那是一个春天的下午，我闲来无事，便出门去逛逛。或许是因为附近里鲜少有树，蝴蝶们就把蛹结在了灌木丛的枝上，恰巧被我撞见了它破茧成蝶的那一幕。

那时我正在系鞋带，刚好抬头的时候就看见不远处的绿化带上有个奇怪的东西。于是我轻轻地走了过去，到了那东西前面，我仔细地看了看才发现原来只是一只蝴蝶蛹。细细地看了一会，觉得没趣正打算走时，那蝴蝶蛹里突然传来一点动静。

我心里一惊，这蝴蝶莫不是要羽化了吧?刚好还是春天。惊讶之余还带着一点小激动，毕竟长那么大还没见过蝴蝶破茧。

没过多久，那只蛹上破开了一个小口子，我似乎是看到了蝴蝶的头，那只蝴蝶像是拼尽全力在挣脱蛹的束缚。我倒是想上去帮帮它，可是我若是帮了，那这只蝴蝶也活不成了。

经过一番艰苦的斗争，蝴蝶从蛹里挣脱，那双美丽的翅膀不论任何人看到都会忍不住赞美一番，或许是因为蝴蝶经过了自己的努力奋斗，换来的这双翅膀才会如此美丽吧。

这个特别的经历，是不是就在启示这我们：每个人都像一只蝴蝶，在幼虫的时候无忧无虑地成长，然后成蛹，有的，在这个时候努力拼搏，于是成了美丽和蝴蝶，有着漂亮的翅膀;有的，依然无所事事，得过且过，悄悄地耍一些小手段帮自己渡过难关，于是他们就成了羽化失败的蝴蝶，终将在不久之后死去。

为了成为美丽的蝴蝶，就让我们从现在开始，努力学习，不懈奋斗，当我们拥有一双美丽的翅膀时，那时的我们都会感谢如今勤奋的自己的。

记得学习游泳的第一天，教练让我们学习憋气和换气：先深吸一口气，然后把整个头钻进水里憋气，几秒钟后到水上张嘴换气，再把头钻进水中，一直循环……我看着教练的示范，也有模有样地学了起来，可是每次都因为张嘴换气太慢而呛到水。尽管努力练习了好几遍，可直到下课我都学不会。

回到家里，我气馁地对妈妈说：“游泳怎么那么难学啊?我不想学了!”妈妈听了，鼓励我说：“既然开始了，就要坚持!来，我们在家里练!”说完，妈妈端来一盆水放在我面前!我想：是啊，别人都能学得会，我为什么学不会呢?只要我坚持了，一定能学会的!于是，我对着脸盆一次次地练习憋气和换气。虽然误吞了好多水，可半个小时后，我竟奇迹般地掌握了憋气换气的要领。我高兴得手舞足蹈，心里第一次明白了“坚持”的意义。

第四天，在学蹬腿动作的时候我又遇到了困难。教练让我们趴在池边，后脚掌向外翻开，然后用力往后一蹬，最后迅速把双腿夹在一起。我在岸上的时候明明练得很标准，可是一下水就手忙脚乱、不知所措，始终不能前进一步，只能在原地打转，稍不留神还呛了一肚子水，弄得我眼泪鼻涕一涌而出。我很沮丧，心里想：“该死的游泳，我恨你!不学了，不学了!”

我真想拍拍屁股直接回家了，可是看到泳池边耐心等待的妈妈，我突然想起了她对我说的话：“如果农民伯伯耕种时，嫌庄稼成熟太慢，把苗拔了，你还能吃到米饭吗?如果运动员们不刻苦练习，中途放弃了，在奥运赛场上还能看到他们英姿飒爽的身影吗?”于是我决定重整旗鼓，坚持学下去，我就不信学不好!凭着一股韧劲，我更加认真地观察老师的动作，在水下一遍一遍地练习。终于，工夫不负有心人，经过了几天的坚持练习，我掌握了“收、翻、蹬、夹”这几个动作的要领，并且很快学会了游泳。

宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。2018年，因为坚持，我不但能在水里遨游了，而且在其它方面也收获满满：校运会跳远银牌、钢琴通过六级、舞蹈比赛第一、学习成绩名列年段前茅……2019年，我将用“坚持”再创佳绩。

“生命诚可贵，爱情价更高，若为自由故，两者皆可抛。”自由，是多么崇高的名词。古今中外，有多少人为了追寻它、实现它，惨遭断头的命运?不民主的历史告诉我们，自由的代价是多么的昂贵!

