村里住着百十户人家，日子过得都还舒适，可是不知从什么时候开始，环境开始恶化了。先来说说我们的小河，她现在简直成了污水河了，岸边有家造纸厂在往河里排放废水，河面上泛着一层白白的泡沫，臭气熏天，昔日的水草和鱼儿不见了，鲜花倒影的河面不见了。爸爸说河边可是他小时候经常玩耍的地方，现在过往这里的人行色匆匆、捂嘴掩鼻。小河终日愁眉不展。

地球是我们的家园，美好的环境更是我们开心生活的前提。为了我们生存的家园能够温馨舒适，我提出三条建议：

一工业污水不要随意排放，最好能够统一处理后循环使用。

二生活垃圾要分类回收，以便再利用。号召人们爱护环境，并在一些卫生状况较差的区域贴上醒目的警示标志。

三对空气污染进行监督和治理，尤其是要对那些排量超标的烟囱限期整改。

在我们身边还有许多人环保意识淡薄，真希望有更多人加入到环保行列当中，让家乡的环境变得越来越好。

星期六，我到奶奶家去玩。路上，我看见一条已被污染的小河。

我站在河边望去，河面上漂浮着又黑又臭的污物，还有一团团脏脏的泡沫。岸边到处是垃圾，这情景真让我心痛。

这时，从对面走来一位老爷爷，我便上前问老爷爷怎么回事。老爷爷说：“前几年，这河水还是清澈见底的，水里鱼虾肥美，还有许多水生动植物，岸边还种植了许多花草树木。这儿的环境可美了!”他的话语里充满了怀念。说到这里，老爷爷愤怒极了，“随着人口的增加，许多人常常往河里倒垃圾，附近的工厂也往河里排放污水。看，现在已经脏成这样了。”

听到这里，我想起了前几天在《中国儿童报》上看到了一则新闻——“凶宅”的秘密。这则新闻内容大概如下：几年前印度发生了一件怪事，一片民房变成了凶宅，凡事住在这里的人，不久就双目失明，口齿不清，全身发抖，扭曲，最后惨叫而死。最后，造成这个的原因，原来是附近有家水银温度记厂，因水源的污染造成了悲剧。

这时，我才意识到水污染的危害性，发誓要携手保护环境，水资源的好坏关系着你，关系着我，关系着全人类的生存。所以我们就要一起保护水资源，营造美好家园!

我有一好朋友，他跟我的年龄一样也是9岁，不过他比我高那么一点，他和我一样的瘦，我喜欢他的性格，比较开朗活泼，跟我正好相反。我们有一个共同的爱好，就是都非常喜欢玩《迷你世界》这个游戏，我们两个可真谓是“臭味相投”。

我们经常在一起看书、玩耍、学习和玩我们最爱的游戏，有开心的事，他陪我一起傻笑，有悲伤的事，我陪他一起掉眼泪……总之，我和他在互相了解中成为了亲如兄弟的好伙伴。

友谊是快乐的，因为快乐而不孤独;友谊是坚定的，因为坚定才有了信任;友谊是美好的，因为美好而感到温暖。拥有友谊，珍惜友谊，愿我和我的这个好朋友友谊地久天长……

随着科技的发展，人们的生活水平也越来越高，环境问题也越来越严重了，你们发现了吗?

咱们就来说说水被污染的问题吧!加油站和其他工厂总是把未经过净化处理的水排放到河里，导致小鱼没有了家。我们国家有百分之五十一的人都无法用到干净的水，这样的数字难道不可怕吗?所以节约用水已是迫在眉睫，你还在浪费吗?

我们再来说说树木减少的问题吧!现在好多树木已经被我们砍伐叻，所以沙尘暴来了，洪水来了，大自然来报复我们了。我们都知道使用的一次性筷子都是用树木做的，如果我们每个人每天可以少用一双一次性筷子，一年下来就可以保留千万棵树木，看到这时，你还在放肆自己的行为吗?

