Different people have different hobbies， I often cycling to play with my classmates. It is especially good for health. It is good exercise.and its one of my hobbies,I enjoy reading very much.For reading books,I can get lots of knowledge from reading,and get a sense of the outside world,its wonderful.我的爱好

不同的人有不同的爱好。我经常骑自行车玩和同学一起玩。它特别对健康有好处。这是很好的锻炼。除此之外读书是我的另一个嗜好，我很喜欢读书。至于读书，我可以从中学到很多知识，并且对外面的世界有了了解，那真是太美好了。

今天上午，顺义区第十届全民健身体育节在顺义区体育中心隆重开幕。龙狮、大鼓、空竹等顺义传统体育项目表演令人目不暇接，彰显了顺义区深厚的文化底蕴。

由870名社区居民以“讴歌家乡，放飞梦想”为主题，表演的健身双扇《顺心顺意的顺义》，表现了顺义人民热爱家乡、热爱生活的良好精神风貌;由870名农民以“万众一心、共建绿港”为主题，表演的健身双球《走向复兴》，动作优美、热情奔放，体现了对小康生活和实现中国梦的美好期盼。本次开幕式共安排演职人员2022名，开通了全程网络直播和寄语冬奥等活动，以此传达顺义市民对传承奥运精神、办好2022年冬奥会的坚定信心和美好祝愿。

本届体育节的主题是“全民健身促健康，同心共筑中国梦”，结合落实全民健身和全民健康国家战略、筹办2022年冬奥会，本届体育节共设计了四大板块：一是“共筑中国梦 精彩体育节”，二是“全民齐健身，有你更精彩”，于5月-9月间举办拔河、操舞、球类联赛等10项区级竞赛和展示活动。三是“健身促健康，和谐奔小康”，动员镇、街道、机关、企业组织本地区、本单位的体育活动，并结合顺义区慢病防控示范区创建工作，开展全民健身大讲堂、国民体质测试、举减重健步走、阳光体育进校园等零门槛的基层体育活动。四是“助力冬奥会，我当主人翁”，举办百场冰雪知识和观赛礼仪宣讲，开展冰雪特色镇、特色学校和冰雪公益大课堂等活动，促进冰雪运动的推广和普及。通过体育节的举办，以体育活动为载体，弘扬主流价值，促进社会和谐，把体育节办成群众健康的“守护者”、文明新风的“导航灯”、社会和谐的“粘合剂”、区域发展的“助推器”和冬奥筹办的“提速器”。

6月20日，由酉阳县体育发展中心指导举办的2017年酉阳县“体彩杯”全民健身运动会游泳比赛隆重举行，来自全县各单位、社会团体及个人共计60余人参加了比赛。为丰富警营文化生活，酉阳县公安局积极策划，精心筹备，积极发动县局广大游泳爱好者参加比赛，取得了优异的成绩。

此次游泳比赛分为自由泳100米、蛙泳100米、50米蝶泳、50米仰泳等项目，比赛中，公安参赛队员精神饱满，顽强拼搏，在比赛项目中克服了连续比赛的心理压力和身体疲惫，展现出了公安民警团结协作、勇于争先的优良作风，经过一天激烈的角逐，大溪水陆派出所所长彭洪远取得了男子蛙泳100米比赛冠军、民警杨柳取得50米蛙泳亚军，酉水河派出所民警罗崇贵取得蝶泳、仰泳、自由泳50米比赛三项比赛季军，警务保障民警杨冕取得50米蛙泳比赛季军。

据了解，为了丰富民警的警营文化生活，提升民警的综合素质，今年来，酉阳警方积极组织、发动广大民警参加各类健康有趣、丰富多彩的文化活动，有效提升了公安队伍的凝聚力和向心力。
