心主任苏颖在致欢迎词中谈到：“社会体育指导员，服务在全民健身第一线，掌握科学的健身方法，是对他们最基本的“职业”要求。毋庸置疑，这些年，总局对社会体育指导员工作的侧重点之一就是培训，只有经过培训才能成为社会体育指导员，也只有经过培训，才能获得等级的晋升。”

“相约动起来健康中国人”香港赛马会助力全民健身系列活动，主题鲜明、时间跨度长、覆盖地域广。实现了：一促进了科学健身理念的广泛传播;二提高了一线社会体育指导员的业务技能;三探索了借助社会公益力量的合作运行模式。随着全民健身和全民健康深度融合，健全群众身边的体育健身组织、建设群众身边的体育健身设施、丰富群众身边的体育健身活动、支持群众身边的体育健身赛事、加强群众身边的体育健身指导、弘扬群众身边的体育健身文化的“六个身边”工程，成为群众体育的四梁八柱，是践行以人民为中心发展思想的具体体现。

本次培训班将进行3天的时间，分为广场舞和太极拳两部分。培训结束后将进行汇报展演，最终颁发结业证书。

生命在于运动，幸福源于健康。随着生活节奏的加快与生存压力的增大，高校教师逐步扩大的亚健康状况令人堪忧。为提高我校教职工身体素质，进一步掀起全民健身新高潮，推进健身生活化、常态化、科学化、普及化，在我校形成自觉锻炼、主动健身、追求健康的新风尚，校医院现面向全校教职工发出如下倡议：

二、选择锻炼新方式，培养健身好习惯。坚持“因人而宜、适时适度”的原则，选择适合自身特点和兴趣爱好的慢跑、快走、广播操、太极拳、健身操、篮球、乒乓球、羽毛球等健身活动。广大教职员工每人每周至少锻炼3次，每次时长不少于1小时，做到工作、健体两不误;退休老教师要发挥健身示范作用，延年益寿夕阳美。

三、学习运动新知识，掌握健身好方法。树立科学健身意识，主动学习健身知识，认真制定长期的健身计划;循序渐进，选择适宜运动，讲究方法，避免运动疲劳;注意增加营养，保持充足体力，提高防病能力，远离亚健康;提倡以户外健身为主的运动项目。

一年一度的建军节即将到来，西坝河东里社区积极响应街道号召，于7月29日上午在社区中心广场开展了香河园街道“全民健身日”暨庆“八一”健身展示活动。

香河园街道文教科科长赵中、西坝河东里社区书记赵玉旺、抗美援朝老战士肖永利和军烈属刘秀敏和社区居民们来到广场观看了演出。今天参加演出的团队是来自西坝河东里、西坝河中里和光熙门北里北社区的文体队伍。大家在一起展示日常的健身成果，形式多样的锻炼方式让社区充满活力。中里的腰鼓队人数众多，把传统文化融合到了健身之中;光北北的霞光舞蹈队带来了热烈的广场舞《爆米花》;东里的舞蹈队和健身操队分别表演了民族舞和健身操、广场舞等，东里社区的朝阳武术队更是全方面发展，跳起了老年健身操，另外东里社区的王欣怡小朋友还展示了舞蹈恰恰，青春飞扬舞蹈队的年轻小伙子和队里的阿姨们一起挑起了现代舞，让大家耳目一新。

今天来到社区的还有光南社区的咱爸咱妈志愿者组织来为大家免费理发、另外太阳宫医院、江苏银行、和泰养老等共建单位也来到社区为社区居民提过了多种服务。

这只是我成长中的一件小事，却让我体会到了那份烛一无二的爱，我也因为有这样的父母而自豪。

I like many kinds of sports, such as swimming, running, table-tennis and badminton.

But I like running most. Running is a good activity for people to keep healthy and relieve pressures.

Besides, it’s very easy for me to running. I can run in the morning or after class.

The Advantages of Doing Physical Exercises

As the proverb goes, “no one knows the value of health until he loses it.”

From this, we know

that health is very important to everybody. But how to keep fit? Many

people believe that sports can offer people health and pleasure. As far as I

concern, I think doing physical exercises have lots of advantages.

When we are very small, we dream to be the great person in the future, such as the scientist, the policeman and so on. It is good for the children to own the big dream, so that they will study hard and fight for their future. But the fact is that not all the person can become the great person, most people are doing the ordinary jobs. In my opinion, ordinary is beautiful, too. Though they are not doing the fine jobs, they find their own place and make a contribution to the world. Take the cleaner for example. They wake up early and do the cleaning work. People dare not to do the job because it is so dirty, but the cleaners decorate the city with their hard work. The cleaners are the ordinary people while doing the great job.

Nowadays in China, the limit to candidates for college entrance examination is not so strict as before. People of all ages and even married people can take the examination and have a chance of becoming a college student. The new regulation has many advantages.

Firstly, it provides more people with chances to receive high education. There are many people who have once lost the chance to enter a college for some reason. Now they can pick up their own dreams of being a college student. Secondly, it will introduce more students with different backgrounds and the abilities for colleges and universities. Finally, it stimulates competition and promotes the candidates to work harder.

However, relaxing the limit of age and marriage might bring some problems. For one thing, married students have to take care of the family and children, which brings more difficulties for school management. Today was realiy boring.I went nowhere,I just stayed at home because the

weather was rainy.The rain was raining heavily in the sky.And there was much

dirty water on the ground.
