素有“泉城”之称的济南，曾是“家家泉、依依柳”，水够多了吧，许多缺水城市都羡慕不已。可如今的济南，因要全面建设小康社会，地下水开发过度，引起家喻户晓的名胜趵突泉几度停喷。老舍笔下那股鲜活，富有生命力的泉水已成为泉城美好而痛苦的回忆，又一个缺水城市即将展现在我们的眼前。听了这个故事你会有什么感觉呢?

据我所知：我国是一个干旱缺水严重的国家。我国的淡水资源总量为28000亿立方米，但是，我国的人均水资源总量仅仅只有2300立方米，为世界平均水平的四分之一，是全球人均水资源最贫乏的国家之一。然而，中国有十三亿人口，是世界上用水量最多的国家。有人说：“浪费一滴水无所谓，我们不缺这一点，水龙头一开，水哗哗地流淌出来。”真是如此吗?不，一个个鲜活的事例早就否定了这一切。

人类不爱惜水资源，不保护生态平衡，终究还是尝到了自己种下的苦果。如今，很多人天天喝着受污染的水，咀嚼着受污染的粮食。人们在享受现代工业文明的同时，也遭受着水污染带来的威胁，由此而造成社会损失和经济损失非数字可以罗列。这是大自然对人类的报复，是对人类咎由自取的大嘲讽!

水是生命的源泉，是万物赖以生命的基础。节约用水，保护水资源是我们每一个人义不容辞的责任。为了那可爱有容易破碎的地球，让我们一起珍惜水资源，保护水资源吧。

在墩煌，有个月牙泉。它已有上百年的历史，人们赞美它是天上的镜子。星星在玩耍的乐园，令人心驰神往。然而，随着时间的流逝，如今的月牙泉，在也不像以前那么雄伟，那么壮观。水底下的水生植物，早已被干枯至死。鱼儿也不像以前那样游得自由自在，一不小心就回栽到底下的泥坑里，水位也有明显下降，月牙泉的四周围起了珊栏。人们在也不能跟它近距离接触。由此可见，水对动物是多么重要!

从电视上了解到：有只千斤重的大海龟，近几天来，它一直食欲不振，不肯进食。周围的工作人员心急如焚，找到兽医，原想为它做b超。可由于体积实在太重，连兽医也没有办法。几天后，大海龟死了，它悲惨地死去了。当工作人员将它解剖开时。才发现，原来大海龟的胃边，缠绕着一只黑色的塑料袋。据说，就是因为海水浑浊不清，大海龟看不清食物，才将塑料袋吞进了肚子里，导致无法进食，悲惨死去。

hismother.He decided to help his mother do some housework.After school he went

toa shop to buy some food on his way home.

When he got home, he did his best to cook some nice food,though he

The Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. On this day, every family has to eat dumplings, set off firecrackers, put up couplets and hang lanterns, which is the happiest and happiest day of the year.

本学期，我将结合学校工作计划和学校教学工作计划的要求，规范常规教学，提高教学质量，努力形成自己的教学特色。

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

尤其对学困生进行专门辅导，布置一些作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体会学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、继续搞好师徒结对活动。

师徒结对活动也是一种好的学习方式。

7、作业布置要做到数量适中，批阅及时，对出现的问题要跟踪矫正，认真讲评，尽量面批面改。提高练习质量，要精选资料。

六、教研课题

《浅谈英语阅读能力的培养》

措施：用新的教学理念指导英语阅读教学，进一步改变教法和学法，培养学生对英语阅读的兴趣，提高学生的英语阅读能力，提高英语教学效果。

1、尝试通过各种形式的学习，例如复述课文、把课文改编成情景剧、阅读竞赛等活动，提高学生学习英语的兴趣，从而达到自主积累、综合运用英语的目的，并指导学生运用科学的方法记忆单词、阅读课文，取得事半功倍的效果。

2、通过信息技术与学科整合的手段，以课内为基础，增加课外阅读的量，指导学生借助信息手段和工具书理解文章基本内容的方法，提高学生的英语自学能力。

3、以复述课文、回答问题、判断正误、通过上下文线索猜词义为载体，培养学生的综合阅读技能，提高学生的英语阅读理解能力。

Many wild animals are facing the danger of extinction， because the environment that they are living in has changed greatly。 For example， with the developmet of cities， the using of insecticide and serious pollution， their living areas have become narrowcr and narrower。 Many of the wild animals， now are confronted with food crisis。 At the same time， man is killing off species just for getting their fur， skin， horns， teeth and meat。

In order to protect our resources of ecology， people should realize that the loss of any species is at least the loss of source of knowledge and a source of natural beauty。 There fore， measures of the following should be taken： pollution standards are made to keepdown poisons; killing off certain rare species is prohibited; national parks should be set up as wild life， reserves。

