只听“砰”的一个游戏，他昂首挺胸，摆臂是那么的富有节奏，步伐有弹性，不急不躁，似乎在等待最好的机会。显然，别人不应该当小提琴，跟着，后面几个运动员，虽然都出汗像牛，哮喘，仍然可以砂砾。是第二圈，小英雄依然精神抖擞的速度，不仅不慢，但越来越快。几名球员背后的红眼睛，是产生一对翅膀，发挥赶上。随着啦啦队的呐喊结束，也越来越高，提供了一个覆盖，只有最后30米，意想不到的发生，只有一一个运动加快了步伐，翻了一个一般，和超过一个…与小英雄，只有保持超过10米的最后的竞争，谁在地球上-谁?这时，啦啦队的嘴仿佛被胶带封住了一般，叫喊着。学生们在我的嘴上，裁判也都是邓元的眼睛。最后，一个小的过她。

800米跑道，800米，800米，这不仅是实力并没有表现出来，而是毅力，工作不仅是奖牌，也是一种荣誉。

上周我们在学校操场上举行了校运会。我所有的同学都参加了活动。有时我们密切地看体育比赛，有时我们向体育委员们大声欢呼。

约翰参加了1500米赛跑。他是赛跑中跑得最快的人，得了第一名。丽莎跳得不好，所以我们说“加油”让她高兴起来。我参加了200米赛跑。我一听到庞的开始，就尽力跑得比别人快。当我跑步时我能听到“加油!来吧!“从我的同学，这给了我很大的力量。最后我是第一个到达终点的人，我是第一名。

结果，我班在运动会上获得了一等奖。我们多么自豪!这真是令人兴奋的一天。

星期六的早上，阳光灿烂，我校迎来了第一届运动会。

清晨，我们早早地来到学校，在教室集合后，老师带领我们直奔大操场。精彩的开幕式后，开始三年级男子５０米跑步预赛。运动员们精神抖擞、胸有成竹。比赛正式开始了，只听“呯”的一声枪响，运动员们像猛虎下山一样奔出起点，像利箭一般冲向终点。啦啦队沸腾起来，同学们叫着、喊着，“加油、加油”的欢呼声不断传来。我们班的戴鹏飞一直在第一的位置上，我们兴奋地叫了起来！可是，颜老师从终点回来却告诉我们戴鹏飞是第二名，我们一下泄了气。颜老师说戴鹏飞只要能进入决赛就好了，我们又信心十足了。

我们班第二个上场的是张新宇。从他的脸上可以看出他十分自信。枪声又响了，他像猎豹一般冲了出去。啦啦队的同学都激动地战了起来，挥动着手臂，拼命地喊着：“张新宇加油！张新宇加油！”他冲出了终点线，夺得了男子５０米预赛小组赛的冠军！颜老师高兴地跳了起来，我们也兴奋地又喊又叫。

朱以恒也轻松地进入了决赛。希望下午的决赛中他们能夺得冠军。

后来，我听说了好消息：他们果然不负众望，为我们班夺得了一枚金牌！

有人喜欢跳高，有人喜欢跳远，有人喜欢打羽毛球，有人喜欢踢毽子，而我却独爱跳绳。

跳绳是一项非常好的运动。既能增强免疫力，丰富课余生活，又能锻炼身体，所以我非常喜欢跳绳。跳绳有很多种跳法，比如：可以正跳，可以反跳，可以跳花绳，跳正花绳，反花绳……各式各样，能让人看得眼花缭乱。

每当下课铃一响，我就会像野马一样跑出教室，虽然老师说了几次不让在校园里疾跑，可是我还是改不了，因为玩的兴趣太高了。同学们向我投来赞许的目光，掌声马上响起来了。我很高兴，但我一点也没人骄傲，还教给其它同学如何跳得多。从此以后，我就跟同学们上课一块学习，下课一块跳绳。

同学们，跳绳是一项很好的活动，希望同学们以后多多跳绳!

在这酷热的暑假里，我趁着空闲，去学习了一样有趣的体育运动——游泳。唉!说起我学习游泳的经过那可真是记忆犹新呀!

那天，我正在家里做功课，这时电话铃响了，哦!原来是好朋友叫我一起去游泳，一直想学游泳的我便毫不犹豫地答应了他。来到游泳馆，买好票，穿好游泳衣，一切准备就绪后，我说了一声，英勇的游泳健将下水了，就马上迫不及待地向水中跳去，“仆咚”一声，我落水了，这下可惨了，我还没学会游泳呢!在池中我像只汗鸭子一样极力挣扎着，一连喝了好几口水，不过还好我游得是浅水区，所以没什么事，我心里暗暗叫惨。接下来我就开始学习游泳，这可真难学呀，我一向前游，就马上“石沉大海”，哦不对，应该是“人沉泳池”才对，而且我不仅都喝水，还每次从池中露出头来，嘴里就会喷出一条长长的水柱。有时喷到人，还会被骂。傍晚，回家时我不由自主得说：“唉!今天我可真是倒霉，喝了这么多的脏水，还挨别人骂，游泳真是苦啊!”

第二天，我不服输，又去学游泳，这一次我比第一天游得要好些了。可是我这一次更惨，不仅喝了水，还耳朵渗水，鼻子进水，眼镜还会漏水，弄得我眼睛疼死了。这次回家的时候，我还是用一个字来形容——苦，不过我还有一句话——以后再也不学游泳了。

那天以后，我觉得学习游泳使我受尽了千辛万苦，让我满腹苦水，便再也不去过问这件事了，直到一天爸爸妈妈知道了我的心事后，对我说：“学一样东西一定要坚持到底，直到成功，绝不能半途而废，因为失败乃成功之母嘛!”听了这句话，看着爸爸妈妈那严肃的神情，我似乎明白了他们对我说的话是多么得真切。第二天，我鼓足了勇气，又去学习游泳了，总结了前两次的经验，经过几天的坚持练习，功夫不负有心人，我终于学会了游泳，并在游泳中体会着运动带来的快乐。

经过这次学习游泳的过程，我才深刻地体会到“苦尽甘来”的含义。是的，在我学会游泳的背后经历了多少的酸甜苦辣啊!如果一个人做事都没有决心，没有毅力，没有坚强的意志，那又怎么会成功呢?只有坚持到底才能成功，只有经历了风雨才能见彩虹。只有历尽了挫折才能胜利!
