“嘘——”体育老师吹响了哨子，比赛开始了。三条大蜈蚣在如雷贯耳的加油声和“左，右，左，右……”的口号声中奋力地爬着。爬到一半时，我渐渐体力不支了，汗珠已经在我的头上一滴滴的滴在地上。我又看了看周围的同学，也都累的有些上气不接下气，不过都在极力坚持着。而二班的大蜈蚣就是看准了这个机会先发制人，超过了我们班和三班的大蜈蚣，夺得桂冠。接下来，三班的同学看见了二班得到了冠军，很不服气，更用力的爬着，一点点超过我们。我们也不想得第三，拼命地向前冲。可毕竟体力有限，再加上平时就没有花太多的时间练习，所以又让三班有机可乘，以一秒之差，博得了第二名。我们则是第三名。

接下来是女生蜈蚣比赛。三个队的队员表情严肃，手紧抓着前面的人的肩。“嘘——”口哨声又响了起来。只见我们班的女生已百米冲刺的速度一马当地先抢在另外两条蜈蚣的前面，渐渐拉开了与另外两队的距离，最后相差了将近一米左右!我不禁屏住了呼吸，看着我班的女生蜈蚣离终点越来越近，越来越近。耶，到了终点!第一名!全班同学都高声欢呼着。

比赛继续进行着，有滑板选手的精彩表现，还有那扣人心弦的4乘以100米赛跑……

校园里回荡着一阵阵高兴的呐喊声和响亮的助威声，运动会在全校同学们那开心的笑脸中圆满的收场了。

nowadays more and more people have the habitat of exercise,because in this way,people can keep health.and in these sports,my favourite sport is swimming.swimming can not only take good effection to my health,but also keep me fit.

swimming makes me enjoyable,when i swim, i feel i am just like a free fish,i like the feeling that you can enjoy the endless freedom.

swimming makes me confident,when i swim so fast that i can hear the brisk voice of the water,i think i am the best swimmer,though maybe somebody swims faster than me ,but i keep the good feeling and high spirit.

i like swimming, it makes me positive and happy,i will insist on this hobby all the time.

如果有人问我：“你最喜欢的运动是什么?”我会毫不犹豫地告诉他：“我最喜欢的运动是足球!”下面让我来说说我的足球经历吧。

“叮铃铃。。。。。。”星期三下午第一节课下课了，我兴致勃勃地来到了大操场参加足球活动。教练已经在等我们了，他是一位有着一双迷人的眼睛的男教师，长得高高的、壮壮的，我们都很喜欢他。我们像往常那样先练习垫球、带球、射门。

最令人兴奋的时候到了，教练把我们分成两队来足球比赛。先是我们先发球，我把球传给队友，队友带球向前冲。突然，一个人跑了过来，来了一个凶狠的倒地铲球，把球抢走了。我冲了上去，学着他又把球抢了过来。虽然有人想把我的球抢走，但是被我灵活的闪开了，将球推进到对方的球门前。抓住了极好的机会，晃过面前的一个防守员，抬起右脚，一踢，球在空中飞出一道优美的弧线，准确飞进了对方的球门。“球进了!”队友们响起了热烈欢呼声。就这样，你来我往，你争我夺，比赛进行得既紧张又激烈，直到下课。

这就是我最喜欢的运动——足球。我喜欢它，因为它不仅是能让我强身健体，还可以丰富我的课余生活，为我带来无穷的欢乐。

If you ask me what my favorite little animal is? Well, Ill tell you, my favorite little animal is puppy.

我家的小狗的毛是雪白雪白的，宛如雪落在小狗身上似的，漂亮极了！一双眼睛水汪汪的，好似刚刚下过一场春雨，雨点掉进了他眼里似的；它长着长长的尾巴，假如街边的尘土多，就可以用尾巴把尘土扫得干干净净的。

My little dogs fur is white and snowy, like snow falling on the puppy. Its so beautiful! A pair of eyes, watery, as if just under a spring rain, rain fell into his eyes; it has a long tail, if the street dust, you can use the tail sweep the dust clean.

有一次放学回家，我去看小狗。我那着骨头引它来吃，但它不但不吃，还一动不动的，好象被什么烦住了。原来，小狗就要生宝宝了……

Once I came home from school, I went to see the dog. I brought it to eat with the bone, but it not only did not eat, but also motionless, as if by what bother. It turned out that the puppy is going to have a baby......