然而，让我们回到现实的二十一世纪。我们活在一个民主的时代，也有着权力享用自由。看似平和安宁的年代，为什么每当新闻画面又出现了“死刑犯”逃亡，又或着犯罪的比率年年升高时，我们感受不到自由的快乐，反而有股莫名恐慌?

法律，是道德尺度的最低底线。若说维持社会祥和的最终防线是法律，那能规范自我的防线，就是自律了。你想让别人控制，还是让自己做主呢?

许多人认为自律是一种“限制”，但我却认为，它是一种“理性”，一种适时而客观，能克制自己的理性。如果只是单纯、毫无顾忌的自由，那会像脱疆的野马，感到短暂的喜悦，却带来长久的负担。

若从生活方面探讨，我们有说话的自由，但却因聒噪而干扰到他人;我们有吃的自由，但却因暴饮暴食导致肥胖;我们有休闲的自由，但却因把持不住时间，而耽搁了正事。自由太美好了，它让我们感到快乐。但自由是需要自律控管的。没有人能拒绝自由的诱惑，但是克制力却会影响一个人。因为懂得自律的人，能控制自己，调适自己;而仰赖感觉的人，只能藉由“法律”的束缚，维持最低底线。

缺乏自律，人们甚至不知道自己的行为对别人造成伤害。这就好像得到解脱的马戏团大象，它也许为能尽情奔放感到快乐，但通常它不会意识到自己脚下踩死了多少人。

不理性的自由，往往成为杀死自己人生的凶手。自由与自律，两者缺一不可。懂得用自律安排自由的人，人生是自己创造的;而不懂自律的人，只能让法律及外在力量，改变自己。自由与自律合起来就像翅膀，自由是支架，有着飞翔的基础;而自律是羽毛，好让纤细的骨头，能一举跃上蓝天。

May Day that day, I meet my brother and younger brother to play in the riverside wetland park. Im very glad to get off when Im singing while jumping down.

So many people in the park! Some fly a kite, some play in the water, and watch the scenery. My favorite is the reeds. The green reeds sway in the wind, as if to welcome us; There were a few wild duck in the reeds, swam to busy to catch fish and shrimp eat; Little dragonfly fly tired, fell on the reeds, pointed to rest!

The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the

society. As a college student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than

the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going

to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago.

It is very helpful to use those information as reference and historical proof.

In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage

to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much

more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time

instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. In

addition, Internet provides me a better way to communicate with my friends and

professors. I can get response from my professor in a few minutes instead of

waiting outside of his door for hours. Some of my friends are living in a

foreign countries, I can simply just drop him an email whenever I can and get a

message from him very quick. It is much better than waiting for letters. Also,

the email will not lose while the letter might be losing in the process of

delivery.

However, there are also disadvantage of using Internet. For example, I

might spend too much time on the Internet to concentrate on my study. Also,

there is a chance that I am cheated because of the Internet purchasing. Last,

Internet has lots of information, both helpful and harmful. There might be too

much tempatation that I will access some of the harmful information I can on the

Internet.

Even though the usage of Internet has both positive and negative effect to

me, I still consider Internet is a symbol of technology development. I believe I

can use the Internet very well as long as I know how to control myself.

Today, our family went to Wuzhen tourism,I am very happy.

At noon we went to Wuzhen,and in the town to find a hotel,my father asked the hotel waiter: “What are the fun places here?”The waiter said: “Wuzhen is divided into two parts of the East Gate and West Gate,but the West Gate ratio East Gate is a little bigger,more fun.”So,our family along the waiter that the road came to Wuzhen Xishan scenic area.

Into the West Gate area,I found this is a water town,a long river to the town is divided into left and right sides.Housing built on the river,are the local residents of their own homes,and some open restaurants,and some open barber shop,and some open dessert shop,more is to open the local characteristics of the shop,are very interesting,Ningbo big shopping malls rarely seen.Of course, my favorite dessert shop!

I like teamwork because I can learn from others. Once, I was very shy and

did not know how to get along with other students, so everytime when the teacher

gave us the task and asked us to finish in the teamwork, I was very scared. Then

my classmates helped me, they gave me a lot opinion and they respected me,

making me the indispensable person. Then I became brave and gave my opinion, we

were in a group, every opinion meant so much. During these days, I was so

excited about the experiment, we shared our idea and talked happily. It was such

a happy moment, I liked cooperation.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Good morning! I am Oscar, the spokesman of the Students’ Union. On behalf

of the Students’ Union, the main organizer of today’s sports meeting, I welcome

you all to the beautiful stadium. After two months’ preparation, our annual

sports meeting is held on schedule.

