活在十六七岁，那样一个不大却也不小的年龄，却总有无数的困惑与迷茫，对学习、对生活、对未来、对友情……然而，正因如此，我们更应该用充满激情的状态去迎接所有未知的挑战。激情，它总能为我们平淡无奇的生活涂抹出一层光彩。

在坎坷的命运中，激情似乎就是那唯一的动力，唯一让生活更美好的动力。这么说着，就想起了那位被叙写多次的诗仙。仕途永远那么不顺，再多的志向，再多的才华，在这种命运的驱使，永远无法得以施展。然而，在这种时候，激情就成了点亮生活的火苗。远离尘嚣，当激情与诗酒交汇，那一篇篇传世之作让他本该素净的人生变得五彩斑斓，炫目而又美丽。那种“对酒当歌，人生几何”的激情几人能有?也许盛唐的政治中少了一抹绚丽的色彩，可是那由悲愤不平而衍生出的激情却让他的人生更加美丽，或者让整个中华文化更加美丽。

激情，真的是一种奇妙的东西啊，有时生命在给予悲痛或残缺的同时，也会赠予激情，以此来装点人生。张海迪、海伦·凯勒……他们都是我们所熟知的人物，我们总是赞扬他们的坚强、努力，可现在我认为，他们更该被学习的是对生活的激情。若不是对人生充满激情，那么何必忍受那些痛苦，做一个被可怜者岂不是更容易?然而他们选择用激情拼搏，活出一个不一样的人生，一个有残缺却更美丽的人生。

总喜欢站在路边看来来往往的人群，他们的脸上总挂着疲惫，一天的劳累造成了这样的结果。可又总能在他们的眼中捕捉到欣喜，于是我知道，他们即使劳累，也对生活充满激情，也希望人生多姿多彩。

也许十六七岁是一个尴尬的年龄，但我们可以选择不再困惑、不再迷茫，用激情装点我们的青春，让我们的人生更美丽。

有人会认为，疤痕如同白纸上的小黑点，给人生烙上了不完美的印迹。而我认为，疤痕是你成长路途上必备的足迹，它警醒你不要在同个地方跌倒，它让你成长，它是你成长的最好证明。

疤痕是成长的标志，是最美丽的笑容。俞灏明，一个天真活泼的大男孩，却在一场爆

炸事故中实现了华丽的蜕变。当医生问是否要从身上其它地方取下皮做移植时，他果断拒绝了。他要让伤口自己愈合，尽管他知道这个过程会出现伤口再次裂开的疼疼，甚至愈合后不再像以前那样帅气，而会出现一些疤痕，他还是坚持做了。

后来的复健，为了让手臂能够正常地举起来，他也经历了伤口无数次裂开的伤痛，顽强地挺过来。他这些伤疤对他来说，只是他证明自己的成长，而不是丑陋的一面。他回到拍摄现场，完成了爆炸前那部戏的拍摄，他克服了心里的恐惧，心里的疤痕也不复存在。

在做客《鲁豫有约》节目中，他自己谈到，生活不可能一帆风顺，人总要经历“摔倒”之后才可以成长，脸上与身体上的伤痕都不要紧，它们都是你成长的最好印迹，是最美丽的笑容。一个和他有相似经历的粉丝也因此拒绝了整容手术。

是啊，这些伤疤并不可怕，我们人生道路上跌跌撞撞留下伤痕，是我们一路的成长。可怕的是我们无法正确面对。

接受免疫预防而留下的疤痕，是健康的标志;天生的胎记，是上天亲吻我们的标志;受伤后愈合的疤痕，是我们跌倒后勇于前进的标志……

难道那些身上没有疤痕的人就一定能够成功?而那些身上有了一丁点疤痕的人就注定失败?其实都不是，往往那些经历过伤痕洗礼的人更能够通往成功，因为他们经历过，他们懂得吸取教训，他们能从中成长。

不要畏惧疤痕，不要遮掩任何疤痕，它们都是你成长的印迹，是你们最灿烂与美丽的笑容。

In the young generation, their lifestyle is different from the old

peoples. They like to stay up and join many night activities, then they wake up

very late. The new expression of brunch fits them so much, which means the

people to have a meal combining with breakfast and lunch. But their health is

under threat. Some young peoples stomach hurts and cant digest food well. In

order to keep healthy, we need to do some exercise and eat food regularly.
