据介绍，今年游泳健身周全国启动日主会场活动将于7月8日在山东省蓬莱市海滨浴场举行，全国主会场活动将于7月16日在湖北省武汉市武昌汉门举行。期间，在北京、河北邯郸、内蒙古呼伦贝尔海拉尔等13个城市将举办全国重点会场活动。

本次游泳健身周活动共有6项内容，涉及到科普、公益等多领域。其中包括：在江、河、湖、海开展的公开水域游泳活动、在游泳池(馆)开展的“海豚”游泳达标活动、青少年游泳普及活动、公益惠民游泳健身服务活动、游泳和救生志愿服务活动以及游泳健身宣传活动。

记者还了解到，本次活动设有突出贡献奖、优秀组织奖及优秀站点奖等奖项，各站点的组织者、参与者可以登陆中国游泳协会“泳者在线”微信公众平台进行大众投票。

“今年是中国游泳改革、创新、发展的关键年，希望游泳运动能为全民健康、为健康中国发挥独特作用。”刘大庆说。

Jane liked sports. Her school sports meeting would be held on May 4. She had entered for(报名参加) the high jump and the long jump races, and the other girls in her class were sure she would win both. Then ten days before the sports meeting, when Jane climbed the hill she was wounded(受伤) in her left leg.

上午，我就睡到自然醒，等爸爸妈妈上班走后，我迅速起床，自己下袋方便面吃。虽然爸爸妈妈不在家，但我也不能偷懒，吃完饭后，写几页我的《寒假乐园》，再看看课外书，然后就可以痛快地玩电脑游戏了，只不过时间不能太长了，接着再看看博友们写的博客或是看看动画片。

中午，我就写几行字帖或是一页半页都可以，然后再拿着英语课本，在点读机上读读，至少也要个十来分钟，干完后可以看电视或玩电脑，最好是下楼到健身器材那边找小朋友玩儿。

由于下午我不能呆在家里，必须跟妈妈一块儿去她办公室，计划先在办公室写几页作业，看看书，然后在院里的跳舞场和篮球场上和小朋友玩，玩玩后就可以玩一会电脑游戏了。

还有这段时间博客写得太少了，现在放假了，我得多写，计划两天一篇。

这些当然指妈妈单位没放假的时候，等到过年那几天就什么也不干，光玩了。

放寒假了，我就是这么想的，既然是放假吗，我就要痛快地玩好，但也不能不学习，我会严格要求自己的!
