3、 在洗手、刷牙、洗脸不需要水时，要关闭水龙头。

4、 请自来水公司及时检修消防栓和水管。

生物学研究表明：人的体内的水只要丢失1%-2%变会感到口渴及浑身乏力，丢失5%则陷入半昏迷状态，丢失12%将会导致死亡。

长期处于缺水状态或急性脱水，就会引起各种病症。如：白内障，心律失常，脑血栓形成，有害物质积蓄

记得看一个关于缺水的新闻：炎炎烈日和肆虐的干热风使河北省经受着日益干旱的严重威胁。根据最新统计，截至5月底，河北全省的受旱面积达到3752万亩。水库、洼淀可用水量仅为12亿立方米。446座水库干涸，滦河断流，白洋淀水位降至干淀水位以下，16万眼机井出水不足或抽不出水。据河北省农业气象中心介绍，今年1至5月份，河北省平均降水量47毫米，比常年同期减少32%。河北北部张家口、承德、唐山、秦皇岛的绝大部分地区一直没有有效降水，属特大干旱。目前全省南部、北部未经浇灌的耕地干土层已达10厘米。 干旱使河北全省农业生产受到严重影响，城乡供水紧张，全省11个地级市普遍陷入缺水困境。其中兴隆县的人畜饮水已成为相当突出

的问题，全县10万人以及6000多头牲畜饮水困难。这个县地处石灰岩地带，雨水下渗快，县境内10条河流已断流，可利用水源相继枯竭，靠水窖截留雨水生活的群众也已无水可存。如今，全县20个乡镇19个处于严重缺水状态。每天约有5.7万人要往返几公里甚至几十公里背水、驮水维持生活。

世界淡水资源的65%集中在10个国家里，而占人口40%的80个国家却严重缺水。如果一个国家年人均水量在2000立方米以下，就是缺水的国家。中国人均水量不富，是缺水国家之一。

水是生命之源，如果没有水树木不会生长，如果没有树，生命会停止呼吸，如果没有树，地球就会变得枯黄衰竭，所以我们要保护这珍贵的水资源，就要做到以下几点：

一、 水是生命之源，节约用水，保护水源，爱我太湖，爱我“母亲河”，爱我300万平方公里的富饶海洋，爱护祖国的所有“蓝色国土”。

二、 节水为荣，随时关上水龙头，防止滴漏

三、 慎用清洁剂，尽量用肥皂，减少洗涤剂中的化学物质对水的污染。

四、 提高工业用谁的重复利用率

五、 农业上改打水灌溉为喷灌、滴灌、淋灌

六、 改变一些不良的用水生活习惯，如洗衣，刷牙似的不间断放水改为间断放水

七、 使用新技术、改革工艺，如生产节水型用具和家电

海洋也是水资源中的一种，海洋的污染也是十分严重的。 海洋污染的危害

海洋面积辽阔，储水量巨大，因而长期以来是地球上最稳定的生态系统。由陆地流入海洋的各种物质被海洋接纳，而海洋本身却没有发生显著的变化。然而近几十年，随着世界工业的发展，海洋的污染也日趋加重。

局部海域水体富营养化;油海域至陆域使生物多样急剧下降;海洋生物死亡后产生的毒素通过食物链毒害人体

在新的世纪里，我们渴望美丽的地球，绿色的家园，湛蓝的天空，清新的空气。但是，由于人类的肆意破坏、污染、浪费，使地球变得千疮百孔、遍体鳞伤。人类受到了大自然的惩罚，逐渐意识到了环保的重要性。在我的家乡陆川，一条九州江贯穿县城。听老人说，以前九州江的水清澈见底，河畔的沙滩上还不断地涌出温泉，吸引着四面八方的游人，夏天，人们还常常到江里游泳。而现在，九州江河水混浊，还夹带着恶臭，各种垃圾漂浮在江面上，温泉大大减少，需要用抽水机才能抽上来，朋友们，我们人类是聪明的，我们已经觉悟到应该吸取教训，已经开始制止破坏行为，要从我做起，从现在做起，为了地球，为了人类的将来，也为了让我们永远拥有一个美好的生存环境，我再次向大家发出建议：

1. 共同建设“节约型社会”，节约一滴水，节约一度电，节约一张纸。

2. 节约用水，用完水后及时拧紧水龙头，避免大开水龙头，提倡用脸盆洗手、洗脸;节约用电，电器不使用时应关闭电源;节约用纸，多用手绢、抹布，尽量两面使用纸张。

3. 实行垃圾分类化。这样不仅能减少环卫工人的工作量，还能更好地起到废物利用，减少污染。

4. 节约资源。建议大人买菜时，少用塑料袋，尽量用竹篮子。用笔尽量用可换芯的，减少圆珠笔外壳的浪费与垃圾量。

5. 外出吃饭尽量不用一次性饭盒。绿色消费，尽量少使用一次性用品，多使用耐用品。

6. 人类要想征服可怕的大自然，就必须尊重自然，爱护树木，爱护动物，爱护大自然的一切。

作为新时代的中学生，我倡导同学门提高保护环境，保护水资源的意识，也建议叔叔阿姨们加入我们的队伍中来，为保护环境、造福后代贡献自己的力量。因为：保护环境，刻不容缓!希望我们早日到山青水秀、鸟语花香、百花争艳、生态良好、景观优美、植物多样、清新舒适的人居环境中生活!
