the climbing continued and i could not but think of the labouring people who braved the trail for us to follow. what wonderful work! at last we got to the summit. the squirrels were jumping in welcome. steam was rising up from the mountain below. standing above and looking down everything was in sight beneath me. it was magnificent and enlightening.

On May Day, my mother, father, my sister and me went to park to have a picnic, and then visited my grandma and grandpa.

Finally, my hope is that the economy of our country can be a bit better, let those unemployed, poor people in society, there is a job can be done, let their children can be happy go to school, to find their happiness. Although I can do now is limited, but I in my heart silently pray for them.

Everyone wants to finish his resolutions, I also hope I want to be able to realize, so it must be hard to achieve,) do his bit to handle yourself, believe that hope things will be realized one by one.

新的一年已经开始，每个人多多少少都会有几个新的希望，我也和大家一样，并且希望都能够实现。

我的新年新希望第一是：希望我的身体健康，能够长高一点，长胖一点，这样就能增加抵抗力，比较不会生病，所以我要多运动，保持身体的活力。

我的新年新希望第二是：希望我的兄弟姐妹能学业进步，我的爸爸、妈妈、阿姨、伯父、伯母和姑姑能事业顺利，爷爷、奶奶和外婆身体安康，同时也希望所有关心我、照顾我、陪伴我的亲朋好友、师长、同学都能身体健康、开开心心，而且平安幸福。

我的新年新希望第三是：希望我的课业进步，写字速度能够再快一点，这样我剩下的时间就可以用来阅读更多的课外书籍，让我了解更多知识，认识更多有趣的事物，相信这样生活一定会更多采多姿。

最后，我的希望是：我们国家的经济能够好一点，让社会上那些失业、穷困的人，有工作可以做，让他们的小孩能够快快乐乐的去学校上课，找回他们的幸福。虽然我现在能做的有限，但是我在心里默默的为他们祈祷。

每个人都想要完成自己的新年新希望，我也期望我的希望能够实现，所以就必须认真去达成，尽到自己的本分，管好自己，相信这样希望的事情一定会一一实现。

郭明义参军之前，只是初中学历。在部队时，他抓住“缝隙时间”学习英语。来到矿山工作后，他每天晚上都骑自行车往返20多公里，到市内的夜校学习。

1992年，国家“七五”重点建设项目——齐大山矿扩建工程进入开工准备阶段，郭明义又考入英语强化班进修一年。1993年工程开工后，他担任了33台、每台价值1000多万元、载重量154吨生产汽车——电动轮现场组装的英文翻译。

美国犹格里德公司澳大利亚售后技术服务部中国区总管，两次劝说郭明义到他所在的公司工作，并承诺给予比他当时收入高6至7倍的工资，可老郭不为所动，说：“我上党校、夜校、进修，都是企业支付的学费，还发给我补贴。我对企业有感情，我要回报企业，对企业的发展有信心。”

虽然电动轮的进口备件质量检验不归郭明义负责，但每次对着备件做翻译时，他都认真检查，先后发现了5台电动轮有质量问题。公司与外方据理力争，最终获得10万美元的赔偿。

盛世奥运，举国同辉。在奥运会伴着嘹亮的号角向我们迈进的时候，教育部、国家体育总局、团中央发出了“全民健身与奥运同行”的号召，掀起阳光体育运动的热潮。为此，校团委向全校师生发出倡议：

一、树立“健康第一”的理念，提高对体育运动的认识。我们要积极行动起来，以热爱生命、热爱运动的态度对待体育运动，以饱满的热情投入到阳光体育运动中来，用健康的体魄和饱满的精神状态迎接北京2015年奥运会。

二、积极参加户外活动，养成良好的锻炼习惯。生命源于运动，运动更是让生活充满阳光。我们要积极行动起来，走向户外，拥抱阳光，活跃于操场、球场，活跃于校园、原野，亲近自然，释放自我，融于团队。每天坚持锻炼一小时，努力掌握2项以上日常锻炼的体育技能，养成良好的体育锻炼习惯，让体育健身成为我们成长过程的美好经历，成为我们全面发展的不懈追求。

三、强化团结协作精神，大力弘扬奥林匹克精神。“更高、更快、更强”的奥运精神是一面旗帜，是一种追求，是一种境界，更是团队精神的最佳体现。让我们在奥运精神的感召下，快乐运动起来吧，让健身成为增进健康、娱乐身心、发展友谊、完善自我的主要渠道，享受强身健体之益、享受科学文明的生活方式之益、享受高尚品格的教育熏陶之益!

老师们，同学们，为了我们的学习、生活和事业，为了我们的家庭、学校和祖国，行动起来吧!让我们共同唱响“阳光、健康、和-谐”的旋律，去释放我们的热情与朝气，去感受体育的永恒与魅力，去抓住生命的健康和活力!坚持每天锻炼一小时，达到“健康工作五十年、幸福生活一辈子”的目标，让我们的生活永远充满阳光，让我们永葆青春的激-情和风采!老师们，同学们，快快投身到阳光体育运动中来吧。

Mother told me that we will go to Guilin for a trip today. I am very
