一天老师对我们说：“学校要举办一次冬季趣味运动会，到时请同学们拥跃报名参加”。没过几天，老师就来选参加运动会的人员了，我最想参加投篮了，平时我投篮很准，非常想参加。只见老师点着名字“张林、喻小铭……”但偏偏就是没有我的名字，真是气死我了。

中午，我眼巴巴的望着别人排练投篮，但看到他们投得很准，我心里也开始高兴起来。我不会灰心，下次一定能被选上的。

几个星期后，运动会开始了，我们班的运动员也训练得差不多了，正准备比赛呢!第一局是“颗粒归仓”，比赛规则就是把黄豆从一个碗里夹到另一个碗里，时间到后谁的碗里豆子多谁就算赢，比赛开始了，我们的队员动作敏捷，配合默契，很快就夹了四颗豆子，别的班也不甘示弱，他们的豆子竟然比我们多。真倒霉，我们输了。

接下来就是我最喜欢看的投篮比赛，我非常激动，我们队的投篮可行了，首先我们就投中了六个。别的队都没有我们投得多，现在又该我们队投了，只见张林大显身手，投了十个。这下别的队再也追不上我们了。

最终我们投篮比赛得了第一名。

这次活运在我心留下了深刻的印象。

体育运动作文（一）

国不可以一日无君，家不可一日无主，我们不可一天无运动。

我们的身体最重要的就是健康，而健康就与体育运动密切相关，多做运动，能强身健体，有益身心。所以，我喜欢体育运动。我喜欢的体育运动是跑步，它是体育运动最简单而有最有成效的一项运动。我喜欢慢跑，因为我不想错过，沿途中有很多美丽的风景，有能发触人的好奇心的人和事。如果慢跑，我就能把它们当多一段美好的回忆，而不会擦肩而过。每天早晨，太阳初升的时候，当落叶飘飘悠悠地从树上掉下来，当阳光透过叶缝的那一刻，我爱慢跑，一边感受大自然的恩赐，一边享受运动的无限快乐。套样辛苦了一天，正准备下山时，当树叶不再飘忽，不再飘忽，而落叶满地的时候，我爱慢跑。一边看着太阳公公留下那橘红的弧线，一边眺着远初那碧绿的田园风光。在体育课上，我爱慢跑。因为我想跑在后头，看着看着同学门的背影，我想把他们留在我的眼里，留在我的心里，也留在我的回忆里。大家从五湖四海集在一个班里，也算是缘分，我不想错过这么美好的记忆。

体育运动在我们身边无处不在，但有时你却不知道它的存在，我有事却为了取得好成绩，每天练习。

“通知，通知，今天下午举行跳绳比赛，希望 参赛选手做好准备。”听到这熟悉的声音，我的心跳加快了速度，因为我很光荣的被选上了。“参加跳绳比赛的同学 下楼练习，第一节体育课不用去上。”听到老师 那温柔的声音，我们各各神采飞扬的跑下楼去。

我们一下楼就自己练自己的，我的花样可多了，有时只用脚尖在地上蹦，有时脚跟在地上一上一下的，像是在走路一样。当然其他同学也不例外，每个人都会好多种的花样。

时间 过得可真快。我们站在那里看其它年级的同学比赛，他们真是花样百出，我们看着都想笑。终于轮到我们五年级了，先上场的是五·一班，我们这是才想起来练习，我们跟着五·一班一起跳，看谁跳得多。

终于到我们班了，我们各各挺胸抬头地走到自己该站的位置，做好准备，我们班王老师也站在那里，对我们充满了希望。比赛开始了，我们都用自己最拿手的方法跳绳。()我的心也从刚才的紧张，慢慢地放松下来。一分钟可真快，我们个个累得汗流浃背，我们这是真想去冲个冲水澡。

星期一升旗时，老师宣布获奖名单，这次我的心跳再次加快了速度，我看着他们各各获得优异的成绩，我羡慕 不已，虽然这次比赛我并没有取得好的成绩，但我相信，我只要不断的练习，在下一次跳绳比赛时，我一定会取得优异的成绩。

我非常喜欢 做体育运动，不管是什么运动。

说起体育运动，我最喜欢游泳了。游泳是分种类的：他分为蝶泳、仰泳、蛙泳、自由泳等等。游泳也是奥运会的一个比赛项目。

游泳运动是一项人体在水中这个特定环境下进行的一项体育运动。游泳运动员们靠两臂和腿部动作产生推进力，使人体向前游动。现代游泳比赛在一八九六第一届雅典奥运会上就已被列为正式比赛项目。根据游泳的姿势，就可分为蝶泳、仰泳、蛙泳和自游泳。再正式的比赛中，还有混合泳及混合游接力赛。常常游泳还可以增加人体的肺活量。自由泳还可以成为爬泳。我最喜欢爬泳了。游泳还可以让新陈代谢加快，还可以促进血液的循环。游泳也可以强身健体。

奥运正向我们走来，我们也正在走向奥运。每一个中国人都是九十九届奥运会的主人。第二十二届奥运会的口号是：