我们再来看看那天空，蓝蓝的天不见了，白白的云也藏起来了，是真的没有了吗?不是的，它们只是被工厂排放的浓烟给“保护”起来了。

这些都是水造成的呢?都是我们人类自己，如果不乱砍伐树木、垃圾，合理排放净化过的污水，相信我们的地球就会很美。保护地球人人有责，让我们一起来保护环境吧!

大家都知道，地球表面的水占地球的70%，但可以让地球上的生物生长的淡水只占水资源的2。5%，就是这点水，是我们人类生存的必需品，你说该不该浪费它?

要想不浪费水，当然要节约水。那么怎样才能节水呢?我们可以试试下面的方法：淘米水可以用来浇花，水龙头不要一直开着;家里用过的废水可以用来冲厕所等。。。。。。你有可能会问：“这么省有必要吗?淘米水浇花也太小气了吧!”哈哈，不懂了吧，淘米水可有丰富的营养了，还能洗脸呢!

我们不仅要节约水资源，还要合理利用水资源。现在，许多水力发电站都建了起来，他们利用水来发电既环保又有益处，真是一举两得。人们还利用水库的水来灌溉农田，对农业起到了作用。

虽然采取了以上一些节水措施，但由于人口迅速地增长，我们的水资源仍然缺乏，其实，真要把水保护好，那可不容易，一方面要多种树木、庄稼，以防水土流失;另一方面要让每个人都懂得，污染水资源是一个不打折扣的自杀行为，只有不过度污染水，不多砍树，不要多多开垦荒地，才能真正有效地做到节水目标所以，不管政府采取什么措施，关键还是在于我们每一个人，我们的生命就掌握在我们的手里了，大家一定要想一想这个问题。

知道非洲吧，那里的水才是严重缺乏。每天一家人只有五斤水的重量，这五斤水包括了煮饭、喂牲口、洗澡、洗脸。。。。。。听了这紧急缺水的“通知”让我们快快行动起来吧!每逢每年的植树节，带上树苗、铁锹、水桶去野外植下一棵“绿色的爱心”我相信，全世界的人只要人人种下一棵树，每年的水土流失就会大大的减少。

水是地球生物赖以生存的物质基础，水资源是维系地球生态环境可持续发展的首要条件。因此，保护水资源是人类最伟大、最神圣的天职，所以，就让我们从现在做起，保护每一滴水吧!

they lived. They understood instinctively that integrity means having a personal

standard of morality and ethics that does not sell out to expediency and that is

not relative to the situation at hand. Integrity is an inner standard for

judging your behavior.Unfortunately, integrity is in short supply today--and

getting scarcer. But it is the real bottom line in every area of society.And it

is something we must demand of ourselves.

A good test for this value is to look at what I call the Integrity Trial,

which consists of three key principles: Stand firmly for your convictions in the

face of personal pressure.

When you know youre right, you cant back down. Always give others credit

that is rightfully theirs. Dont be afraid of those who might have a better idea

or who might even be smarter than you are. Be honest and open about who you

really are. People who lack genuine core values rely on external factors--their

looks or status---in order to feel good about themselves. Inevitably they will

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

develop their inner value and personal growth.

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

在我们的祖国有许多壮丽的景观，不如我们的母亲河，昔日的母亲河奔腾咆哮，向渤海流去，其景象可用雄伟来概括，其水清澈，而如今的黄河怎么变成这样了?正因为大家不在乎黄河不保护黄河。

作为少先队员，我提出以下倡议：

1.在母亲河旁多种一些树木，防止水土流失。

2.源头上禁止乱砍伐树木，要保护植被。

3.沿途污水禁止排放。

4.减少农业农药和化学物质的使用。

5.禁止任意向河床勤写固体垃圾。

6.禁止非法采挖河沙。

7.节约用水。

8.宣传环保，提高人们的环保意识。

9保护黄河的珍惜水生物。

10.建议两岸人民不要再黄河边洗衣服。

以上几点为我的倡议，我希望的家爱护黄河爱护母亲河。
