终于等到了开饭，一盘盘色香味俱全、香喷喷的饭菜端上桌来，我看得眼花缭乱。开饭喽！我狼吞虎咽的把这美味佳肴直往嘴里塞，吃了一个圆溜溜的小肚子。妈妈把果汁和红酒拿出来，倒在高脚杯里。这是我们每年必备的一个节目———新年祝愿（每年的年夜饭前我们都要把自己认为最好的祝愿送给家人）。今年还是我第一个上场，我端起酒杯祝愿爸爸和妈妈———寿比南山，笑口常开，工作顺利。爸爸妈妈也把他们的祝愿送给了我，祝我身体健康天天好心情。然后我们端起酒杯，“干杯”！我们的家真是一个温馨和睦的家庭，我爱我家。

全市各机关、企业事业单位、人民团体、学校：

全民健身活动是促进人的健康发展的基本途径，是促进社会文明进步、民族兴旺发达的重要保证，是弘扬先进文化，提高城市文明程度和群众文明素质的重要手段。根据市委三届三次全委会提出的建设“健康重庆”的要求，为进一步在全市掀起全民健身高潮，建设“健康重庆”，我们倡议：

一、树立“全民健身，从我做起”的体育意识，不断提高自身健康素质，为提高全民族的健康水平而努力。

二、选择适合自身特点的体育健身项目，坚持长期锻炼、科学锻炼。倡导“每天锻炼一小时，健康工作五十年，幸福生活一辈子”的健康生活理念。

三、各机关、企业、事业单位要领导带头，职工参与，在上班期间坚持每天上午十点做两遍第八套广播体操。

四、各大中小学校坚持开展好“两操一课”(即广播体操、眼保健操，课外活动课)，认真上好体育课，强健学生的体魄;推动学校体育与社会体育协调发展。

五、大力倡导“体育生活化、健身经常化”的理念，坚持因人而宜、适时适度的原则，选择适合自身特点和兴趣爱好的如健步走、长跑、登山、球类、健身操等健身活动。

六、积极参加全民健身活动，强健体魄，陶冶情操，营造文明、健康、安定、祥和的社会氛围，促进人的全面发展，促进人与人和人与自然的和谐，充分展示重庆人民团结进取、追求卓越的精神风貌。

让我们积极行动起来，从我做起，从现在做起，积极投入到全民健身运动中，以健康的体魄、饱满的热情、乐观的心态，热爱生活，努力工作，积极营造“健康重庆”的良好氛围，为重庆全面落实“314”总体部署，做出新的贡献!

8月8日，上午，瑞安市体育局在体育馆举行“瑞安市第4个全民健身日活动”暨“瑞安市南拳协会成立仪式”。

省体育对外交流中心副主任刘杰、省武术协会副主席陈顺安、温州市体育局纪检组长彭永松、市政协副主席王翠珠、市民政局副局长陈绍华、市公安局副局长周晓之、市体育局局长陈连丰、社会各界人士及武术爱好者共3000多人参加了活动。

大会由温州市电视台《闲事婆》栏目主持人柯海燕主持，陈连丰局长致欢迎词，民政局副局长陈绍华授牌，省武术协会副主席陈顺安和温州市体育局纪检组长彭永松做了重要讲话。随后，民间武术爱好者表演了包括舞龙、民间拳法等30多个热闹传统的节目。多名爱好者观看了节目。场面气氛隆重热烈。今年的全民健身日后续活动还有8月11日的“天瑞.香山美邸杯瑞安市登山比赛”，现有做好各方面的准备。

本次活动不仅宣传了“以武健身，以德润身”的中华武术精神，用武术形式再次诠释了我国千年的传统文化精髓，而且丰富了现代全民健身活动内容，推动了我市全民健身活动的开展。同时，为繁荣我市文化体育事业，加快建设文化体育大市做出来贡献。
