Last week we had a play competition. Because of some reasons, we had not

decided the play two days before the competition. Our monitor called the actors

and actresses who had been decided together. Then they think about every plot

together. To my surprise, it seemed that everybody had his or her good idea.

They gave up their weekend to practice the play. Finally our team won good marks

and were given the opportunity to participate in the final competition.

Teamwork is really powerful. No matter learning in school or working in the

future, we have to work in a team sometimes. So, try to establish the spirit of

teamwork. It will surely help you achieve success.

过端午节，一定少不了粽子!今天，姐姐就在教我包粽子呢!你瞧。

做粽子一定要有准备的。原来，姐姐已准备好浸泡了3个小时的糯米，同时也买好了粽叶，这样准备就让我大吃一惊了。

我把米放在叶子里，可米全撒在了桌上，我生气极了。姐姐对我说：“你要把叶子做成一个三角形的样子，然后再把米放进去啊!”

于是，我按照姐姐说的步骤作了一遍，在米上按了按，咦?旁边那个盘子中间放的是什么?原来是肉馅哦!我在糯米中间挖了一个小洞洞，把肉馅弄成圆状，塞入糯米中，让它也加入糯米的行列中。可怎么封好呢?我看了眼姐姐，就明白了一切。

我把翘起来的一片叶子按下来，并用绳子用力的扎紧。成功啦!我按照前面的方法，包了好多个。现在就要下锅了，先是把水烧开，然后把粽子放下去。

过了一会儿，粽子煮好了。大家四人坐在桌子旁，吃起了粽子。

我把绳子解开，正想把叶子摘掉，可我一碰，就被烫着了。姐姐看了，哈哈的笑了起来。我吹着吹着，把让热气吹走了。我再次小心翼翼的将叶子掀开，吃起了自己亲手做的香喷喷的粽子来——白白胖胖的糯米中间，包着一团鲜汁可口的肉馅，放入口中，不油不腻，又有嚼劲，感觉太好了!

端午节就这么过去了，嘴里吃着自己亲手包的粽子，心里想着我国唐代诗人杜甫写的诗：宫衣亦有名，端午被恩荣。细葛含风软，香罗叠雪轻。自天题处湿，当暑着来清。意内称长短，终身荷圣情。

这真是一个快乐的端午节!

2017全民健身运动推广季活动意在倡导海口市民热爱运动，关注身心健康，营造良好的全民健身氛围，推广全民健身运动。

昨天上午，在海口市美兰区白龙南街道办五贤社区中贤二村的文化站篮球场上，欢快的音乐声吸引了不少居民到来。活动共设跳绳大比拼、旋转呼啦圈、珠行万里、弹力接球、袋鼠跳跃等项目。参与者在完成趣味运动的同时，还能获得小礼品。

亲子徒步趣味运动会在海口市海甸溪边上演。本次活动吸引了海口100多个家庭、300多人参与。活动采取亲子趣味互动的形式，是为了给家庭增添亲子时光，增加青少年户外运动的体验，感受运动健康带来的快乐。

在海口市万绿园，百位瑜伽爱好者和百位太极爱好者，在草地上进行了一个半小时的户外展演，“双肩、背部、放松、深深吸气，整根脊柱向上挺拔……”伴随着悠扬的音乐和瑜伽教练的引导词，瑜伽展演者们轻轻地舒缓着身体，展示着瑜伽身心合一的静态美。

据悉，海口市文体局通过举办“趣味体育进社区”活动，开展具有趣味体育的游戏，鼓励和引导广大居民群众积极参加体育健身运动，养成良好的体育锻炼习惯，增强群众健身意识，推动社区体育文化建设。此次“趣味体育进社区”系列活动自今日开始，持续至6月底，将走入海口美兰、琼山、秀英和龙华4个区的8个社区陆续开展。

Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December. It is a very happy day for many boys and girls. Before the term ends in some schools, the children act a nativity or “birth” play, showing how Jesus was born in a stable.
