《中考考试说明》指出，书面表达要切中题意。看到考题后，先不要急于动笔，要仔细看清题目要求的内容，在自己的头脑中构思出一个框架或画面，确定短文的中心思想，不要匆匆下笔，看懂题意，审清格式、体裁、人物关系、故事情节、主体时态、活动时间、地点等。

二、围绕中心，拟定提纲

书面表达评分原则有四条：(1)内容要点;

(2)运用词汇和结构的数量;

(3)运用语法结构和词汇的准确性;(4)上下文的连贯性。

由此可见，要点是给分的一个重要因素。为了防止写作过程中遗漏要点，同学们要充分发挥自己的观察力，把情景中给出的各个要点逐条列出。注意短文字数不要低于或超过规定的字数太多。

三、语言通顺，表达准确

(1)避免使用汉语式英语，尽量使用

自己熟悉的句型。几种句型可交替使用，以避免重复和呆板。

(2)多用简单句型，记事、写人一般都不需要复杂的句型。可适当地使用陈述句、一般疑问句、祈使句和感叹句。不用或少用非谓语或情态动词等较复杂的句型。

四、不会表达，另辟蹊径

中考作文给分是以要点和语言准确度而定，不以文采打分。造句越简单准确越好，造复合句容易出错，容易被扣分，阅卷场上有句话：“错误面前人人平等，文采好不加分。”如遇到个别要点表达不出来或难以表达，可采用变通的办法，化难为易，化繁为简。总之，所造句子要正确、得体、符合英语表达习惯。

五、锦上添花，量力而行

Environmental pollution and ecological destruction, have to the human social economic development and peoples normal life constitute a reality threat. As a modern citizen, care for the environment, advocate civilized, doubtless is our own morality and responsibility.

Therefore, we are proposing the people from changing the traditional behavior style and concept of value, dealing with the environmental problems in daily life, cultivate voluntarily protect the environment, the moral sentiment, starts from me from you, starts from now to start, cherish every drop, each tree, each piece of lawn, every piece of land, civilized, tree to be fresh, we agree, we become the most simple quality, form "protecting the environment, everyone duty" of the good society as a whole.

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And it’s important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children can’t go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we can’t help them to fight against floods, we should help them to rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.

With the fast development of online communication tools and online chatting tools, an increasing number of people are inclined to make friends online. However, is it wise to make friends online? People from different backgrounds and cultures have divergent views concerning this issue.

For one thing, those who have already benefited from practicing it sing high praise of it. They claim that making friends online has many advantages compared to communicate with each other in face to face. For instance, making friends online can communicate with our friends at any time to strengthen our relationship and save a lot social resources. And we can keep in touch with our friends when we have no time to visit them in person. They also point out that making friends online provides a good chance for us to communicate with people from different social backgrounds and cultures. In other words, making friends online can broaden our horizon and widen our personal relationships. In addition, it also makes contribution to narrow our gap in area and culture.

However, for another, other people hold opposite views towards this issue. They argue that it is dangerous to make friends online. They cite many examples that people cheated by online friends. And they figure out that sometimes it will cause some misunderstanding in culture because some online friends tell lies and provide wrong information.

In my point of view, I am inclined to favor the former though we should be careful when making friends online. To put it in a nutshell, it is wise to make friends online.
