Mathematics was too difficult for me, the teacher spoke so fast that I

could not understand. I failed every math exam, my dad was very angry, he

wouldnt let me watch TV, or let me go out, I was very sad. The math teacher

always asks me to go to the office and tell me the problem. I am not afraid to

make mistakes, because I can correct them. I keep practicing, speed up my

problem, and dont forget to preview and review. In the most recent exam, I

achieved excellent results in maths. A good learner has many good learning

habits.

数学对我来说太难了，老师讲的太快，以至于我不能听懂。每次数学考试我都不及格，我的爸爸很生气，他不让我看电视，也不让我出去玩，我很难过。数学老师总是让我去办公室，给我讲题。我开始不害怕犯错，因为我还可以改正。我不断的练习，加快了我的做题速度，并且不忘记预习和复习。在最近的一次考试里，我的数学成绩达到了优秀。一个好的学习者有很多好的学习习惯。

material in the class is the textbook, which is reasonable. But I think we can

2001年7月13日，随着萨马兰奇爷爷激动的一声“北京”，北京便成了第二十九届奥运会的主办城市，中国人民多少年创办奥运会的梦想啊，就在这一声“北京”中一捶定音了!

北京奥运会有三大主题：科技奥运，人文奥运，绿色奥运。当然，也不能少了健身呀!因为每日运动可以有效防治高血压，忧虑症等多种疾病。最重要的运动让人有一个不错的心情，开心地过每一天。于是，健身风便在我家悄悄地弥漫开来。

做什么运动会合适我呢?当然是适合自己的运动喽!跳跳绳，全家一致同意，因为跳跳绳可以减肥、增高，增强体力，一举三得呢!我、爸爸、妈妈每人各持一根跳绳，开始跳起来描写健身运动的作文300字描写健身运动的作文300字。我刚跳了几下就感觉到很吃力，好像氧气不够用。渐渐的，我的腿发软，满头大汗，手臂还发酸，喘着粗气。这还不说，在半小时里我才跳了100个。没办法，我只好停下来休息。咦，爸爸、妈妈怎么脸不红，气不喘地跳着呢?他们用鼻子呼吸，只有手腕在动，把脚掂起来跳。这是一个跳跳绳的好办法。我便模仿着爸爸、妈妈的动作。“哎哟”因为动作还不熟练，跳绳攒足了劲儿抽到了我的胳膊。“没事儿，跳绳抽一下，免不了的事情。”我心里这样想。可是随着抽的次数越来越多，我就有一点不情愿跳跳绳。我甚至想到了作弊，怎么作弊?多数几个，可是我要做一个诚实的孩子，越往后跳说是身体在跳，还不说是意志在跳。意志一直让我在拼命坚持。好不容易跳完了，却累得我满头大汗，衣服全湿透了，脚又酸又疼，回到家，我实在受不了劳累了，连睡衣也没换，便躺在床上呼呼大睡。第二天也是如此，第三天……这些天都是我一直坚持下来的。不反是我，爸爸、妈妈也是。我跳跳绳的水平也提高了，我很高兴。

这次活动，我家可算是上下总动员了。我感到奥运和我家的关系越来越近了。我坚信健身风会在我家永不停歇的刮着、刮着……

I was a lively and cheerful and brave pupils in the class is worthy of the name "big star". I was very good at math. I was sealed by Mr. Zhou as a representative of math class. I also got the good praise from Mr. Huang.

Once, I saw in the exercises when the teacher Huang and Professor Zhou refers to me, I think that is calling me. After the exercise, the teacher let my mother come to school, I was more nervous! When my mother talked to the teacher, I knew that my sister was praised. (call to a false alarm.)

一年一度的建军节即将到来，西坝河东里社区积极响应街道号召，于7月29日上午在社区中心广场开展了香河园街道“全民健身日”暨庆“八一”健身展示活动。

香河园街道文教科科长赵中、西坝河东里社区书记赵玉旺、抗美援朝老战士肖永利和军烈属刘秀敏和社区居民们来到广场观看了演出。今天参加演出的团队是来自西坝河东里、西坝河中里和光熙门北里北社区的文体队伍。大家在一起展示日常的健身成果，形式多样的锻炼方式让社区充满活力。中里的腰鼓队人数众多，把传统文化融合到了健身之中;光北北的霞光舞蹈队带来了热烈的广场舞《爆米花》;东里的舞蹈队和健身操队分别表演了民族舞和健身操、广场舞等，东里社区的朝阳武术队更是全方面发展，跳起了老年健身操，另外东里社区的王欣怡小朋友还展示了舞蹈恰恰，青春飞扬舞蹈队的年轻小伙子和队里的阿姨们一起挑起了现代舞，让大家耳目一新。

今天来到社区的还有光南社区的咱爸咱妈志愿者组织来为大家免费理发、另外太阳宫医院、江苏银行、和泰养老等共建单位也来到社区为社区居民提过了多种服务。

此次活动带动了各社区的健身活动，提高了文体队伍的积极性和整体水平，大家切磋交流，互相学习，期待下次带来更精彩的节目。
