我家有只小猫，它身穿一件洁白的大衣，好像一位绅士。耳朵尖尖的，鼻子圆圆的，大腿粗粗的，尾巴长长的，样子可爱极了。

每天清晨，它就睁开那朦胧的睡眼，喵喵地叫个不停，似乎在抱怨昨晚上没睡好觉，唉！一定又是我们家那些淘气的小老鼠在作祟！你瞧它那懒洋洋的样子，真逗！不过，只要闻到了它最爱吃的鲜鱼的气味，它就立马来了精神，用完晚餐后的它可神气了！连家里的大黄狗见了它都要毕恭毕敬站在一旁，听它差遣，如若不然，它就会使出它的杀手锏-----九阴白骨爪，拼命抓向大黄狗。

不过，淘气归淘气，它要认真起来，是谁也比不过的。每天晚上，它都会尽职地待在老鼠常出没的地方，屏息凝神，非抓住一只祸害不可。有时，它还会和自己的战利品玩玩小游戏，有一次，()我下来喝水，看到它正和一只小老鼠玩，它一会把老鼠放下，一会又用嘴巴死死地咬住，有时又把老鼠扔出去，等老鼠准备逃时它立即又追了上去，弄得老鼠们简直不敢在我们家继续待着了。

哎呀，不好！小猫把我的作业本绣上了梅花了，赶紧瞧瞧……

不过在电视里经常可以看到大熊猫憨态可鞠的样子，总让我感到亲切。

它是那么的可爱，胖嘟嘟的身体上是黑白相间的毛外衣，这使它即使在严寒的冬天也不会感觉到冷。

特别突出的是那双标志性的熊猫眼，仿佛永远也睡不够似的。

直到学习了《在大熊猫的故乡》这篇课文，我对大熊猫的习性有了更深的了解。

老师的问题让我联想到今年要送给台湾的那两只“国宝”——团团和圆圆。

它们的名字是从千百个名字中竞选产生的，为什么给它们取这个名字呢?这其中是有着深深的含义的。

在中日甲午战争时，日本强行与清政府签定了不平等的《马关条约》，台湾沦落入日寇的魔掌，抗日战争胜利后，台湾又一直为所盘踞。

在香港澳门相继回归后，台湾并没有回归祖国母亲的怀抱，原来台湾当局一直想搞独立。

现在，人民政府赠送两只大熊猫给台湾，并取名为“团团”“圆圆”，意思就是要台湾和大陆团团圆圆，早日实现祖国的统一。

我在网络上浏览过团团圆圆的照片，它们憨实、可爱，的确就像是两位和平大使，我希望它们能传达祖国人民的无比情谊和殷切的期望，为祖国的早日统一牵线搭桥。

今天上课前，老师突然问我们：“你们知道大熊猫吗?”“知道!”同学们异口同声地答道。

接着，大家就七嘴八舌地议论起熊猫的特点来。

轻的泪，是人的泪，而动物的泪，却是有重量的泪。

那是一种发自生命深处的泪，是一种比金属还要重的泪。

也许人的泪中还含有虚伪，也许人的泪里还有个人恩怨，而动物的泪里却只有真诚，也只有动物的泪，才更是震撼人们魂魄的泪。

我第一次看到动物的泪，那是我家一只老猫的泪，这只老猫已经在我家许多许多年了，也不知它生下了多少子女，也不知它已是多大的年纪。

只是知道它已经成了我们家庭的一个成员，我们全家人每天生活的一项重要内容，就是和她一起戏耍。

在它还是一只小猫的时候，我们引得它在地上滚来滚去，后来它渐渐地长大了，我们又把它抱在怀里好长好长时间地抚摸它那软软的绒毛。

也是我们和它亲热得太多了，它已经一天也离不开我们的抚爱，无论是谁，只要这一天没有摸它一下，就是到了晚上，它也要找到那个人，然后就无声地卧在他的身边，等着他的亲昵，直到那个人终于抚摸了它，哪怕只是一下，这时它也会心满意足地慢慢走开，就好象是它为此感到充实，也为此感到幸福。

good morning, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls. now ,it"s my turn. my name is edgar, a high school student. i am very honored to be here to give you a speech. also it"s a good chance for me to improve my english. i hope i can make a good performance today. the topic of my speech is "after studying here".

before i came here,i can never imagine that i can learn so much knowledge about other countries, which can"t be got from my books in school. three months ago, i took my first class. unfortunately, i felt so embarrassed, because i even can"t speak any words, though i know i really love english .

after that, i took some of my tutor"s advice and previewed the lesson that i’ll learn. what’s more, in every class, i just try my best to say as much as possible. now,i can only remember it"s a really hard time. what’s worse, i had to go to my high school and went there at the same time.

after several weeks, i began to get used to the atmosphere in web .at least i"m not afraid to speak in front of my tutor and foreign teachers.