Thanks to the support and help from our school leaders and teachers. Though

they have many school responsibilities, they have taken time off to take part in

our sports activities. Let’s give them a big hand. Through sports, we can not

only develop our physical prowess, but also promote social and emotional skills,

and even intellectual skills, which will matter in our future lives

substantially. So hope everybody here cherish this opportunity and enjoy it.

At last, best wishes for the success of the sports meeting and best wishes

滴答，这是一滴水滴入大海的声音，甚至没有声音。

时光是飞快的，你听不见声音，看不见影子，它就只是一闪而过。当你没有它时，你是否想过懊悔?

时光在某些人眼中却又是慢的，整天无所事事，虚度光阴，认为自已的耳朵里充斥着时光的声音，在它消失后，也没有察觉。

日子一天天过去。当时光告诉他：你没有时间了。有人开始抱怨：为什么是我!怎么又是我!终于，有一天时光不再告诉他，因为他已听不见。

时光无声，但它会做出行动，时光无影，去了就是真的去了，一去不复返。

当一个又一个的虚度光阴的人，因为自己的虚度光阴，而失去生命，这时的抱怨的话是多么无力。时光如果会说话，会说：不要在死前抱怨，因为你们有时间的时候可没抱怨过。我想，时光的话语会让虚度光阴的人哑口无言。

时光无声，时光无影;去了，不回，没了，不再有。

与时光的漫漫长河比起来，你那一滴水不算什么，但对你自己却很重要;当你不懂的珍惜，任它滴在河里，没了就没了，任凭你再怎么捞河里的水，都是污浊的，你不能用的。你能做的，应该是在它流失之前的守护、珍惜。

“滋——”手表轻微地晃动了一下，我睁开眼睛，揉了揉，一看手表，“6：05”哦，已经这么晚了呀!赶紧起床，拉开窗帘，小雨淅淅沥沥下个不停。

刷好牙，洗好脸，校服也穿好了，哎呀!已经6：30了，得抓紧时间了。五分钟内吃好早餐，拿上一瓶纯牛奶，背上书包就往外冲，这时妈妈的声音响了起来，“陶陶，雨伞带了吗?”“带了。”“红领巾呢?”我低头看了看衣领，哎呀，红领巾呢?不见啦!我只好放下书包，冲到房间里找，抽屉里没有，书柜上没有，椅子上，床上梯子上全都没有，我沮丧地拿起书包，准备到学校去问一问同学有没有带多余的红领巾，这时手却摸到了一条带子，我一看，这不是红领巾吗?原来在这里，我戴好了，妈妈的声音又响了起来：“今天下雨坐公交车去上学吧，拿上公交卡不要丢了哦。”“知道了。”三步并两步拉开门口的抽屉，拿出一张公交卡出门了。“再见!”“嗯，再见!”没过多久，我便站在站台上，等待着公交车的到来，大约6：50，282路公交车才来，我向司机招手，示意他停下，司机摆摆手说不停，从我身边直接驶过。为什么不停下来?我皱起了眉头，但时间已经不许我有思考的时间了，我必须在十分钟内从公交站台走到中学。我跑了一会儿，但体力不支，我只好切换为快走模式，但仍需足够的“腿力”来支持，而我天生就是有无穷无尽的“腿力”，“体力”却一点也不好。所以有人说我不应该属狗，应该属兔。

七点我准时到了校内，可腿有些乏力。顾不得这些了，我直接往教室里冲，冲到教室时，一看手表，我已经迟到了整整三分钟。唉，以后要好好规划我的时间，这种情况绝不会再出现。

曾几何时，在众说缤纷中彷徨，找不到前进的方向;曾几何时。在众人得只语片言中迷茫，却一双飞离困惑得翅膀;曾几何时。没有选择坚定抑或听取得胆量。心中少一片照亮前路得阳光。生命的底线正在自身不妥协的灵魂中向各自的方向无限地延伸，没有尽头。令人肃然。是否能在这一切都茫然失措之时，超越生命的底线奔向心中的圣地，我能吗?

是那个“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”的隐士吗?是那个“但识琴中趣，何劳弦上声”的雅人吗?是那个“戴月荷锄归”的农夫吗?是的，是他，享誉文坛五百年的陶渊明，不愿“为五斗米折腰”不愿冲破心中的底线，更不愿与官场中的贪官同流合污。陶渊明心中的底线处在是否置身与黑暗的官场和享受山水田园之乐之间，隐士选择了后者，他不会超越心中的底线，他超然洒脱，置身与底线之内的高洁，清明的世界，他拒绝底线之外黑暗，污浊的官场，写出了心中的圣地桃花源。

