At the elementary school today it is a sports day; all the parents and friends were invited to attend. 这就是俗话说的慢慢来，不能一口吃成个大胖子。有些家长和孩子看到运动员的身体好，素质好，自己也想练出这样的效果，一开始就硬干蛮练，不但没有收到锻炼的效果，有时还会练出毛病来。因此，初次参加健身运动，一定要做到运动量由小到大，运动强度也由弱到强，技术难度由易到难。随着锻炼时间的延续，可根据自身的身体状况逐步地增大运动量和运动强度，以及运动项目的难度。

健身运动要坚持全面，坚持全面就是要求锻炼的项目要多种多样，使自己的全身各部分都能得到锻炼，从而均衡地发展。学校为了使同学们的身心得到全面的发展和锻炼，每年都会在秋季进行一次全体同学的达标运动会。在今年的11月24日、25日两天我校举行了一年一度的秋季学生体育达标运动会，同学们在跑、跳、投三个方面进行了综合的测试。每年的12月为我校的冬季健身月，学校在下周也将陆续的开展一些冬季健身活动如，中高年级同学参加的拔河比赛和低年级同学参加的跳绳、踢毽子比赛。希望同学们可以利用课间休息的十分钟里进行一些小范围的运动，如，跳皮筋、跳绳、踢毽子等避免在操场上追逐打闹及进行危险地运动。
