运动不但能增强免疫力，而且有助于身心健康，因此政府也积极提倡「运动三三三」的政策，希望我们能每周运动三次，每次运动三十分钟以上，心跳率达一百三十以上，让我们时时都有运动的好习惯，同时也可以拥有健全的体格。
