记着有一次，我的哥哥到我家来玩，小猫无比热情，一直冲哥哥“微笑”。哥哥见他这么可爱，便拿出一根很粗的毛线，要知道猫最喜欢玩毛线了，哥哥提着毛线，小猫也跟着走，毛线从拐弯处过去，猫一下冲过去，没有抓到，自己倒扑了个空，我和妈妈哈哈大笑，猫有点生气，哥哥换了一块布，过了拐弯处，小猫冲去，又扑了空，这下哥哥成了“斗猫士”了。哥哥又把五个凳子摆成一排，把毛线放在凳子口，小猫一下冲过去，奋力咬住了毛线，我为它欢呼，为它高兴。

冬天来了，我给小猫盖了一个温暖的窝，它非常高兴。每当我放学回家走在楼梯上时，小猫就卧在沙发上等我，我一进门，它脸上笑成了一朵花。见我买了吃的给它，高兴得舔着我的手，无比热情!

有天，爸爸给我说：“你看哪，狗可是忠臣，猫可是奸臣。”我着急了，忙说：“猫是我最喜欢的动物，它才不是奸臣呢!”妈妈跑过来当裁判，规定每人写出喜欢猫或狗的理由5个，然后评高低。我的笔刷刷写着，1、我喜欢猫;2、小猫的毛很光滑;3、猫对我很真诚;4、猫非常可爱;5、猫非常机灵。刚写完，我抬头看看爸爸，哈，他才写了两个，我们都交了卷后，裁判以爸爸写的字多为由，宣布爸爸胜利。我很不服气，我相信，我会将小猫的可爱永远扞卫下去!

小猫，淘气、可爱，他给我的生活带来了快乐，无论怎样，我最喜欢的动物就是小猫!

篮球是在我们班最吃香的一项运动。因为男生女生都爱这项运动，我们的体育课简直成了NBA的赛场，各路女生，各路男生，都八仙过海――各显神通。

你问我爱篮球为什么这么深，我告你吧!那是一节体育课，同学们都在打篮球，有的一个三步上篮，又被一个绝世封盖盖了下去;有的一个三分儿远投，却又打住了篮框弹了出来;有的一个耍了个胯下，却不小心给带丢了。哇!这是什么?配合得这么好，胯下，上篮，传球，三分，进啦!仔细一看，这是篮球队的呀怪不得呢，打的这么好，从此我就爱上了篮球。

早在2006年的时候，老妈就给我报了一个篮球班，那里什么都学，比如：砸板练习，胯下运动，投篮练习等等，在那里我学会了很多篮球的技巧，在同学们中，我算是打得好的。由于多练习，臂力就日渐大了起来什么投三分呀，都不是问题。

为什么把篮球列为我的最爱呢?因为它包含了我2年学习的成果，有谁为了一个自己不爱的课目自愿学两年呢?

篮球，不仅是我的最爱，也是常泊宁的最爱，因为他就是校篮球队的一员，他和我一样，也酷爱篮球，我一直记恨他，因为他投三分比我要准一些，个子比我高的多，篮球玩的比我好!

我酷爱篮球，因为它注入了我的心血，它让我有了一种把篮球玩好的责任心，我也有这个信心!

爸爸妈妈从幼儿班开始就带着我学这个班那个班，每个星期都排得满满的。我学过打鼓，学过跳舞，学过图画，学过书法，但我最喜欢的是学游泳。

我6岁还是幼儿班中班的时候，由于个子小，总排在前排，不是第一就是第二……不知道听谁说，“游泳可以长身体”于是爸爸妈妈就带我去学游泳了。

我所在的游泳班共有16个同学，大多比我小但都比高，我只认得方翔洋，他是我幼儿班的同学，我们形影不离，有时连上游泳课也忘了听老师的讲课，所以在训练时，经常被甩在后面，游泳老师向我爸妈告了状，妈妈就生气说：“让你考虑一天，要么就好好学，不然就停了算了”。我想，爸爸妈妈为了我学游泳不但要接送，还要化钱，再说游泳是我喜欢的运动，现在刚入门，很多姿势还不会呢。所以。我就向爸爸妈妈说：“不要停，我一定好好学!”

我上课不再讲话了我按照老师讲的要领去做，越学越感到有味道了，有时训练时还游在高个子的前面呢。三年来，我学会了自由泳，仰泳，蛙泳，蝶泳等。我现在对游泳特别有兴趣，学习再忙，也不会把游泳停掉。有一次，我没有完成作业，爸爸生气地说：“如果学习忙不过来，那干脆把游泳停了。”我哭着向他保证，以后一定完成作业，奶奶也为我求情，这才送我去游泳。我除了学习以外，还学这学那，当然感到忙感到累，但想到爸爸妈妈比我更忙更累，他们都是为了我，所以我应该少看电视少打游戏，挤出时间把学习搞好，把游泳学好，让爸爸妈妈高兴。