宝宝出生后，我更疼爱小狗了。但好景不长，不幸的事情发生了。一天，小狗蹲在妈妈停车的位置上，那时妈妈回来了，妈妈一时看不见，小狗又睡着了，不知道。这时，妈妈把车停在那个位置上。就在这时候，小狗被妈妈撞死了。看到这情景，我伤心透了，连续哭了2个小时。

I loved the puppy more when I was born. But the good times dont last long unfortunate thing happened. One day, the puppy squatted in the parking place of mother. When mother came back, mother could not see it for a while, and the dog fell asleep again. I didnt know. At this moment, mother parked the car in that position. Just then, the puppy was killed by his mother. I was so sad when I saw the scene that I cried for 2 hours.

到了这个时候，我对小狗的感情依然还是那么深，我对小狗的死感到恋恋不舍。小狗，我爱你。

我喜欢的体育项目有很多，比如打羽毛球，跳绳，打乒乓球等。但我最喜欢的是溜冰。但是刚开始学溜冰的时候我可是吃了不少的苦头呢!

去年寒假里的一天，闲来无事的我和妈妈来到我们家附近溜冰场。嗬，这儿还真热闹!二十来个平方的溜冰场上已挤了不少人，都是小孩儿，大人们则趴在围栏边观望，还一边指点着场内。

我可是第一次溜冰，既兴奋，又紧张，穿好溜冰鞋，紧抓着栏杆，就是不敢放。妈妈开口了：“咋啦?害怕啦?”

“怕?我的字典里可没这个字!”于是我松开了栏杆，却不料一个重心不稳，左脚向旁边一滑，眼看就得四脚朝天。幸亏我平时有练跳舞，习惯地往下一蹲身体，重心平稳了，避免了屁股“亲吻”大地。

吃了这“一堑”，我可不敢再大意了，毕竟摔在那硬邦邦的水泥地上的滋味可不好受。我扶着栏杆小心翼翼地移动双脚，吃力地、艰难地前进着，耳边不时传来“啪哧”、“哎哟”的声音，吓得我连眼睛都不敢睁开看。

可老天真不长眼，我已经这么谨慎了，它还不放过我。就在我借着双手支撑着栏杆的力量滑行时，前面不远处的一位正“耍帅”地用单脚转着滑的家伙不知怎么地倒了下来，用背在地上“哧”地一声，就到了我的脚下。我吃惊地睁大眼睛，还来不及闭上，就重重地摔倒在地，“哎哟”声还没出口，“啪哧”、“啪哧”声就不绝于耳。回头一看，真“精彩”??居然倒了“一条龙”。这下可热闹了，场内“哎哟”声连成一片不够，场外还有哈哈大笑声来“伴奏”我这一摔可真不轻，别人都歪歪扭扭地爬了起来继续溜冰，我却好半天没能动，还是妈妈帮我站了起来，脚却动不了了，屁股也似裂了几瓣。

经过了反复的练习，现在我的溜冰技术可使炉火纯青了呢!我喜欢溜冰，因为溜冰让我找到了自信;体会到了快乐;更让我锻炼了身体。

运动对身体很好，而我最喜欢的运动项目就是游泳，为什么喜欢游泳呢?那是因为一想到夏天可以泡在冰凉的游泳池里，一边嬉戏一边运动，就足够让我欣喜若狂。游泳也能训练出良好的体力，真是一举两得。

其实一开始我不会游泳，甚至觉得这是一件丢脸的事，但我错了，因为在这个升上五年级的夏天，我上了游泳训练班，意外的认识一位阿姨，她也是来学游泳的;有 一天，我告诉那位阿姨，我要升五年级了，却还不会游泳，真是感到十分丢脸，但那位阿姨说道：“阿姨都已经四十几岁了，现在才在学游泳，所以你一点都不丢 脸。”这时，我才明白不会游泳并不是一件可耻的事。就是因为这样，我应该更努力的学游泳，虽然游得没很标准，但基本上我已经学会自由式了。

游泳真的是一项好运动，不仅可以让人长高，也可以让人变瘦，而且失足落水后，也有办法游到岸边，虽然我不常跌进水里，但是还是要小心为妙，真是“不怕一万，只怕万一”。

游泳不仅是好游戏，也是一项好运动，但是还是有注意的事项。第一，不可以在游泳池里大小便，如果在游泳池里大小便，不仅会污染水源，假如呛到了喝到那种 水，不是很恶心吗?第二，禁止跳水，跳水除了参加比赛外，可不能随便乱跳，不小心撞到头怎么办呢?所以这点也很重要。第三，请穿泳衣，戴上蛙镜，游泳时如 果穿正常的衣服，它不但会膨胀，还会增加重量，这点要切记。

运动是人生活中不可缺少的，如果不运动的话，可能会变成大胖子，而且一动起来就会满头大汗。不仅运动要规律，饮食也要均衡，这样子就可以保持好身材了!