生命的底线在无限地延伸，我感到茫然，在众说缤纷之中失去了方向感。一次次的挫折早已使我遍体鳞伤，疲惫不堪，生命的最后一道底线将要崩溃，每次失败后燃烧的希望之火总被无情的大雨浇灭，心灵深处的那一道底线早已河水泛滥，随时都会决堤，但我依然坚守着最后一丝希望，“安能摧眉折腰事权贵，使我不得开心颜”的浪漫诗仙李白，在遭遇仕途宦达之际，他并没有冲破心中最后的底线，他并没有就此消沉，“长安市上酒家眠”，他保留着心中的最后底线，选择了与山林为伴，超然外物。于此，我更不能让心中最后的底线崩溃，生命中不如意事十常七八，我们要坚守生命的底线到最后一刻。

生活本身并不平静，有失意的雨，恼人的风，忧伤的霞，在生命底线的面前高洁，廉明，还是像李白般笑看人生百般挫折，选择生命底线之内的坚韧。在生命的长河中，我们每个人都是一颗放射光芒的星星，没有理由自卑，生命底线的另外一端是快乐，是忧伤，是成功，是失败，就看你是否坚守心中的信念，我们决不能超越心中的底线，让我们处于心中底线之内谱写辉煌的生命篇章。

今天，是我的生日，我们一家子都沉浸在过生日的快乐中。最激动人心的时刻到了，开始许愿了，妈妈把窗帘关上，闭上灯，爸爸也把蜡烛插上，我坐下来，点上蜡烛，闭上眼睛，开始许愿了……

我知道这个愿望没可能实现，但我也不后悔，这是我的梦想——我希望自己变成一颗璀璨的星星!每当夜里一抬头，周围漆黑一片，唯有那几颗闪闪发亮的星星，是那么美丽，那么耀眼。……

那个晚上，我在窗前，支起手臂托着脸颊，仰望着天空上的星星，心里想着：要是能看到流星雨就好了，就算是一秒也行啊!我从来没有看见过流星，更别说流星雨了……想着想着，就趴在桌子上慢慢睡着了……

哇，一觉醒来我真的成了一个星星!我真的太开心了，开心的让我无以言表，我竟然变成了一颗星星!太阳还就在我旁边，这真的是太酷了!

虽然我现在变得很酷，但是不知道为啥就是开心不起来，可能是太热了，内心快爆炸了，才特别不舒服?可我不知道的是，这只是个开始……

时间一长，就没有了刚开始的兴致了，越来越没有意思。过去我看“明星”，他们在夜幕中是那么华丽璀璨。而自己成了别人眼中的“明星”了，可越来越孤单了……平时，只有自己看着这一片宇宙，黑漆漆的，仿佛一切都静止了，只有一点点微光，让人的心，都安静下来……

还有的时候，要小心着无数的小行星、流星雨，还有废旧的人造卫星，要是和它们撞上，就一定会‘缺胳膊少腿’，所以还要小心的躲避它们;并且，如果为了躲避而脱离了星际轨道，和别的星球撞上，那就肯定会“粉身碎骨”啦!

我明白了月球为何被称为“广寒宫”……原先我看着那窗外的星星，幻想着要是成为它们该多好，可不知道，星星的生活是那么的荒凉、寂寞……

说到底，“明星”不过只是宇宙中的一颗大粒尘埃，只因太阳反射才让我们看到它的光芒。一个人生下来就有属于自己的轨道，而每人都只不过是在默默的走好自己的路而已……

Everyone may have his own dream. Someone may want to be rich, someone may want to be beautiful, and someone may want to have power. But I’m different from them. My dream is special. I want to have a pair of wings. Because I want to fly in the sky，I like the feeling of freedom.

每个人都有自己的梦想。有人可能想致富，有人可能要漂亮，有人可能想拥有权力。但我从他们不同。我的梦想是特殊的。我想拥有一双翅膀。因为我想在天空中飞翔，我喜欢自由的感觉。

If I have a pair of wings，I’m sure it will be very wonderful. I can fly below the blue sky with the birds. I can enjoy the music of birds’. I can fly across the cloud and the small wind will blow past my face. The feeling must be the same as that my mother caresses me.

如果我有一双翅膀，我相信这将是非常美好的。下面我能飞的鸟与蓝色的天空。我可以享受鸟类的音乐。我可以穿越云朵和微风会吹过去我的脸。感觉必须同我的母亲爱抚我。

I can fly over the sea, below the rainbow, through the forest I can see all the wonderful view. But I know that it will never be uteri have another instead. I want to have a fly of my own. The plane must be very small and light. It has to carry only one person. It can fly by wind or sunshine. It can fly for a very long time. And the important thing is that it must be very save.
