又是一个雨天，屋外的寒风呼呼地刮着。独自在家的我，孤苦伶仃，思绪便又飞到了每次去外婆家的情形。

外婆已六十多岁了，她是我最喜欢的一个人，从小她就特别疼爱我。在我的记忆中，她从来不批评我，每次去外婆家，我都会感到很幸福。

往往一进外婆家村口，我还没看到外婆，外婆就已看到了我，她总会很高兴地走过来接我，然后笑着和我往家走。我常常感到很纳闷，村口离外婆家有200多米，外婆又不知道我什么时候来，为什么每次都能发现我呢?最终我忍不住好奇问了外婆后，她的回答让我心里酸酸的——我也不知道你什么时候会来，所以我每天都会在村口不远处看看，希望你能多来陪陪我，所以每次你一来，我就看见了。

到家后，外婆总会开心地搬来椅子让我坐，然后会将所有好吃的都搬出来，全塞在我怀里让我吃。她也会坐在我旁边，很开心似的和我讲起我没来这段时间家里发生的事，时不时关心我几句。自从失去母爱后，我很少感到真正幸福过，但每次在外婆家，我心里都会暖暖的，润润的。

中午吃饭，是外婆最自豪的时候，她总会展出十八般武艺，给我做一顿丰盛的午餐。想给她帮忙打下手，她总不让我插手。站在外婆身边，看着她乐呵呵在厨房忙碌的样子，我心里热乎乎的。等菜上桌，外婆又会不停地往我碗里夹菜，炒鸡蛋、青椒肉丝、土豆片……碗里堆得小山似的，每次去外婆家肚子都撑得不行。

下午回家，我手里又会多一大包吃的，而外婆也会放下手中的活，送我到村口。大多时候还没等我进家门打电话报平安，她已经打电话到家，直到确认我一路平安，她才安心。

回想起每次去外婆家，都会让我感受幸福的味道，有外婆真好!

我喜欢冬天。因为在冬天盛开的，除了一月就是新年。

新年必然曾经是这样的。晨光熹微的时候，一家人驱车从县城回龙塘村，偶尔谈笑，这就是节日的伊始。一路上，总会记得那条小巷。先是骑三轮车的老伯悠悠的吆喝：“糖葫芦来咧--”荡满了小巷，染上五彩缤纷的新年色调。母亲总下车买年货，满目的琳琅眩人：仙坛、祭纸、香炉、香烛，慢慢构成新年所有的物质。

车子停在山中的老屋，我侧头便可看见那我所思念的门扉。像一个新嫁娘，半掩含笑，两侧的春联是她的红穗耳环，而中间的“福”字，则是她的桃花额。在老屋，我们便开始拜神。八仙桌铺开，红香炉参上，烛火在百岁老人的眸中跳跃，虽是冬天，却暖得仿佛从此再无霜冻。每人都手持一捻香，虔诚地垂头祈愿，新的一年，学业进步，工作顺利，平安健康。早晨的太阳，高悬上苍，禾稻沙啦沙啦地响，应是仙人们踩着尘世走来吧。

暮色早就被冬天的手涂上天空，龙塘村的新年，在傍晚，是无比明亮的。灯笼都亮了，星星点点的红光洒满了村落，连看门的狗也被灯笼罩得一身喜气。外面是这样，当我入神时里面又传来妈妈的声音：“阿妹，吃饭了!”一圆桌简单的家常菜，于我胜过世间的所有珍馐。水饺板美味，亲手做的皮带着嚼劲，入口时又盛饱了汤汁，味蕾总跳着圆舞曲。奶奶一边吃，一边唠家常。她带了盈盈的笑意，好像年轻了十岁。总是新年的晚上，年夜饭的时候，她又开始讲那东家女儿唱山歌的故事。年年都讲，总是讲不完，但我们都不倦。

这时候，总听见有人家开始放鞭炮了。鞭炮声一路噼里啪啦大笑着过来，又一路噼里啪啦大笑着离去。这声响，攻陷了山重水复的冬天。

今年冬天，我又回到了龙塘村，迎接我日思夜想的新年。却是一片沉寂，沉寂到我甚至有余暇打量这个满是记忆的地方：苔藓很深了，已经很少有人点灯笼了。逼近的城市唱着楚歌，城市中纵横的年轻人，遗忘死守着村子最后一点料峭的老人。越来越多老人过不了冬。最使我难过的是那条小巷，卖年货的商铺改成了商业街，满目灯红酒绿。我奋力凝望，看不见三轮车的剪影。一阵寒风吹来了，把我的眼泪吹成长线。

其实，我还是比较喜欢以前的冬天。

气温骤降，冻得人手指僵硬，伸展不开，冷水浇在手上也是热的。冷得让人亲身体会到，秋天来了。

秋天凄惨也罢，欢乐也罢，但它实在称不上是一个欢乐的季节。一阵热一阵冷的气候令人捉摸不透，不是被捂着就是被冻着。室内外、昼夜温差大，有时候站在太阳和阴云底下，就会有不同体会。中午穿着短袖想着冰淇淋，晚上裹着棉被瑟瑟发抖。热得拉扯着衣服好让凉气透进来，冷得则是待在教室里一边不停地哈气，一边观察着他人的穿着，反省自己的愚昧，又巴不得穿上冬天的行装，在凛冽的寒风中蜷缩着身子写作业。

秋天，是一个痛苦欲说还休的季节。一片片落叶很唯美很浪漫，但事实就是一片狼藉的现场。落叶，如同鸡毛般纷飞着，看着气死人。没有浪漫，没有凄凉，只有愤怒和扫地的人。树真是世界上最麻烦的植物了，叶子、花、果实，没有一个不会掉，怎么就不把树砍掉呢。什么树都会掉叶子，一掉一大堆。香樟三四月换叶时还伴着雨季。红叶李像玛瑙珠子一样晶莹剔透的果实，掉到地上，非列及碎，爆开的汁还不易清理。绵绵软软的杨柳絮扫了又飞，飞了又扫，没完没了。树全身上下都是祸，没有一个好地方。看看草多省心，;绿油油的一片，不掉叶子不掉花，老实又好养。

