我学车是在楼前的水泥板路上学的。一开始，爸爸一个手帮我扶着把，我顾前顾不了后，骑得东倒西歪，爸爸手一松立刻车就会拐向一边，好在有爸爸控制着，我就这么艰难的向前骑……不知过了多少天，骑了多少次，有一天，爸爸在扶了一段时间之后，就松开了手，我竟然继续往前骑了一段距离，我觉得自己已经找到了一点骑车的感觉，心里非常兴奋，我趁热打铁，继续学，爸爸松手后我可以拐弯了，围着楼转了一圈又骑回来——我终于学会了骑车。有一次，我骑车时发生了一件令我难忘的惊险事件。那是在一个傍晚，路上已经看不清了，我在校门口北面的砖路上骑车，由于速度太快了，没看见已经堵死的门的旁边的台阶，结果狠狠的撞了上去，我从车上飞了下来，落到了砖路上，我好害怕，我爸爸赶紧过来把握扶了起来，问我磕到哪儿了。我说：“磕到腿上了，磕得很疼。我忘了这里有个台阶”。回到家后，我发现我的车前胎已经被撞爆了，车把心也给撞松了。后来，我骑车就小心多了，看不清不急着走，看清了再走。慢慢的，我又学会了蹬着脚蹬上下车，出去骑车再也不需要爸爸看着了。

直到现在，只要我一骑上自行车，就会感慨万千，回忆着从前发生的事情，回忆着以前的酸甜苦辣。我懂得了一个道理：“人要经过磨炼，才能有好的成功。在一些伟人的成就里也有了这样的经历。

现在，骑自行车依然是我最喜欢的一项运动。

当运动进行曲响起，当广播中听到“请三到六年级马上整队进行方阵跑步”时，同学们装病的装病；不理睬的不理睬；愁眉苦脸的愁眉苦脸……个个脸上都是衰弱的病猫。每天都要跑步，这么累，这么辛苦……惹得我们都怒气冲冲，火冒三丈。要是上午下雨，但天公不作美――雨过天晴，地上的雨珠被太阳公公炙热的身体给烫的蒸发掉了。这更火，本来可以不跑步的，现在又要~！说了我就气！

但随着我们慢慢的长大，慢慢地懂事……一场军训，改变了我们对方阵跑步的态度。这是一次艰苦中饱含着酸、甜、苦、辣的军训旅程；这是一趟我们人生中第一次离开我们依靠的家、离开爸妈怀抱中的自我生存活动。然而这一次，我们学会了站军姿、煮饺子、叠被子……懂得了军人的辛苦，教会了我们吃苦耐劳的好习惯、也就在这次，我们下定了决心要把方阵跑步给跑好！！

回到学校的日子，方阵跑步仍然在继续进行着。但我们不会再抱怨，不会再埋怨……因为，我们心目中有一颗坚持的心在跳动。现在的脚步格外整齐，现在的口号格外响亮，现在的国旗格外的鲜艳，现在的我们永不放弃！！！

方阵跑步，一项增强我们体魄的好帮手。是方阵跑步这把金钥匙打开了我们坚持不懈的大门；是方阵跑步这位医生治好了我们懒惰的坏毛病；更是方阵跑步这位保养师保养着我们健康的身体……阳光体育运动，伴我幸福成长。

我喜欢的游戏和运动有很多：老鼠靠墙、海盗传奇、生化危机、打羽毛球，但我最爱的还是踢足球。只要一放假，我就会和伙伴们一起去广场上踢球。

看，我们的伙伴“小梅西”又绕着S线单枪匹马地冲进对手的防线里了，想来个漂亮的弧旋球，但他还是力不敌众，球很快就被抢走了。

忽然，有人大喊：“小心!球来了!”我四处张望想找出那个飞速射来的球。当我反应过来时，球已经快射进球门了，在这关键时刻，只见我们的“门神”嗖地一下跑来扑向球，不紧不慢地保住了这一分。

“门神”把球传给了我。我、仔仔和“小梅西”三人共同合作，越过了冲锋，突破了防线，很快就攻到了球门的禁区边了。

我对仔仔使了个信号，便大步流星地冲到右边，把球向左边使劲踢去，仔仔接住球后，就边滚着球，边对着门框来了个彪射进门，球射到门框上立刻弹进了球门。

进球啦!比分12比8，我们赢啦!

足球是我最喜爱的运动，它带给我们无限的快乐。阳光下的球场上总有我们驰骋的身影……

I like to do all kinds of sports, in the morning, I will do some jogging and in the evening, sometime I will go to the gym with my friends. My favorite sport is playing tennis, tennis brings my life so much happiness, I can watch the match while talking to my friends happily. To do the sport will improve my health and make me catch up with the time.

When I was small, one day, when I went home after school, I felt bored and opened the TV, then I saw the tennis match. Two beautiful girls were playing intensively, the game was so excellent, I couldn’t move my eye away from the match. From then on, I started to fall in love with tennis, I watched many matches and got to know more about the game.