Only if we human beings take some drastic measures can wild animals be preserved。

As a student, I expect the winter holiday very much, because I don’t have

to go to school every day. So I can sleep and get up late. But this winter

holiday, I am not very happy. I didn’t do well in the final exam. It makes my

parents disappointed. I feel sorry to them. Besides, I got ill the whole winter

holiday. I caught a cold at first and then had a fever. I had to see a doctor

every day. My parents worried much about me. Because of the illness, I didn’t

have a good time during the New Year. Now, I am a little better. I hope I could

be well soon, because the new term is beginning. I don’t want to go to school

with illness.

Animals Need Protecting

Everyone knows animals are our friends。 So we should be friendly to them。 But some people kill the rare animals， such as pandas， golden monkeys and so on in order to get money。 It will cause these animals to disappear soon。 I think our government should punish those people severely who kill the rare animals。 It is our duty to protect the endangered animals。

Although our country resources, abundant natural resources. But, you know? All these are not enough, more important is to pay attention to environmental protection!

I think the government should advocate environmental protection, more involved in environmental protection, contribute to environmental protection, organize environmental protection is the most critical. You said, is it?

First of all, should tell the public, to pay attention to every green thing, actively do environmental protection work, dont throw rubbish, see garbage to pick up in time. Second, want to throw the waste battery is the problem to solve, I should take this matter to do better, in some places put some recycle used batteries, for people to take every day. As a result, whether living in remote areas, or live in the bustling place, can easily dispose of used batteries, never going to happen that people dont know how to deal with waste battery threw the waste batteries into the dustbin. Finally, the government should increase the position of a environmental protection worker, let more people involved in the environmental protection work.

我们的祖国虽然资源、物产比较丰富。可是，你知道吗?光光这些都还不够，更重要的是要注重环保!

我觉得，政府应该多多提倡环保，多多参与环保工作，为环保做贡献，组织好环保是最关键的。你们说，是吗?

首先，应该告诉市民，要关注每一件环保的事，积极做环保工作，不要随手扔垃圾、看到垃圾要及时捡起。其次，要把废旧电池该扔哪的问题解决好，应该把这件事给做得更完善：在一些地方分放一些回收废旧电池的筒，每天都有专门负责的人去取。这样一来，不管是住在偏远地区，还是住在热闹的地方，都可以很方便的把废旧电池处理了，再也不会发生人们不知道废旧电池怎么处理，就把废旧电池扔进垃圾箱里的事了。最后，政府应该增加一个环保工作者的职务，让更多的人投身于环保工作当中!

When I watch the TV series, there always present the rich familys life,

but I dont feel envious about the rich life. It is obvious that though these

people live the better life, the cost is that their parents spend less time to

play with them. The time to stay with our parents is really important, while the

rich parents have much work to do, so they dont have much private hours. I was

born in an ordinary family. My parents will never miss the moment when I need

them. I am so thankful to life, because I have my parents love. Whats more, I

have made many good friends. We share our interest and have a lot in common.

水，是生命资源。如果没有水，就不会有植物、动物，更不会有人类。我们一定要保护水资源，不要浪费水。现在，全球有10亿人口正处于严重缺水的状况，所以我们要更加珍惜水资源。

上周六，我去梅苑三区姥姥家玩，发现三单元有一户人家可能是给太阳能上水，忘了关开关，一锁门人就走了，几天不在家，结果，太阳能水满后，多余的水哗哗哗的流了两天两夜，单元门前的道路就像一条河，人都没法过，这些水多可惜呀!就这样白白的浪费掉了……我仿佛听见这白白流掉的水在呼唤、在哭泣、在哀叹，它们好像在说：“我们可以浇灌土地，可以浇花、浇草，我们可以供人们吃饭、喝水，洗洗涮涮。我们的作用可大了，快救救我们吧!别让我们白白流掉。”

不注意节约用水的人或许感到水是用之不尽的。错!水总有一天会用完的，而且照这样下去，那一天很快就会到来。所以我们要制定一个节约用水的方案：

1、不管什么时候，出门都要把家里所有的水龙头检查一遍，看是否关好。

2、水龙头不要开的太大，控制在中小水量，及时关水。

3、洗脸、洗衣服的水可以留下来冲马桶。

4、餐具上的油污，先用纸擦除，再洗涤，可节水。

5、洗澡时，避免过长时间冲淋。

同学们，我们要站出来，行动起来，从我做起，从身边的小事做起，人人做保护水资源的志愿者，让宝贵的每一滴水都能用到地方上，不要白白的浪费掉!
