Two years ago, I like to eat instant noodles very much, the instant noodles smell so delicious, because there are tasty flavor in it. When my mother was not at home, I would buy the instant noodles, as the time went by, I found my skin became bad and I would not like to eat rice. I felt so bad, my mother told me that I should not eat so much instant noodles, they contained no vitamins and also frustrated my appetite. Peer pressure means the influence given by a group of people around you,

such as, parents, friends, classmates, teachers and so on. Their influence will

affect your attitude, behavior, conception or decision. As every side has two

sides, this influence also has two sides. Let me explain my reasons.

For one thing, influence of peer pressure has positive effect. It depends

on the specific thing. Sometimes, the influence of pressure will promote me get

progress. For instance, my deskmate does well in one math exam, while I fall far

behind her. As we are deskmates, i can’t let others look down on me. So i will

take her as my good example to fight. And then next time, I can get a good mark

by my effort. Take my parents as another example, they like clean. They don’t

have the habit to throw rubbish at will. I won’t have this habit either living

with them.

For another, influence of peer pressure has negative effect. Sometimes the

influence will be bad. For example, if my friends ask me to skip class to watch

a basketball match with them, i go with them, even i don’t have that thought

before. And one of my friends has gone through a lot, he always try to convince

me that money is very important. As time passes, i may change my conception.

In summary, the influence of peer pressure has positive and negative sides.

We have to advocate the good side and avoid the negative. We have to be clear

about what is right and what is wrong and firm our position.

Everybody knows that there is serious problem of water pollution on the earth. Yes, water pollution is increasing.

Look! The water in the river is getting dirtier and dirtier. Most of fish in the water have died, and we can’t swim in the water.

The cartoon wisely reflects the food safety issues which occur in recent years. Food safety related to people’s health and it concerns about people’s basic livelihood. Since the Sanlu Incident occurred in 2008, the entire society was increasingly concerned about food safety issue. It was in this context that the food safety issue has been referred to an unprecedented height.

Problems leading to food safety are as follows: 1) using poor quality raw materials in the food manufacturing process; 2) adding toxic substances; 3) excessive use of food additives; 4) abusing of chemical additives and so on. There are many reasons that cause this problem. It is regulators, producers, and even consumers who share the responsibilities.

As Confucius instructed: better late than never. Prompt and strict measures should be taken to turn back this evil trend. The government should launch a massive moral campaign to educate all citizens and draw up tougher laws to crack down on those irresponsible corporations and prohibit them from entering the food industry again. I am firmly convinced that through our combined efforts we are bound to enjoy more risk-free foods in the days ahead.

Spring Festival is the most important festival in China .It‘s to celebrate

the lunar calendar ’s new year .In the evening before the Spring Festival

，families get together and have a big meal .In many places people like to set
