7月30日上午，2016年上海市迎接“全民健身日”主题活动在世纪公园(主会场)启动，“体卫结合”，医生、专家共同指导市民科学健身。赵雯副市长出席并宣布主题活动开始。

近年来，“全民健身”和“健康中国”相继上升为国家战略，为“体卫结合”的发展提供了更大空间。本次主题活动由市体育局和市卫计委共同主办，以“慢性病综合防控”、“运动伤害防治”为主要内容，积极整合体育、卫生等资源，开展现场咨询、体质测定、慢性病运动成果展示等互动活动。除世纪公园主会场外，全市各区均开设分会场。

当天，在世纪公园的主会场，60余名来自中医药大学附属岳阳医院、中山医院、华山医院、上海体育科学研究所、上海体育学院等单位的专家、医生参与现场咨询，为市民提供高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常及肥胖等慢病的体育锻炼建议。体科所体能康复团队还为市民进行专业的功能性运动测试评价、体能训练和康复治疗，让市民找到健身短板、体验为奥运选手保障般的顶级服务。当天，中医药大学附属龙华医院“运动健康门诊”、上海体科所“运动健康研究与指导中心”揭牌。多家医院在活动现场展示特色拳操运动，包括中医药大学附属龙华医院的十二字养生功、曙光医院的中医呼吸养生操、岳阳中西医结合医院的五行健骨操、练功十八法、八段锦及太极拳等，对慢性病防治具有一定效果。

此外，由市健康促进委员会和市体育局共同编写的《上海市民科学健身知识读本》，作为今年市政府的“健康礼包”已于7月开始陆续向市民家庭免费发放。《读本》对锻炼参与者练什么、怎么练的问题作了详尽的阐述，并介绍了50种锻炼方法，将为广大市民参与科学健身助力。市民还可关注“上海体育”微信，观看锻炼视频。
