一、花钱学问。老师常说“书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟”、“书是人类进步的阶梯”。所以，今年我打算吧我的“私房钱”用来买《读者》《儿童文学》。零钱来买一些零食吃，而压岁钱就用来当学费、买文具用品。

二、挑战自我，超越极限。因为上学期的骄傲自大，导致期末考试一时疏忽，一时糊涂，一时骄傲，一时马虎，最终“败”给了雨晗!所以，我打算在这个学期里，尽自己最大的努力超越雨晗。另外，我在班里担任班长，所以我也会尽量管理好班级，当老师的好助手和老师与同学之间的桥梁。

三、改掉缺点、大家团结，做个懂事的好孩子。以前的我总是动不动就爱发脾气，在家里，吃好的、穿好的、住好的，就像一个小公主，不知爸妈心里的苦。自从看了电视剧《暖春》，我便打算节约用钱，帮妈妈做家务，减轻爸妈的负担。

是花都要开放，是鸟都要飞翔，是树都要抽枝长叶。不想当将军的士兵就不是好兵。今天，我是参与成功者;明天， 我是成功的参与者!在新的一年里，我们为自己而奋斗吧!

8月8日是第八个全民健身日，为鼓励和引导广大居民群众积极参加体育健身活动，养成良好的体育锻炼习惯，8月3日—5日，铁桥社区组织开展了以“ 创新、俭朴、务实、惠民”为主题的“全民健身日”系列活动。

时值高温酷暑，丝毫未减居民们参加活动的热情。在社区文化广场上，有居民朋友们打太极的、有跳扇子舞的、有在健身路径上健身的、还有抖空竹的，参加活动的每个人在愉快的健身运动中身心得到了充分的放松，彼此间加强了沟通，加深了感情，增进了友谊，可谓是一举多得。

通过开展上述系列活动，充分调动了社区居民的参与热情和积极性，使居民在参与体育运动中感受快乐，享受生活乐趣，在全社区进一步掀起了全民健身活动的新热潮。

生命在于运动，幸福源于健康。随着生活节奏的加快与生存压力的增大，高校教师逐步扩大的亚健康状况令人堪忧。为提高我校教职工身体素质，进一步掀起全民健身新高潮，推进健身生活化、常态化、科学化、普及化，在我校形成自觉锻炼、主动健身、追求健康的新风尚，校医院现面向全校教职工发出如下倡议：

一、倡导健康新理念，形成健身好风尚。有了健康的体质，才能幸福地生活;有了健康的体质，才能精心地育人;有了健康的体质，才能更好地工作。让我们唱响“全民健身”主旋律，倡导“关注健康，珍爱生命，善待身体，快乐工作”的观念，树立“每天健身一小时，健康工作每一天，幸福生活一辈子”的理念，强化“我锻炼、我健康、我幸福”的意识，在我校形成自觉锻炼、主动健身、追求健康的良好风尚。

二、选择锻炼新方式，培养健身好习惯。坚持“因人而宜、适时适度”的原则，选择适合自身特点和兴趣爱好的慢跑、快走、广播操、太极拳、健身操、篮球、乒乓球、羽毛球等健身活动。广大教职员工每人每周至少锻炼3次，每次时长不少于1小时，做到工作、健体两不误;退休老教师要发挥健身示范作用，延年益寿夕阳美。

三、学习运动新知识，掌握健身好方法。树立科学健身意识，主动学习健身知识，认真制定长期的健身计划;循序渐进，选择适宜运动，讲究方法，避免运动疲劳;注意增加营养，保持充足体力，提高防病能力，远离亚健康;提倡以户外健身为主的运动项目。

广大教职员工们，让我们积极行动起来，运动起来，从我做起，从现在做起，以健康的体魄、饱满的热情、乐观的心态和进取的精神，积极投入到全民健身运动中来，为和谐校园作出贡献!

I have a cousin, she was eight years old this year. She studies in grade

Her character like a boy, she has thick eyebrows and bid eyes, she was

particurlarly active and naughty. she and my cousin had a full head big sweat

I’m neither interested in sports nor good at it. But except swimming. I can swim since I was a baby. My mother tells me that she let me swim in the water with a life-buoy when I was 20 days old. And then I can swim gradually. When I grow up, I like swimming very much. I swim all the year round. Swimming in summer makes me feel comfortable to lower my temperature. While winter swimming makes me feel excited and achievability. In general, swimming keeps me fit in both physical and mental. Sports help everyone to keep healthy, happy, and efficient.So I pay special attention to games, especially table-tennis. Table tennis is my favorite game.I play it almost every day.

Table-tennis is an ideal game us because it brings the whole body into action. It strengthens our muscles, expands our lungs, promotes the circulation of the blood, and causes a healthy action of the skin. Besides, it is very amusing and does not cost us much money.Table-tennis is very moderate; it is not so rough as football.It is an indoor game and can be played even on rainy days.Thus, it is my favorite kind of exercise.
