There is a library in every university, some schools pay special attention

to the building of the library, because the library always on behalf of

presentation of a school. We can find all kinds of books in the room, library

provides convenience, but it still has space to improve.

On the one hand, we can check the information and go to the library every

day. It is open all the week, and the time is from 8 o’clock to 10 o’clock. For

students, they can go to the place all the time. What’s more, the book they want

is easy to find, they can check on the computer, and find the number

quickly.

On the other hand, the library needs to improve its equipment. The books on

the library are very old, it is not good for students to do some research paper.

The amount of the computer is not enough, I always find the students wait for

the computer, while some students need to use the computer for a long time. So

there will be better if increase the number of the computer.

Despite these drawbacks, I am generally pleased with the library and hope

that it will continue to make improvement in the future.

师德，即教师的职业道德;师风，即教师的行为作风。师德师风对一个教师特别的重要，因为，教师是学生行动的标杆其身正，不令而行;其身不正，虽令不从自古就是“教书育人，为人师表”对于师德师风问题，我清楚地意识到：正确认识自身的职业价值，倡导爱岗敬业，强化责任意识，是社会对职业道德教育的必然要求。

一、爱岗敬业、尽职尽责

教师的职业有苦也有乐，平凡中见伟大我们要热爱教育事业，要对教育事业尽心尽力既然我们选择了教育事业，就要对自己的选择无怨无悔，不计名利，积极进取，努力创新尽心尽责地完成每一项教学任务，不求，但求更好只有这样学生才能受到老师的影响而努力学习，不断进取人们把教师比喻成“蜡烛”，是啊，教师的乐趣就是照亮了别人，充实了自己汶川地震中为了学生而献身的老师们就是我们的楷模，他们把自己的生命献给了社会，他们燃烧了自己，照亮了别人，换来了千万家人的幸福，正是这种成就感、幸福感，激励着千千万万的教师不辞辛劳地为教育事业而奉献自己的一生

二、热爱学生、尊重学生

每一位学生都渴望得到老师的理解和尊重在教育教学当中，要热爱学生，了解学生，尊重学生，不歧视学生，建立民主、平等、和谐的师生关系，做学生的良师益友教师对学生的爱，是师德的核心教师对学生的爱，是一种只讲付出不记回报的、无私的、广泛的且没有血缘关系的爱这种爱是神圣的，伟大的，是教师教育学生的感情基础我们应当相信每一个学生都能成功，平等对待每一个学生，发现他们的闪光点，让每一个学生都能品尝到成功的喜悦

20__年，我从毕业班退到了八年级，任八四班主任。班里有一名女同学，她成绩平平，也很听话，但的缺点就是性格内向、不自信，缺乏生活的勇气在经过我与她的多次谈心后，她改变了许多，她变得大方、自信了，她对生活充满了信心，对自己的未来充满了希望在学习上，她变得更加努力了，后来她考起了高中，实现了自己读高中的愿望通过她的事，让我深深地体会到作为一名教师一定要“三心具到”，即“爱心、耐心、细心，”无论在生活上还是学习上，时时刻刻关爱学生，特别对那些学习特困生、行为习惯特差生，更是要向歌曲中说的那样：“特别的爱给特别的你，对他们既要严厉，又要对学生细小的好的改变也要善于发现，并且多加鼓励，培养他们健康的人格，树立学生学习的自信心，注重培养他们的学习兴趣所以在教育教学当中，我经常告诉他们在学习和生活当中要有六心，即“爱心、耐心、专心、细心、信心、决心”教育学生读书、做事要专心、耐心、细心，待人接物要有爱心、耐心、细心，对生活要有永不言败的决心、坚定不移的信心

三、终生学习、努力进取

在知识经济飞速发展的今天，知识和技术更新的速度越来越快，每个人都会面临落伍的危险在科学和技术发展速度如此之快的背景下，如果不经常处于学习状态，没有终身学习的意识，我们的知识结构很快就会落后于实践的要求作为传道授业的老师，只有不断地更新自己的知识，不断提高自身素质，不断地完善自己，才能教育好学生要提高我们的自身素质，这要求我们要多学习，不断地给自己充电，我们老教师要多向年轻教师学习，特别是现代信息技术方面，课件制作，发博文那，要不断创新，开辟新的教学方法所以，时代要求教师必须转变学习观念，确立“边学边干、边干边学、终身学习”的观念，紧跟当代知识和技术的发展步伐，做符合社会发展的合格教育工作者

四、以身作则、为人师表

教师是人类灵魂的工程师，不仅要教好书，更要育好人，教师的言行对学生的思想、行为和品质具有潜移默化的影响，教师的一言一行，学生均喜欢模仿，这将给学生成长带来一生的影响如果教师言而无信，表里不一，不仅会失去学生的信任，而且会让学生对老师所给予的教育产生怀疑在与家长的沟通交流过程中，要认真听取家长的意见和建议，尊重家长的人格，不呵斥，不指责，调动学生家长对学校教育的参与，形成正确的与育人观念和思想因此，教师一定要时时刻刻为学生做出好的榜样，凡要求学生要做到的，自己首先做到坚持严于律己，以身作则，才能让学生心服口服，把你当成良师益友。

总之，作为一名人民教师，我们要从思想上严格要求自己，在行动上提高自己的工作责任心，树立一切为学生服务的思想提高自己的钻研精神，发挥敢于与一切困难做斗争的思想和作风刻苦钻研业务知识，做到政治业务两过硬用一片赤诚之心培育人，高尚的人格魅力影响人，崇高的师德塑造人只有不断提高教师自身的道德素养，才能培养出明礼、诚信、自尊、自爱、自信和有创新精神的高素质人才因此，我们的视野和思维不能仅仅着眼于孩子的现在，“教育要面向现代化，面向世界，面向未来”，这样，才能培养出跨世纪的新一代人才在以后的教育教学工作中，我将更加努力，让夕阳更红，更灿烂。
