7月30日上午，2016年上海市迎接“全民健身日”主题活动在世纪公园(主会场)启动，“体卫结合”，医生、专家共同指导市民科学健身。赵雯副市长出席并宣布主题活动开始。

近年来，“全民健身”和“健康中国”相继上升为国家战略，为“体卫结合”的发展提供了更大空间。本次主题活动由市体育局和市卫计委共同主办，以“慢性病综合防控”、“运动伤害防治”为主要内容，积极整合体育、卫生等资源，开展现场咨询、体质测定、慢性病运动成果展示等互动活动。除世纪公园主会场外，全市各区均开设分会场。

当天，在世纪公园的主会场，60余名来自中医药大学附属岳阳医院、中山医院、华山医院、上海体育科学研究所、上海体育学院等单位的专家、医生参与现场咨询，为市民提供高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常及肥胖等慢病的体育锻炼建议。体科所体能康复团队还为市民进行专业的功能性运动测试评价、体能训练和康复治疗，让市民找到健身短板、体验为奥运选手保障般的顶级服务。当天，中医药大学附属龙华医院“运动健康门诊”、上海体科所“运动健康研究与指导中心”揭牌。多家医院在活动现场展示特色拳操运动，包括中医药大学附属龙华医院的十二字养生功、曙光医院的中医呼吸养生操、岳阳中西医结合医院的五行健骨操、练功十八法、八段锦及太极拳等，对慢性病防治具有一定效果。

此外，由市健康促进委员会和市体育局共同编写的《上海市民科学健身知识读本》，作为今年市政府的“健康礼包”已于7月开始陆续向市民家庭免费发放。《读本》对锻炼参与者练什么、怎么练的问题作了详尽的阐述，并介绍了50种锻炼方法，将为广大市民参与科学健身助力。市民还可关注“上海体育”微信，观看锻炼视频。

近年来，沪上一年一度的“全民健身日”活动在体育场馆公益性开放的基础上，拓展了更多内涵，逐步推广科学健身方式，提高市民健身健康意识素养和水平。当前，建设健康中国的任务要求已经写入国家体育总局发布的《体育发展“十三五”规划》中。本市体育和卫生部门将积极配合，整合资源、形成合力，建立“体卫结合”工作新模式，共同提高全民健康水平。

今天是全民健身日，我还是第一次听说这种节日，游泳馆今天还免费开放一天呢！妈妈和吴佳琛妈妈约好带我们去游泳。可是午觉一睡醒，妈妈的脚却不舒服了，只好把我托付给吴佳琛妈妈了。

我带上游泳装备来到小区门口等吴佳琛她们，可是等啊等，怎么也见不着她们的身影，我急哭了，赶紧跑回家去。跑到半路遇见了妈妈，妈妈告诉我吴佳琛妈妈车坏了，让我去她家楼下等，我只好又风风火火的往她家赶去。

我来岛她家楼下，看见吴佳琛她们在楼下，她们正坐在车里等修车的师傅呢！没过多久一位叔叔来了，他趴下看看车就开工了。一会功夫就修好了，我们终于可以去游泳啦！

我们来到游泳管，迅速的换好衣服，走到泳池我惊呆了。人山人海，有人嬉水，有的比赛，有人观赛，有救生员，还有主持人呢！可我和吴佳琛根本无心多看，只想玩水！我“扑通”一声跳下了水，在水里来了个翻身转。不一会吴佳琛也下来了，还有一个叫乐乐的小朋友也来和我玩。我们一起玩了刺激的“打水仗”，水下做动作、看谁游的快，还有好多游戏。可是正当我们玩的起劲的时候，吴佳琛妈妈就喊我们上岸了。我们如梦初醒，很不情愿的爬上岸。

哎！为什么吴佳琛的考级不是昨天也不是明天而偏偏是今天啊！

8月8日-9日，在一中体育馆举办纪念抗战胜利70周年暨第三届“社区杯”轻排球邀请赛。本次邀请赛共有21支代表队近200名运动员参赛。经过两天一夜57场激烈角逐，一中队夺得第一名，营盘社区队、清献社区队、和平社区队分获二、三、四名。

8日上午，由武夷山市老体协主办的庆祝第七个“8.8全民健身日”活动2015年武夷山市快乐健身操(舞)等展示交流活动在市区列宁公园广场拉开帷幕。14支代表队300余名爱好者参与了健身操、手仗操、柔力球、气功、太极拳等项目的展示交流。

“代言武夷，快乐微跑”武夷山首届“碧桂园杯”全民微跑挑战赛也于8月1日开始，将持续到8月30日，由工作人员根据微信运动记录的选手步数，排出1-20名，然后采用积分制的方式，最终决出周冠军和月冠军。

此外，2015武夷山老年健身嘉年华——气排球邀请赛也将于8月23日-28日举办。

(又讯)“白雪杯”第三届全国智力运动会推广赛暨全国国际象棋棋协大师赛于7月31日-8月3日在武夷山举行。本届赛事由国家体育总局棋牌运动管理中心、中国国际象棋协会主办，来自全国各省市31支代表队280余名选手参加了比赛。

2016年7月16日是毛泽东同志畅游武汉长江50周年纪念日。今天上午，在东丽湖举办了2016年“7.16全民游泳健身周”(天津站)公开水域畅游活动。

本次活动由国家体育总局群众体育司、中国游泳协会、中国救生协会、天津市体育局指导，天津市游泳运动管理中心、天津市游泳运动协会主办，天津天海风水上休闲运动俱乐部有限公司承办。

400余名游泳爱好者今天齐聚东丽湖，这些人来自天津市各类群众游泳组织，都常年坚持游泳活动。并且他们通过集体报名，组织方都为他们上了保险，且提供救生浮球，确保了参赛运动员的安全。

在东丽湖中，划出了800米的游泳区域，按每组30至50人，分组依次循环下水和上岸。在参加活动的游泳爱好者中，不仅有成年人，还有不到10岁的孩子，他们在教练的带领下，同样能游得相当好，一点不熟大人。

据了解，在7月10日至7月24日期间，还将组织天津市游泳运动协会场馆委员会会员单位的36个游泳馆，分别举办面向全市个人游泳爱好者的2016“7.16’全民游泳健身周”《全国游泳锻炼等级达标》游活动，对达到锻炼标准的个人免费发放中国游泳协会统一印制的《全国游泳锻炼等级标准》达标证书。
