Ok, dont say, my new term plan to say the last three days and three nights! I have to do now is get rid of bad habits and bad temper, so you can do a cla.

俗话说得好：“一年之计在于春”。这个学期我也制定了新计划。

这个学期呢，我打算改掉一些坏习惯。我是语文课代表，可是我的一个坏习惯总是改不过来：我上课听得很牢，可老师发问时，其实我一般都能答上来，可是我胆小，不敢大胆举手发言。就算老师说：“答错没关系。”我还是不敢举手。所以在这个学期里，我一定要尽力改掉这个跟随我五年的坏习惯。

首先，我打算每堂课至少要举一次手，这样累积下来，一个学期我就可以把这个坏习惯改过来了。这样，老师就可以喜欢我了。

还有，这学期我们的数学课本，别的同学都已经学过三分之一了，所以，我已经比别的同学落后了一点，正因为这样，我一定要更努力，更加油，这样我的学习成绩才不会落后。现在，我要开始做更多的课外练习，我决心不会被一个个难题给打败，我一定会用我的努力证明，我会赶上去的，让老师对我刮目相看。

另外我要改掉一个坏脾气，就是别的同学来问我题目时，我总是管自己做自己的事，不听他的话，我觉得这样就是不尊敬别人。换个角度来考虑，假如是我来问问题，被人拒绝是多么难过的事呀!

我还有一个缺陷，那就是体育不好，每次到了期末，成绩都是及格。因为我平时少锻炼，才导致体育成绩不够好，所以在这个充满阳光的春天，我要多锻炼，做好各项保健工作。只要我天天这样，我想我应该可以再升一级。

好了，不说了，我的新学期计划可以说上个三天三夜呢!我现在要做的就是改掉坏习惯、坏脾气等，这样才可以做一个全优生。

material in the class is the textbook, which is reasonable. But I think we can

get some other resources, such as English magazines, songs, movies and so on. We

can learn the basic knowledge from out textbook, and get some more from other

materials. In addition, those materials are more authentic and practical, which

will be useful to our learning. Besides, by doing so, we can get more fun from

以“健康生活不待明天”为主题的全民营养健身大舞台暨中国营养健康公益社区行活动在京举行。

作为活动亮点之一，社区体协和营养师协会两个协会携手，首次将营养和健身进行结合，旨在为在京注册的5.2万社会体育指导员进行营养健身的科学指导。主办方指出，社会体育指导员作为全民健身的宣传者、科学健身的指导者、群众体育活动的组织者、体育场地设施的维护者、健康生活方式的引领者，为他们做好科学指导，有利于他们在工作中更好的服务大众。

针对健身人群中的老年群体，北京市体育总会秘书长王品熙指出，“健康老龄化战略”有两个方向，一是从健康状态到活跃状态，升华健康的意义;二是从不健康状态到健康状态，通过保健和复健。“健康老龄化要使得越来越多的老年人摆脱亚健康老龄化和不健康老龄化的困扰和痛苦，赋予时间以生命，让健康的老年充实、有趣、体现人生意义和社会价值，老年人融入和参与社会是基本的途径。”

他还指出，合理的营养和科学的体育锻炼是促进健康的两个基本因素，只有科学的健身运动加上合理的营养才能达到增强体质、促进健康、保持体能、预防疾病和延年益寿的目的。北京营养师协会和北京市社区体育协会将利用自身专业优势，联合搭建为老服务新模式，即在利用营养健康和体育锻炼相结合来延长退休后的活跃期、健康老化和利用活跃期、活跃老化中起到重要作用，从而延缓失能期的到来，为北京市老龄事业贡献协会的一份力量。

活动现场，组委会还安排了健康营养咨询和身体素质测试等互动，让到场公众得以体验先进的身体测试仪器及吃动平衡合理饮食等方面的咨询，通过测试对自己的身体状况加深了了解，为科学的安排健身活动及合理饮食做了参考 据悉，本次中国营养健康公益社区行活动将陆续走进社区，为社会体育指导员服务，走近百姓身边，为居民科学健身，合理饮食，起到指导作用。

Today my parents took me to my grandfather’s house.I played with my

cousin.Suddenly my cousin suggested going to the park and having a rest.“that’s

a good idea.” I said.Then we prepared for the traveling.After lunch,the sky

turned dark.After that ,it rained heavily.It meant our plan is impossible.What a

pity day!