十一回来，真是难得一见的盛况。两大坨没膝盖深、可供一人躺下、堆积了8天的落叶在静候我们的光临，叶子多到大垃圾袋洗劫一空。一片片枯黄的叶子让我明白什么叫“众志成城”，一万片叶子可以围成一座叶子城!又让我理解什么是“一方有难，八方支援”，保安们给我们送垃圾袋。看着枝叶仍然茂密的树，我真希望叶子能瞬间蒸发。这场“围歼战”耗费了整整4个大垃圾袋，8个小垃圾袋。叶子才被我们扫得“片甲不留”。

On the weekend I like to spend time in library. I like reading books. There

are many people in the library, but it is very quiet. Nobody talks in the room,

实力强的人，总会坐上高位的。实力强，本身就代表着具有成就事业的能力，兼有迈向成功的抱负，坚定清醒的自信。当一个人看实力却未能成就时，只能说是实力不够，亦或是成功之时未至。很多人会对此提出异议，如果他实力够强却机缘不驻?那也只能说明他把握时机的实力仍然不够。也许在今天迅猛发展的科技领域“人定胜天”这句古话已成无稽之谈，但在个人成功学的高度，未登高位或是从高位跌落，只能归咎于实力不够。因此，提高自身实力才是通向成功的根本。

那为什么一些已在高位的人腹中实无经纶呢?所谓“官二代”“富二代”甚至于古时最直接的“子承父业”“子继父官”，他们的高位富炫，确实只是别人帮助他们所登，但正因如此这些人往往跌落得快而狠。“富不过三代”是谚语中的现象，王思聪之流在面对范冰冰“你找你的爸，我干我的活”的嘲讽与不屑时也只能绿着脸忍气吞声。没有实力的高位是不长久的，狐假虎威的高位本质上是脆弱的，正如佛顶老鼠，表面受人尊敬仰望，实际只借外力之威，忽略了送他上高位的那只手，心中便只剩嘲讽与不屑。我们没有虎威可借，这里我们仍须借鉴：每至一位，衡己实力，余则再攀，缺则思补。

其实说到底，说破了，提升实力，不断提升实力，即是升位之本。

正如孙正义一样，孙正义，他是韩国人，在日本出生，在美国留学长大，在他年轻的学习生涯中，他十分用功，因此他精通韩文，日文和英文。在他25岁的时候，他患了肝病，在医院整整呆了2年，在这期间，他学习了4000本书籍，平均下来一年学习了2000本，平均每天5本。当孙正义学习完这4000本书后，他写了40个行业的计划书，他发现要成为世界首富，就得从事电脑行业。

后来，他的公司，开始创立了，员工仅仅有两人。有一天，他突然站在公司装苹果的纸箱上，对他的两个员工讲：我叫孙正义，在25年后，我将成为世界首富，我公司的营业额将超过一百兆日币!。那两个员工一听，立即辞职不干了，他们认为老板疯了———这个年轻人夸下海口。

孙正义后来虽没有成为世界首富，但是他却成为了让人们非常羡慕的亚洲首富，达到了许多人梦寐以求也求不到的地位和荣誉。

在我们的生活中，正是因为有孙正义这样一群不断学习，经常给自己充电的人，他们才能不断的放电，他们成功的机会才会不断。

然而，许多未能取得成功的人往往错误的认为，离开了学校后，对知识的学习停止了。其实，学校教育只不过是为未来获得更有用的知识打下夯实的基础，做铺垫而已。

亨利·福特曾经说过这样一句话，任何停止学习的人，都已经进入老年，无论其是20岁还是80岁，坚持学习的人则永葆青春。

据美国人力资源协会统计：一个人工作后，如果每天对他自己的工作职业花一个小时的时间学习，这样连续学习三年，这个人就会成为这个行业的专家;如果连续学习五年，他将成为这个行业国家级的专家;如果连续学习八年，他将成为这个行业世界级的专家。

The Chinese New Year has a great history. In our past, people lived in an agricultural society and worked all year long. They only took a break after the harvest and before the planting of seeds. This happens to coincide with the beginning of the lunar New Year.

The Chinese New Year is very similar to the Western one, rich in traditions, folklores and rituals. It has been said that it is a combination of the Western Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. This is hardly an exaggeration!

The origin of the Chinese New Year itself is centuries old - in fact, too old to actually be traced. It is popularly recognized as the Spring Festival and celebrations last 15 days.

Preparations tend to begin a month before the date of the Chinese New Year (similar to a Western Christmas). During this time people start buying presents, decoration materials, food and clothing. A huge clean-up gets underway days before the New Year, when Chinese houses are cleaned from top to bottom. This ritual is supposed to sweep away all traces of bad luck. Doors and windowpanes are often given a new coat of paint, usually red, then decorated with paper cuts and couplets with themes such as happiness, wealth and longevity printed on them.

The end of the New Year is marked by the Festival of Lanterns, which is a celebration with singing, dancing and lantern shows.

At the Festival, all traditions are honored. The predominant colors are red and gold. "Good Wish" banners are hung from the ceilings and walls. The "God of Fortune" is there to give Hong Baos. Lion dancers perform on stage continuously. Visitors take home plants and flowers symbolizing good luck. An array of New Years specialty food is available in the Food Market. Visitors purchase new clothing, shoes and pottery at the Market Fair. Bargaining for the best deal is commonplace!
