「多做运动身体好」这句说话说得真的不错。我觉得做运动不一定是要做大量的，只要配合自己的体质、符合自己的性格便可。我个人就对羽毛球这种运动最感兴趣了。羽毛球令我著迷，因为每次打羽毛球我都会全情投入，就算跌到流血或受伤，我都不加理会。每逢有空的时候，我一定去楼下的公园不断练习，务求能得到进步。回想过去自己初学羽毛球的时候，真的甚麼也不了解、不明白。那时候旁徨的感觉，曾使我放弃，有幸的是有一群知己鼓励我，使我能对羽毛球这项运动加深了认识。

「一分艰难，一分收获。」我很明白这个道理，只要肯努力，相信自己一定做得到。打羽毛球也是同样的道理，一定要多些训练，千万不要等「幸运」二字的来临。只要自己定下目标，必能做到。

每周一电视上播放的《篮球公园》节目我都要看,我最爱看的还是NBA的篮球比赛,在NBA的篮球比赛中,巨星汇萃,每一场比赛都打得十分精彩,引人入胜。我崇拜很多篮球明星,比如篮球飞人迈克尔·乔丹,篮板王丹尼斯·罗德曼等。

是从1年级开始打篮球的。那时,我投篮命中率非常低,更别说什么控球技术一类的了。由于我在这两年中的不懈努力,我的篮球技术提高了很多。我经常与一些初中生一起打篮球。

我觉得打篮球是一种很有意义的活动。首先,打篮球是一种集体运动,是几个队员组成一组和另一个组比赛,所以篮球比赛可以表现出一种集体主义的相互配合的精神。

篮球运动对身体也有很大好处。自从我打篮球后,身体一天天强壮有力,再也不像从前那样经不起风吹雨打,经常感冒。在家中,我经常可以帮助妈妈干一些重体力的家务活。妈妈常常自豪地向邻居们说:“我的儿现在已成我的好帮手了。”我喜欢篮球运动,我愿篮球伴随着我的一生。