during web’s period,i found i had improved a lot, both physically and mentally. for example, how to be a confident person, how to plan for my future. and the most important is that i have learnt how to communicate with others, which is a necessary skill. nowadays studying is not the only thing that we high school students should do, there are some more important things we have ignored.

first, i am grateful for my parents. they have spent so much money for me, but never ask for anything in return. i really know how hard it is to work on such living conditions.

now it"s time to introduce my tutor sally. it was she that led me to the right studying here. it was she that helped me deal with all kinds of annoying things. also there are some other teachers that i appreciate, especially laura and anita. of course, i like to take foreign teachers" classes. anyway, thanks all of you!

i know i am young; there is a long way in my life. i have to face the difficulties and solve them by myself. but i know i must keep on my dream, i agree that if you put your mind to, you can accomplish anything.

姑姑家养了一群鸽子,我十分喜欢它们.因为鸽子象征着和平友爱,而且更使我惊叹的是,它的方向感极强,像一个指南针,不管飞到哪里,都能找到回家的路。

这群鸽子有的是黑色的，有的是灰色的，有的是白色的，那毛上还有光泽，在阳关的照耀下，变得银闪闪的。它们天天都“咕咕”地叫唤着，好像在叫我的姑姑。有一天，我发现它们叫得更厉害了，我想：“怕是饿了吧!”于是我在家里翻来找去终于找到钥匙的“住处”，然后拿来一只碗装满了米，接着打开笼门，轻轻地走了进去，忽然，“轰”的一声，鸽子吓得六神无主，连忙飞回窝里，地上散落着一地鸽子毛。我只是要来喂你们的，并无恶意，怎么会吓成那样呢?哦，对了，姑姑说过鸽子怕陌生人。我想：“先和鸽子建立‘友好关系’再和它们相处。”于是从那天起，我天天给鸽子喂食。几天过去了，它们终于熟悉了我。

不过有一次，我竟闹出了大笑话。那天，我突然想到：“鸽子怎么不生蛋呀?”于是又跑到鸽子房前，兴致勃勃地走了进去，发现有一只鸽子做出下蛋的样子，啊!它终于下出蛋来了!我走近窝边，鸽子被吓跑了，我抬头往窝里一探，果然有个雪白的鸽子蛋，我激动地拿起蛋，兴奋地跑下楼，向姑姑报喜：“姑姑，鸽子下蛋了!”姑姑回头一看，哭笑不得：“哎呀，这是我放的，是给鸽子训练孵蛋的土蛋。”我当时“扑嗤”一下笑了出来。哈哈，好一个傻乎乎的我，这么天真，这么可爱。

晚上，我做梦了，我梦见，那一群鸽子都长大了。我打开鸽笼，把它们都放了出去。飞吧，鸽子们!去为祖国的和平努力，让战争在世界上消失吧!

在那座山的尽头，就是那头小胖熊的家。走过蜿蜒的小路，游过清澈的小湖，那就是他那充满爱的小屋了。

小胖熊每天都坐在湖岸边等着，小鸟问他吧：“你在等什么啊?”小胖熊笑开了花地说着：“我在等我的好朋友小猪呢!”

等啊等，等啊等，小猪终于出现了，小胖熊赶紧从小屋里拿出世上最甜的蜂蜜迎接他的好朋友。

不久，小猪终于游上岸了，小猪甩干身上的水珠，两个久违的好朋友紧紧的拥抱在一起。小猪从衣袋里掏出几粒种子：。“我亲爱的朋友，猜猜，这是什么，这些种子种出来的可是是世界上最没的花，也是我们的花!”小猪开心地说。小胖熊拿着蜂蜜说：“这是世界上最好吃的蜂蜜，尝尝吧!”

他们愉快地度过了这一天，然后安静地，睡了。

又是新的一天，阳光明媚，这两个十分要好的朋友决定去种他们的花。一天天过去，小花逐渐长大，他们很用心地呵护小花。直到有一天，小猪生病了。

小胖熊看小猪很不对劲，在他睡着时，把他背进了医院，经过检查，医生说小猪快要死了。小胖熊就这样哭了一晚上，泪像最剔透的宝石，重重地砸在地上，每一滴都刺人心扉。他把小猪抬回了家，静静的守着他。清晨，下起了倾盆大雨，小猪越来越虚弱。

雨停了，天空出现了一道最亮的彩虹。他们的花儿绽放了，是那样的美，那样令人陶醉，残余的水珠被轻巧地弹开，取而代之的事零零星星的阳光。一只蜜蜂来采蜜，许久不愿离开。小猪在小胖熊温暖的背上睡着了，也许永远不会醒来了。

小胖熊流了一滴泪在花儿上，那花儿竟变成了小天使，轻轻托起了小猪，向天际慢慢的飞去……
