晚上，家里面通常都有吃布丁，三明治，苹果派还有一些其它的甜点作为晚餐。晚饭后，家人们总是围着圣诞树唱歌跳舞。有时，他们还会去教堂。睡觉前，孩子们常常会把长统袜挂在床边，这样圣诞老人就会用礼物把它填满了。据说圣诞老人总是骑着一只鹿到人类，之后从烟囱进入每个房子。现在的孩子不再相信圣诞老人的故事了，但他们仍然会挂上他们的袜子，因为他们的父母会用礼物把它填满。

sports keep us fit land fresh. everybody likes to do one kind or another. but not all people know how to do them correctly and sometimes the advice we got may be wrong.

im lucky， for since my first day at school i have always had a good teacher of physical education. i have always been very strong.

i go swimming almost every day all the year round， of course i like many other sports too. i am thinking of taking part in a few items at the school sports meeting this autumn.

2009年8月8日，是我国第一个“全民健身日”。为进一步掀起全民健身新高潮，在全社会形成热爱体育、崇尚健身、关心健康的新风尚，黑龙江省实施全民健身计划领导委员会及黑龙江省体育局向全省人民发出倡议：

一、树立健身理念，形成生活新意识。倡导“每天健身一小时、健康工作每一天、幸福生活一辈子”的理念，强化“我锻炼、我健康、我幸福”的意识，在全社会形成自觉锻炼、主动健身、追求健康的好风尚。

二、养成健身习惯，建立生活新标准。倡导体育生活化、健身经常化，长期锻炼，科学锻炼，选择适合自身特点和兴趣爱好的健身活动，做到因人而宜、适时适度、坚持不懈、持之以恒。

三、掌握健身方法，促进生活新时尚。倡导树立科学的健身方法，学习科学的健身知识，制订科学的健身计划，劳逸结合，循序渐进，讲究方法，提高防病能力。提倡冬季走到户外，磨炼意志，在严寒中感受健身的乐趣。

四、参与健身活动，推进生活新方式。倡导积极投身健身运动，踊跃参加“体育彩票和谐龙江全民健身行系列活动”和“百万青少年上冰雪活动”，把健身作为生活的重要组成部分，建立全新的生活方式，陶冶情操，增强体力。

黑龙江省实施全民健身计划领导委员会及黑龙江省体育局向全省人民承诺，全省各级体育行政部门将充分发挥政府职能作用，大力发展群众体育，成立更多的群众健身组织，建设更多的群众健身场所，开展更多的群众健身活动，为全省人民提供优质、高效的全民健身服务，努力构建全民健身服务体系，让全省人民共享体育事业发展成果。

让我们一起行动起来，从我做起，从身边做起，从现在做起，在运动中收获健康，在健康中享受快乐，在快乐中体验人生，以健康的体魄、饱满的热情、乐观的心态和进取的精神，为构建和谐龙江作出每一个人的贡献。

Tonight, my mother invite her friends to come to dinner. So my mother

prepare a lot of food, she even cooks the new food, which I never taste before.

My mother’s friends praise her a lot, which makes my mother so happy. The food

my mother cooks is so delicious, I love to eat them so much. I am so happy to

have such a good mother.

今晚，我妈妈邀请她的朋友来吃晚饭。因此妈妈准备了很多的食物,她甚至煮了新的饭菜，只是我以前从来没有尝过的。妈妈的朋友们都赞美她，这让她很高兴。妈妈煮的食物，非常美味，我喜欢吃。我很高兴有这样一个好妈妈。