在这个世界上有很多人都喜欢做什么事情，而我喜欢运动。我们强壮的身体是运动出来的，因为运动能让病毒不能侵入我们的身体。这样我们就能少花一些钱，少得一些病，父母也能少操一点心，这样我们就不用担心我们的身体。我们早上起来都要做运动，做运动的方法有很多种，例如：跑步、做操、压腿、做仰卧起坐等，有很多种。只要我们每天坚持运动，那么我相信我们的身体将更加健康。

我每天早晨都会运动，骑着车子去上学。下午放学后就会和爸爸打一会羽毛球，直到出汗，人出汗之后感觉非常舒服。上星期的时候，我身体不舒服，打了两天点滴，感觉就好了很多，但是，浑身不想动。爸爸喊我打羽毛球，让我运动一下，我运动了一会儿，感觉浑身来了劲，之后也没有再打点滴，吃了点药就好了，这在以前是绝没有的事，我以前身体较弱，有病时打点滴都得打好几天才能好，这更使我意识到运动的重要性。生命在于运动，只有参与运动，我们才能感觉到它的重要性，才能有健康的身体。

运动的项目种类繁多，而且每个人喜欢的运动都不一样，有的喜欢打篮球，有的喜欢踢足球，有的喜欢游泳，有的喜欢……

我喜欢的运动——篮球。喜欢篮球的的朋友应该都知道NBA，是一个篮球联盟。

这学期不知道什么时候，班上卷起了篮球热潮。不但男生打连女生也打篮球。

而我在班上篮球技术也是名列前茅的啊。班上没人不知道我三分王的名字，如果把我叫做小三井寿也当之无愧啊!

只要一讲到体育课不管男生还是女生每个人都有劲。

体育课一到，全班同学就立马下楼，到操场集合。然后等体育老师说解散才能解散。老师每次一说解散，我们便开始玩篮球。

开始了，我一抢到球就到三分线上轻轻一跳然后投出去，嗖……进了。旁边便响起热烈的掌声。就连平时以为自己很厉害想和我比的人都赞叹不已。

投三分还不说什么，接下来的才是最吓人的，有一次体育课在打篮球，我接到球。到半个场地远的地方投，不止进还空心。而且这运动还有更多的规则，不仅仅是这样，让我更加喜欢这运动的是，他让我认识到团队的重要性，也让我体会到了乐趣和友谊的重要性。

星期六，爸爸不知咋了，突然说要去跑步，还要拉我去。我可不乐意，说：“‘少年包青天’大结局了，不看完，我前面等了那么多天不白等了？”

他到好，摸着我话茬子说：“你昨天晚上不是看完了吗？还激动的泪流满面呢！”我无话可说，只好乖乖地去跑步。

我们来到张家浜，我想：幸亏是晚上，否则不热死才怪！不过这风吹在身上真舒服。我看了看河面，微风吹在我身上，心情都舒畅了。爸爸拍了拍我的肩膀，示意要开始跑了。

我们慢慢地跑呀跑，不仅心情舒畅，而且还可以看风景。我仰起头，晴朗的夜空像一匹柔美光滑的蓝色绸缎，月亮躲在淡淡的云层里，宛如含羞的少女把自己的面庞藏在轻纱后面。天上的星星眨着眼睛，它们向在地面张望什么呢？也许在寻找它们的伙伴吧。瞧！远处黑暗的草丛，总有像星星一样的东西在闪烁，咦！那东西还能飞，哦，原来是一只只亮闪闪的萤火虫。我想：天宫里的仙女会不会很向往人间的美好生活呢？我的视线又回到了我面前，灯光，月光，星光交映的树阴下，夜晚显得更加朦胧，迷人。我正陶醉在美丽的夜景里，不知不觉已经走回了家门口，我只好依依不舍地回了家。

我爱跑步，因为不仅可以锻炼身体，而且可以放松身心，还能看风景。从那以后，我爱上了跑步，每天吃好晚饭都会去河边跑，你也要经常锻炼身体哦！

今年年初，一场突如其来的病毒，让我们更加感受到生命的可贵，也让我知道了生命在于运动。我最爱运动了，因为运动能让我强身健体。生活中有许多种运动方式，比如说：跑步、跳绳、打篮球、踢足球、打羽毛球、打乒乓球

我最喜欢的运动就是跑步了。有一天妈妈让我和她去河堤旁边跑步，起初，我不想跑，妈妈在前面跑，我在后面跟着她慢悠悠地走。可是我觉得妈妈离我越来越远了，我有点害怕，也加快了步伐开始小跑起来，就在快要赶上妈妈时，我被路上的一块大石子给绊了一跤，一下子把我的腿给摔破了，两行不争气的眼泪也偷偷地跑出来凑热闹。妈妈赶快转身过来安慰我，她对我说：“男子汉，有了强壮的身体，那才是最好的，摔一跤没什么的，快跟着妈妈一块儿跑！”听了妈妈的话，我一骨碌爬了起来，觉得腿不是那么疼，小声对自己说我是男子汉，不能因为这一点点小事就要哭，我就跟着妈妈一块跑了起来。

不知不觉，我和妈妈跑了半个小时，妈妈直夸我，宝宝，真了不起！都能跟着妈妈跑半个小时！我突然间觉得跑步真是一件令人快乐的事！
