So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporation’ funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.

WHY CHOOSE YOUR MBA PROGRAM? After I have worked in business area for eight years, I feel that I need to continue my education by pursuing a Master degree in business administration. 今年夏天，我们家还添了电冰箱。以前，夏天的东西经常会坏，坏了就扔了，多可惜。现在电冰箱可以冷藏食品，食品放在冰箱里不会坏。它可以给我制作冰块。我补课回来，我就冷冻一个冰块让我解渴。冰箱给我家带来了方便。

去年，我们家还买了空调。以前，在冬天没有空调，起床穿衣服，我总藏在被窝里。现在有了空调，起来穿衣服就不会感冒了。在夏天没有空调时，能把人热得发闷，不想活动。现在，在夏天有了空调，无论在什么时候，只要一开空调，调成冷风，会觉的非常凉爽，像置身于凉爽的森林一样。

At the beginning of this term, I made a plan for my study. Now, I find that  I carry it out well in the past month. I was poor in Chinese and English last  semester. Therefore, I put the two subjects in the priority and I spent much  time on them. Happily, I made progress in the two subjects this semester.  Besides, math and physics is not so hard for me, but I must do many exercises to  improve my knowledge. Half of an hour for each is necessary and I have always  been doing so. The other subjects are easy for me. As long as I carefully listen  to the teacher in the class and do some reviews, I can do well in them. While,  it does not mean that I attach no importance to them. I make plan for my study  to ensure the efficiency of my study.

开学之初，我给我的的学习制定了一个计划。现在，我发现在过去的一个月我能够很好的实行。上个学期我的语文和英语很差，因此我把这两个科目作为我的首要任务并花很多时间在上面。很高兴的是，这学期我这两科取得了进步。此外，数学和物理对我来说不是很难，但是我必须多做练习来增加我的知识。每个科目花上半个小时是有必要的，我一直都是这样做的。其他的科目对我来说很容桂。只要我课堂上认真听课，课后复习我就能够把它们做好。但是，这也不意味着我不重视它们。我给我的学习制定计划以保证我的学习效率。

不一会儿，我们就来到了迎江寺。迎江寺位于安庆市东门，濒临长江，占地3万余平方米，建于明万历四十七年（1619年），明光宗曾亲书匾额“护国永昌禅寺“，清顺治七年（1650年）敕改“迎江禅寺“乾隆帝赐“善狮子吼“额，光绪八年（1882年）题匾“迎江寺“，慈禧太后赐额“妙明圆镜“。

一进天王殿，殿高10．4米，面积300平方米。正中坐一尊袒胸露腹、张口憨笑的弥勒佛像，背后站韦驮像，面对释迦牟尼佛。殿两侧分列“四大天王“，各高3米余，气势威严。 二进大雄宝殿，高17．72米，面积409平方米。殿内三尊大佛，居中是娑婆世界的教主释迦牟尼佛，东西两侧为消灾延寿药顺佛和阿弥陀佛。殿后骑狮的为文殊菩萨，骑象的为普贤菩萨。两厢佛台上供降龙、伏虎等十八罗汉塑像，姿态各异 。

一提起石榴，大家肯定都禁不住口水直流了吧！那就随我一起看看吧！

春天，石一棵棵榴树贪婪地吮吸着春天的甘露，舒展着嫩绿的枝条，为春天增添了一抹抹亮丽的色彩。

初夏，石榴树开出了火红的花，远远望去，像是燃烧的小火把，又像绚丽多彩的晚霞；近看，又像一个个精致的小铃铛。

盛夏，高大的树上挂满了个个粉嘟嘟的小石榴。小石榴圆圆的，挂满细长的枝条，把每根枝条都压得弯弯的，低低的，就像一个个小娃娃咧嘴向我们笑呢。到了中秋，它们便在绿叶底下偷笑，有的笑裂了嘴，有的笑破肚皮，露出了鲜红、多汁的果肉。

大的石榴有一斤多重，比红富士苹果还大，小的苹果才二三两重，和小孩的拳头差不多。石榴顶部有一个花朵调谢后形成的空壳，壳里面还有一些灰褐色的花蕊，它们的生命力可真顽强啊！石榴的颜色不是很鲜艳，青黄色，略微带着一抹红，上面布满了小黑点，像饱经风霜、长着老年斑的脸；表皮也不太光滑，用手摸一摸，凹凸不平、可别小看这石榴皮，它可是清热解毒的良药呢！摘下一个石榴，拨开它那苍老的皮，里面却截然不同：一颗颗石榴肉如珍珠，似玛瑙般晶莹剔透；仔细品尝，酸中带着一丝丝淡淡的甜味，让人回味无穷。如果放一把进嘴里，轻轻一咬，满嘴酸甜的汁水，味道妙不可言，叫人越吃越爱吃。
