健身活动中心共同承办。启动仪式上，国家体育总局社体中心社指部副主任钦怿，向香港赛马会对全民健身的支持表示衷心感谢。他说道“体育部门和公益组织，双方联手，协同互补，开展专项培训，对促进社会体育指导员掌握科学的健身方法，将是有力促进。”随后出席此次培训的相关领导向学员代表赠送社会体育体指导员教材。
